Thier place is in organized

This place is a joke look under Forest hills review not more than 2 stars its unsafe and Rita the head lady here doesnt do a damn thing that she said when we signed the lease its a joke they need new management and staff I see the maintenance sitting around smoking in the trucks more than anything! Was told by Rita that new homes being set are precedent. So basically now that were tied in a lease we dont matter. Theyre more concerned with getting new residents than servicing the existing residents and weve only been here 7 months!
