This was a very cool park to visit! It was not too crowded, and the park was enjoyable. One of the coolest features there was the flowing water, kids seemed to like it. I took out my bike and rode around near the back of the park, and it was very scenic, and tranquil.

Every Sunday during the summer this park hosts one of the best rated farmers markets in the state. This park has 3 large pavilions with picnic tables for bbqs and get togethers. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there is an area where the kids can play in fountains. There is also a large covered sand box, and a playground. There is also a play area for toddlers.

Nice place. I like to eat my lunch here sometimes. Love the trees and shade. Great place to ride a bicycle or walk my dogs too.

Love that Loveland Farmers Market, there is a really great park here for all the kids to play at and the river is right there to wade in also

Lots to do and fairly clean! The river is so fun and the water park keeps kids busy for hours! I love how much seating the picnic tables offer! Plus the dog park is the best in Loveland! The only thing is, its a common place for a the homeless but we have never been bothered by them!

New work out area is nice! Great place to swim, play at the park, walk the paths, have a party or get together. But the low rating is due to the skate park being in horrible condition and extremely small, also the basketball court.... they should add a tennis court and a soccer/ football field.

Loved the food truck rally on Wednesdays this summer. Last week was it gor 2020...heres hoping they do it again next year.

Never a dull moment at this park! Nice little park. A little packed at times. But well worth it.

This time of year, for the farmers market is great, or a month prior to now, anyway just go and support the local farmers of this great state, and supplement with the grocery stores, nothing better than fresh veggies grown locally !!

Nice place to do it all. Had lunch,kids played in water,the dog played at the dog park and by the river s edge and we walked the out skirts. Bonus; the farmers market is there every Sunday.

This is a great park! Its very big, and has a wide variety of really great play equipment for both little and older kids. There is a nice creek/irrigation with ducks that flows through and around the park. There is also a built in work out area with explicit directions for each piece of equipment! Definitely one of my favorite parks in Loveland for kids and adults!

It was great seeing all the merchants that were there. Everyone was so friendly and some great prices at the Farmers market

Nice park. Has a public restroom. Has a dog park. Lots of nice facilities. Three big shelters. The Sunday farmers market is held at the big shelters during the summer.

It is awesome that this park is literally just a few miles down the bike path, there is a lot of activities to do from working out to swimming in the river to playground equipment and now food trucks and farmers markets during the summer.

Good place for a flat walk or bike around water.

The Loveland Farmers Market is back at Fairgrounds Park! I know, some of the things are kind of pricey, but I figure it is a good way to support local vendors. And I picked up some apricots that actually TASTE like an apricot should! Tree ripened!!!

Really cool place it has it all, the big tompson river, big playground & swings + 2 baby swings, covered sand area, covered tables, splash park. Lots of parking. Dog park and garden on the other size. Then a baseball park and fitness traing center over the bidgeThe one bad part is the teenagers take over(Summer) the river around 1pm & it can get crowded.

Great park to get in a walk with or without the dog. The river is refreshing in the summer, small skateboarding area, basketball court, a water park and playground for the kiddos, a dog park on the far end, and I love the new outdoor gym they added last year. The amount of questionable people and drug use seems to be going up here, I wouldnt recommend the park at night.

Sure enough the park that holds the rather full Farmers market their I Know it starts at 10 or 11 a.m on Sun, so please go check out the best place to be on a beautiful Sunday morningP.S. Im sorry I wanted to say that the park is great by itself, as well as a awesome time that your whole family well enjoy & to make lifelong memories on every other day of the week, or this event could cover huge gigantic birthdays, or Labor Day holiday cook outs or family run businesses

This is by far one of our favorite places to come and relax and watch the kids play. It took my kids 3 years before they would jump in the river. Now they beg us to go. They have a great Ramada area for parties. They also hold the farmers market which I highly recommend you go. Lots of cool adventure to check out with all the playground activities for all ages and a splash park. Also a dog play area.

It was fine. One way paths through the vendors, everyone seemed to be distancing ok. Most of the prices are at least 2.00 higher than last year

The homeless has took over the river banks and trashed parts of the park. I love this part of town sad to see the city cant keep it cleaned.

The entire area is always clean and well maintained. The dog park is usually a friendly location for dogs and their people to engage. Clean and safe playground for the kids to run out their energy. Overall its been a favorite spot for the whole family and well worth the commute from Greeley.

VERY nice little Park to ride around, along with some beautiful bike trails to zip through. Kids can have fun in the playground and stay cool in the water play area. Plus you can take a nice, cool dip in The Big Thompson River =)

Lots of people yelling at each other and there was a bush fire. Very exciting afternoon

Its a really nice park

We recently found out about this park from our New Thought Northern Colorado Spiritual Centers childrens camp.This is an Amazing newer park and is designed right next to a river kids can wade in.The playgrounds are modern and fun, and there is a water park as well.Lots of grass and covered seating make this nice for picnics.We also recently visited a Farmers Market here that was great and even had live music.This is one our favorite new parks in northern Colorado! Highly recommend!!

Its a great park. Lots of stuff to climb on and room to run. The skate park wasnt big but is more then adequate.

It has a few different area for children to play, a splash area. Lots of path for walking and bike riding. Some were on roller blades. It has a creek running through also.

Beautiful family friendly park with something for everyone. Lots of covered seating, water play areas to cool off are popular for the kiddos. You can walk down the terraced steps and dangle your feet in the river, or float in it if you like. On Wednesday nights in the summer dont miss the food truck rally with live music and all the delicious food and drink you can handle! The weekend Farmers market is great, too.

This park has so many amazing features: a splash pad, easy access to the river and the track behind it, and a great tanbark play area as well! Theres also tons of shaded picnic space. This park made me say, We need to spend more time in Loveland!

This park has everything you would want in a park including a cool work out area for adults and the big Thompson River right there. Lots of playgrounds and softball fields.

Clean and mostly spread out so my family could play in the stream for a bit before the park got too crowded

Love this park! So much to do: awesome trails, bridges, river to play it fish in, splash park, huge playgrounds, large dog park! And extremely well maintained! 5 stars all the way!!! Also features a large Farmers market during the Summer months on Saturdays!

Home sweet home

I just walked through it between softball games and was very impressed. I remember the old Fairgrounds they really did a lot to fix up the entire area and infrastructure. It would be great for a large gathering, but there were just a couple homeless dudes.

This place is Awesome!!! It’s party central. Also for hot summer days, it has a mini water park and a cool river spot where u can get your feetys wet. Nice local weekend getaway spot.

Lots to do!

This is a wonderful place. My husband plays softball here and the kids and I wander around and explore the multiple play and natural areas. The world needs more public spaces like this one. The ballfields are brilliantly laid out and all the park paths interconnect, its great!

I am so impressed with this park. Great splash pad, large pavilions for shade and a sandbox in one of them. The river portion even has a little beach area. So nice!

Fun open air park right on the river. My only concern is that all of this money was spent after the flood of 2013 to make improvements... But it doesnt look like there have been any flood mitigation changes made, so the next flood will wipe it all out again and then they have to start over again and spend all that money again. Hopefully Im wrong... And hopefully there isnt another major flood again.

We love this park! There is a farmers market. Shout out to Miller farms . The splash park is great too. The is ample shade with tables for parents to sit.

Great place for kids of all ages...we love it!! Honestly just wish the city would get rid of the big water cannon things. They spin too quickly and the bug metal ball on the end is just an accident waiting to happen.

Always go here on a hot day to play in the water. Either in the cool river or play with the kids at the spray park, fun for kids of all ages. Also within walking distance from Sonics.

The city has done a marvelous job making this a great place full of many things. Dog park, water park, workout park with pavilions. Kids are always playing here and its just a fun place to be.

My dog and I love coming here via the bike trail. It is convenient that multiple trails all over town take you here and we like that there is a dog park. I really enjoy the seasonal farmers market that is at the fairgrounds, too! Overall, good.

Love this place. The swimming river is usually just the right height and its always fun to climb up stream to the rocks and sit on the tiny water fall. Everyone there also love to see dogs run around through the water. The park is very unique with something for every age and things you dont really see. The little kid water park is awesome too and so cute to see all the little kids. They also hold a farmers market which makes it a bit busy but its super cool to just walk around. Theres also an awesome trail and some cool little beaches by the river. Dont forget to check out the dog park!

Such a great park! Something for every age group. Love the shaded pavillion with the sandbox, the splash pad and the river right there. This is one of our go to parks for my boys, aged 1.5 and almost 4 years old.

Clean, safe and well maintained. Fun water park for little kids and the Big Thompson River runs through it. Fun for big kids as well. But keep your little kids away from the river, or they will get swept away.

Large park with lots to do. Great for kids of all ages. Especially fun in the summer with the water park and river near by.

I only go to play with the dogs humans bring to run there. I love animals.

Love the paths all around the park. We rode our bikes up the civic center trail and love how it just conects right to the park. Lovely shaded path.

Love the area, the portolet was disgusting, as well as having no TP or hand sanitizer.

Such a great park for the whole family and pets. the new Fitness Court is really nice.

Fun and interactive park. I like that the sand play area is covered. The big round disc swing is great. The splash pad is a great and free way to cool off. It’s not intuitive or easy to turn the water on though and there are no instructions posted.

The Loveland Food Truck Rally has been an excellent experience this summer, the live music and great food have been something to help break up the drudgery on Wednesday night. I highly suggest attending at least one time before the end of August.

Fitness court is excellent and the entire park is well maintained. Excellent spot for all ages.
