This place is awesome. The staff is some of the best people you will ever meet. They take care of everything for you, and treat you like a true guest. Garbage is picked-up at your site, propane filled at your site, great WIFI, and pool and shower areas are the best. Its close to a lot of shopping, and easy Interstate access. We stopped for a couple of month stay, and ended up staying 19 months. Its a little pricey, but the quiet, safe location and friendly staff and neighbors make it completely worth every penny. When in the Denver area we will be sure to stay at this place again. Thanks for the great time.

Very nice park and accomodating staff. We needed a site on short notice on Labor Day weekend. They were very full but found a spot for our 35 motorhome. Nice trees, good highway access, and in non COVID times the recreational amenities would be nice to enjoy. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed a whole month at Loveland RV. I was impressed with the place and the service. It’s close to everything, lots of stores. There is a great walking path around two lakes just across the street by the fire dept. I loved that there is a big grassy area where you can walk your dogs and a dog park. Lots of trees give nice shade. The customer service is above and beyond and they pick your trash up right in front of your RV. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was fine, but extremely packed in. Probably the narrowest RV slots Ive ever experienced. That said, the staff is nice and the park is extremely clean. The gravel really helps keep the mud down on rainy days especially with pups. Has its own little dog park will a pool and play areas. If it wasnt such a tight squeeze Id give it 5 stars.

During the summer months my parents visit from out of state and always stay at the Loveland RV Resort. They have tried many other places but say non compar to the cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. They are dog friendly, and kid friendly having a well kept pool, playground, and mini put put golf course. Its in a great location close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. They have big beautiful trees that canopy the whole resort providing nice shade although sometimes blocking satellite signal for the TV. Overall I give this place two thumbs up and highly recommend for your next stay

My husband and I were evacuated from our spot from the Cameron Peak Fire and came here just to dump and get water before returning to our temporary spot that had no water and some electric. As soon as staff here learned what our situation was, they jumped in and notified us that Red Cross was helping them to take RVers in who were in our situation. They pulled us into the office and got us a spot with full hook ups immediately. Thanks so much Loveland RV Resort!

WAY overpriced for the parking lot they squeeze you into, all gravel, no shade, your door opens into your neighbors patio and vice versa. Your neighbors vehicle is parked on your patio because of the way youre stuffed in here every which way. If you just need a place to plug in overnight, it will do, but if you want a campground, STAY AWAY! They do have some nice sites around the perimeter, I was excited when I saw those nice sites, but then they drag you out back into the parking lot, very disappointing. The office girls were very nice and helpful.

Ive been a repeat customer at this park for the last five years. Monthly rates were available and made economic sense in my situation. New Management- New rules - Very difficult to get a monthly site- long waiting line - no longer an economically affordable option. So sad to see that my loyalty( 5 years ) did not count for anything.

A base rate of $54ish a night for a site that is so narrow that your slides almost touch your neighbor is whatever. Add in the $9 fee per person over 2 people and we paid $81 for ONE NIGHT on a gravel site where we could pass things to our neighbors out the window (if we knew them). $27 extra for my 3 kids is ABSURD. This place is packed in and narrow and the amenities, while nice (play area for kids, big dog area, pool) aren’t worth the added cost. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The park is great, large spots. Expensive if you are paying weekly and waiting for a monthly spot, but paying monthly is worth it. Kind and quiet neighbors. Nice amenities on the property (laundry, showers, pool, dog park, game room) and in town off of a busy highway so you do get a lot of toad noise. We enjoyed our three month stay and would be back if we were in that area again.

There are hidden rules that arent listed, especially about pets.Owner of park is money hungry. One parking spot is $30, 2 is $60, and the next spot is over 100. Finally, sewer, water, and electric located close to each other. At least in the spot (135) that I was in. The only reasons I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the cost and the rules about dogs having to leave the park if someone was intimidated by them. My dogs have not been socialized with other dogs, and are very protective of my wife and I. Couple that with ALWAYS being on leashes, and they bark alot. The park itself was a great place to stay a couple days. They also have miniature golf, a small one, and a pool. Check with the park for other details. Enjoy.

1st all the people were very nice and helpful. The 2 star rating is due to the outdated policy regarding doberman pincers. We made a online reservation and stated our dogs breeds when asked and was told nothing of the no (aggresive breeds)policy. Appon our arrival my wife was told the only way we could stay is to muzzle our sweet doberman. Unacceptable!!! The spaces are very small if you have a large slide you will be window to window with your neighbors.

As we were getting out of our truck they invited us to a pot luck taking place within the next half hour. First off I wana say how family oriented, and safe it is to have family, friends, and kids here! Have left things in my truck over night viewer have had anything stolen! Really its like one big family here! I see people complain about the park, and its like come on people the park was built in the early 60s. Every day I see the maintenance workers out replacing, upgrading, and/or refreshing areas of the park that need it! But its like come on people it doesnt happen over night just like anywhere else they have a budget I am sure! So its my suggestion. ..Try it out youll love it here and the people too!

This RV park is close to everything including the I25. The spots are small, consequently slides are about 2 feet or less from each other with extended. Dont try to stay for any extended time or sign up on their waiting list. I believe this list is tossed each night because they never call you back. We have tried for three years to stay here for a month with plenty of time ahead (months). They admittedly have their regulars and wont budge even when spots are empty upon a drive thru. When questioned they say they keep a few spots available for drop ins for a couple nights. I wouldnt bother with this RV park ever again!!!

The prices here were very good and overall this is the best place to stay in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It can get a little crowded, however, but nothing you dont see at every other RV park. There are a good mix of full-timers and weekenders here. This is a very safe area with a good mix of shops/restaurants nearby and easy access to the interstate.
