First time here. Drove double the distance, compared to our local theater, because they had a movie that no one else was hosting: The Wolf of Snow Hollow. Attempted to purchase tickets online, but they werent available, so I called and asked if they had reserve seating, which they do, but there were zero tickets purchased so she assured me that we wouldnt need to worry about it. Only 5 tickets were sold for the showing, and it was nice to have the place to ourselves (very entertaining movie btw, a real sleeper)!Their seats are comfortable and do recline. They do have entire rows blocked out during the pandemic, and will block out the seats to the left and right of your seat(s) for social distancing. Their welcome back concession prices are fantastic! They will give refills (unlike most theaters these days), and they do a military discount!

My favorite place everrrrrrr! Makes me feel like a kid again every time I go. Comfortable seats great snacks and surprisingly pretty affordable! Love it here!

I would totally give 10 stars if it were possible came a little late, concessions were closed the manager on staff jason was nice enough to gift us with a soda and popcorn. Theater was a little cold but it was a perfect reason to cuddle up. Thx guys!!

Very comfy chairs if you choose reserved seating The chairs in the non reserved theaters are dreadful. Reserved seating costs a little more but it’s worth it. It is very easy to get refunds on tickets if for some reason you can not go see the show you bought in advance. I think I like this theater a little more then the Fort Collins theaters. Also, They have great popcorn

It was fun to have young employees work to make us adults feel special. While it was no 5 star treatment, the genuine effort to serve us and make us happy was felt. Great job finding genuine people to do well at their job!

Came here a couple weeks ago to see IT chapter 2. Theater was clean, popcorn is satisfactory, the quality of the screen was nice too. got some drinks, the employee working the bar, Faith was super friendly and helpful. we got into a full on conversation while I was waiting for my movie to start. Over all this theater was great and Il be going here for movies now

I love going to this movie theater but the mixed drinks suck! 9$ for half a cup not worth it at all.. then I ordered a long island iced tea and she made it with coca cola and said thats how it says to make it.. uuua no thats not how u make a long island sorry

They sent us to the wrong theather. We ended up watching the beginning of a not appropriate movide with our 3 and 5 year olds. The kids were horrified.

Actually prefer this location over the down town Loveland location. Its easier to get to plus the surrounding mall makes it easier to fill the time til your movie starts if people in your group are all over the place with arrivals.

I honestly hate this theater. Constant interruptions by people walking past all throughout the movie delivering drinks, food, or checks. If I want that kind of movie experience, I’d just go to a friend’s house. So obnoxious. Just go to Cinema Bistro in Fort Collins. They have comfortable seats and food delivered, too.

Where do I start?Comfy recliners, spacious auditoriums, personable staff. Being a tall person, I love that someone can sit next to me and in front of me and we all still have leg space. Great surround sound and big screens.Concessions are pricey like most any theater, but good quality.

Food is ready fast, tastes great and the seating is very comfortable.

Sitting in theatre right now and its 83 degrees in here. Nobody needs to be cooked while watching a movie. Turn the heat down a comfortable temperature for most people is 68 degrees. At most maybe 70 not 83!!!

Our first experience with the recliners in a theater. LOVED it! We thoroughly enjoyed the movie Overcomer and delighted in the comfort of the theater. We had designated seating so our group of 8 could sit together and visit until the movie started. Every seat was filled yet it wasnt the crowded feel of the usual theater. The staff was polite. We added our own butter to our popcorn and got our own beverages so there was little wait in the concessions line. I highly recommend this theater also because of its proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Our family loves the recliner seats and the stress-free part of picking out your seats beforehand. Surprisingly my boys love their chicken fingers. Sometimes the trash is overflowing and the bathrooms are messy but thats their main shortcoming.

The Lux seating was very nice and comfortable. The food was decent. The floor is always sticky by the Soda machine.

Reserved luxury seating is THE BEST!! I love that I can pick where I want to sit and buy tickets online in advance then walk right in. With movie times getting longer and longer the comfortable reclining seats are a must! This location is always clean, friendly, and they have plenty of screens and show times so its not backed up with lines.

Older theater, upgraded with newer reclining seats. We really only go there on Tuesdays for the reduced pricing.

This theatre seems to have more availability then others. The reserved recliners are a great addition. I hate that we can’t book tickets on fandango, but the metro site is not bad either. I think they could use to remodel away the ‘stars’ on the ceiling that are falling apart it makes it look not as nice a theater as it is. Great concessions

If they kept it clean it would be an excellent theater. Absolutely filthy floors, soda areas. Bathrooms are often dirty and out of supplies. Since they added alcohol at the front concession, lines are long and slow. Really wish theyd designate one register for alcohol so families werent stuck behind 20 somethings who cant decide what beverage they want. Love the new luxury seating, the online reservations and the selection of snacks and meals. Prices are what you get in most theaters.

I should’ve known better than to try a different theater. I usually strictly watch movies at Cinemark bistro, but my parents bought us tickets to Star Wars, my entire family of 8, so we went. I’m used to having a meal during my movie, so I went to the little “bistro” they have to the left. I ordered my food at 12, my movie started at 12:15 (this was a Sunday, so not some weekday, normally slow, time of day.) there were two orders ahead of mine. First, they make you take a buzzer and come out to get your food. At cinemark bistro they bring it to you. I figured it wouldn’t take more than 15/20 minutes and I was willing to wait since I had reserved seats. I didn’t want to get seated then have to interrupt everyone to get up, and have a loud buzzer during The movie. There was one person taking orders AND making the food. She had no idea what she was doing, she was on her phone the entire time, and at one point smoke started billowing out of the “kitchen”. At this point it was 12:35 so I went to grab a manager. He went back and came out saying “yeah it just looks like she’s backed up.” DUH!!!! SHES THE ONLY ONE BACK HERE! He didn’t even help her, and by now she had 6 more orders, he just left. Finally got my food at 12:55 and got seated. The food was good, the service was awful. I will never waste my money here, and I live three minutes away. I’ll be traveling the 35 minutes to cinemark from here on out.

Go to cinemark, the arcade is better and the food service doesnt take forever. The staff are poorly ran they over buttered my popcorn

I just went for the first time to see Joker. I thought it was great, the seats are really nice, love the fact that you can get a beer or a drink. However eating food in the dark not such a good thing if youre eating something messy I would be very wary other than that the truffle fries are fabulous. The service was great

This is a great place to watch movies because of the recliners and reserved seating that helps when you have a group of people going as well. It is also nice having the beer and wine just in case it is something that you would like while watching the movie.

This is our local movie theatre they have a research program you can sign up for. It is convenient to purchase tickets online though the rewards program without a convenience fee. You can choose your seat(s) for specific shows when that is offered. They have senior and discount pricing available. Their pop corn is freshly popped and is done of the best I have ever had in a movie theatre. Many of the theatres have adjustable seats which are very comfortable.

We ordered food at the rear snack bar and had to wait over 30 mins for our food so we missed the first 20 mins of the movie. Id much rather go to cinemark bistro in fort collins where the food selection is 10x better and they deliver the food to your seats.

First time I sat in the recliners at this place. I think it was awesome.

This theater is always one for a good comfy movie unfortunately their popcorn is never fresh and it’s always just sitting in there popper cold and over salted you would think when you’re paying the premium that at the bare minimum you could get fresh popcorn!

Theater was ok, nothing special, food way overpriced. But I was beyond mad at the people working there. Ordered a medium Icee and it felt light when they handed it to me filled up. Found out as I finished it they put a kids cup inside a medium cup and just filled that so I got less. Talked to management about it and they just laughed. Will never be back here again.

Now that Ive sat in the Lux recliner seats, with food and a drink, I cant go back to sitting in a regular theater. So much nicer being able to put my feet up, and really enjoy the movie! And for dessert, you have to try the ice cream sandwich, its out of this world!

Really need to improve customer service... start by saying Hello, or enjoy your show, or any basic courtesy. Then, when you have a long line at the concessions you call for additional help. Not complicated.

Staff were helpful but seem to not be very knowledgeable about movie clubs, passes and gift cards. Movie experience was good, we were in older theatre without the fancier seats. Maybe upgrade all the theatres?? Son loves the snack box for kids.

My friends dragged me to Loveland to see a movie because the seats are comfortable electric recliners. My friends were right.

Its a decent size theater its in a good location I like to go for matinees their $7.50 they have luxury seating drinks and a bar! My overall experience was good! staff was friendly!

We go here a lot. The staff are energetic and fun to talk with. The seating is comfortable and the theater rooms we have been in have been spacious so I havent felt crowded or any elbow bumping while sitting comfortably. Ticket prices are cheaper than other theaters, but they have the same movie options and quality of screens and sound as others we have been to.

The cashier couldnt count $7 back in change? Really? Umm.......do you hire anyone with basic math skills? The seats were broken and felt like they were going to fall apart. The floors were dirty. We will stick to Marcus theatres.

This is our favorite theater to go to. They have luxury seating which is fantastic. Movies are always pricey, but the luxury seating isnt much more than the regular seating so we always choose to upgrade when we can. The employees are always nice and they have the normal movie theater snacks, but they also have some food and alcohol options.

Some of the theatres have been remodeled. The areas are always clean and the seating is comfortable.We have been there many times over the years and the staff has always been helpfull and polite.

Best theater I have been to.

Was excited to get out of greeley and enjoy a movie with my daughter for her first time. The movie was saposed to start at 1230 . Sat there for 15 minutes with no movie on or anything. My daughter got super impatient and made tge experiance hell. Never will I come to this movie theatre again.

Nice local theater. Recently updated to add some bistro seating and alcoholic beverages. Sound quality is great. Its always clean too. Kids working there are friendly. I love that you can get free drinks refills and one free popcorn refill. My only qualm is that they switched to Pepsi products from Coca Cola. Yuck. Its fine, dont need soda anyway but Pepsi is a bad choice.

Theatre is getting dated, and needs a cleaning. Do like that they take tickets before you get to concessions, so your not juggling food and tickets. They do bring an excellent selection of movies. You can purchase reserve seating for a higher price only on certain movies, also have reclining seats in reserved theatres with craft beers also available

Sat in the Lux Theater. Very comfortable recliner seats. Movie wasnt too expensive for the upgraded seating. Concessions are crazy expensive, but that is at any theater.

It has been a while since I have gone to the movies. Wow, has the seating changed: heated power recliners! And the movie was pretty good too! Only thing that has changed is the still stupid expensive: $6 for a small. Id go back, just planning to have the at home.

Not enough separation between people

Love this place, it is the theater I go to the most. The staff had always been helpful when I needed something and the place is pretty clean, everytime Ive been there.

I love that the lux chair backs recline- so much better than cinemark bistro. The sound is also at a reasonable level, not blasting like at Cinemark.

Saw Hobbs and Shaw and the first ¾ of the movie was in 4k the last and most important scene dropped down to 1080p for whatever reason.

This is my local movie theater, and I see probably 3-5 movies in the theater a month. But rarely here.Why? It’s not the seats, sound, or screen. The place itself is just fine. But they don’t work with Fandango and their own online site is a nightmare on mobile. Time-outs, no wallet, no sign-in, frustrating.Assigned seating was a blessing for theaters. No longer did we have to show up 45 minutes early to get good seats. Or show up with ticket in hand only to find the only seats either separated or in the front, neck-bending row. It’s a good thing, Metrolux, and because you’re my local, I sincerely hope you either get a decent app, work with Fandango, or say hello to Blockbuster video wherever non-adaptable businesses go to die.

Movie was awesome!! However, the theater itself was gross. Floors in lobby and bathrooms were sticky. I watched the ladies who cleaned the theater go in to clean. But when I was walking to my seat. There was food still on floor. The seats were so low and uncomfortable. I would have thought that the theater being in a somewhat new and high quality area it would have been nicer.

Usually pretty kept up on the cleanliness, but theres one ticket attendant who could use an attitude adjustment. Either that or put him in a position where hes not working with the public.

Played a Stephen King mini series preview before a kids movie. It was inappropriate for the age of the kids there for the main movie.

Sometimes I wonder 8f I should have gotten the regular seating instead of the recliners... Nah, I needed the nap.

The seats are uncomfortable, its not very clean, and the prices are high. It may be closer to where I live, but I prefer the Cinemark in Fort Collins.

Our first time at the theater and felt very dupped. I’m giving it 2 stars because they did have a bar.We drove down to this theater from Fort Collins because for some reason all of the theaters up north colorado are behind the times by about 20 years and we used to be spoiled with a plethora of renovated theaters with recliner seats. Then we moved up north and felt like we were in back to the future. When I heard they had added recliner seats I was thrilled. I checked out their website which fully advertises a lux experience front & center, along with all their google photos too showing a new renovated upscale experience.Come to arriving for our movie I thought it was odd that you couldn’t reserve your seats and that they didn’t sell tickets on fandango but it’s loveland so I didn’t think much of it. When we got their I went straight to the theater to save our seats and my guy got snacks.What I walked into was an old outdated uncomfortable theater. The seats are ollld, like really old and there wasn’t a soul in the place. I went back out to the concession stand laughing at whatever weird mistake had just occurred.Turns out what we got was the “metro side” not the “lux side” which is the renovated side and only a small section of the building.They make no mention of this in their advertising unless you look closely at the tickets your buying or find their separate price list as I did when I searched the website to find out if I had the wrong theater!!What really made me mad though was that they do have at least 5 or 6 theaters from the looks of it that have been renovated but they only play TWO movies!!It’s sooooo infuriatingly boneheaded. They could put on rotation a variety of different movies and as I’m sure people are trained to do after going their once just look for the “””lux”””.A lot of movie theaters do that where the same movies play in the small and then the larger nicer theater for a more popular time so that it’s not just one, or god-bless two movies that monopolize the nice theater.Argh whyyyyyyyy. I really thought we found a theater but it looks like we won’t be coming here ever again unless they happen to be playing the movies we want to see which is a 2 out of 25 chance. False advertising.

We just moved to Loveland. We are used to Regal, AMC, Cinemark and Carmike. This is a refreshingly small theater and theyll be opening a sister theater close to where we live downtown. The seats were in great shape. Love the bar area. Just joined the rewards program so well see how that comes into play. Very clean theater and away from the hustle and bustle of the mall connected to it.
