My son loves this place, I hope it stays open through COVID. Last time we were there, had the place to ourselves.

Not bad for kids to run around and burn off some energy. For the parents, not much as far a being comfortable. A few tables and some chairs. They do have free WiFi. Also when you pay it is for all day, so your kids can leave and come back later to play some more. They also dont have much as far as drinks and snacks go, but they allow outside food

My granddaughter always has a good time when I bring her here. Its always very clean, which is important to me, and well run. I usually buy a 12 visit pass so its also economical for all day jumping.

It was immaculate, friendly staff and price was fair. $10 for unlimited jumping all day. It was a great snow day activity for my 3 year old! We’ll be back!

Jumpin is now open as of June 15th 2020. Google just has to make the change on there part.

Theres tons of space here for you kid to jump around and let loose. I noticed that the staff seemed very concise about sanitizing on a regular schedule which was my biggest concern to be honest.

This place is heaven for my 5 yo, 3 yo AND me. I get to relax and they get to expend as much energy as possible in a safe, clean and AFFORDABLE environment! Hallelujah!

My daughter loved jump. The man up front was so friendly and helpful. He showed me how everything worked. I forgot socks and they had them for sale. Patents can go on the slides with the kids. This was awesome since my little couldn’t get up the ladder. It was very clean and well kept. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was slow which I liked. I hear it gets very very busy.

They let adults play with their little ones in the jump houses, very clean and pleasant atmosphere

I love this place its a small play area with like 5 or 6 bouncy houses and a childrens play area for kids ages 4&under. They have drinks and snacks. My daughter really enjoys it here. Also a good place to distract your kids when you have a ton of school to do. We will definitely be coming back here soon!!!!!

I took my nephews and they are little 3,1 and theres not much for them to do. Also, please remove the video games I had to keep getting my nephew away from there or Maybe put them in a separate room.

With a low roof, the bounce houses they have in here are pretty bare bones. No huge slides or obstacle courses. But for $5/kid after 5pm special, it was a great place for the kids to burn off some energy on a cold winter day. I wouldnt go out of my way to come here, but its a good destruction for anyone already shopping at Centera.

Great place to take the kids and you can jump with them too! You can set up some great birthday parties or other special events for the kids. The have some snacks and drinks or you can bring in your own as well. They have an abundance of table space and restrooms on both sides of the jumphouse. Definitely coming back many times.

Good indoor place to spend some times there for kids to play and jump but 9 dollars per kid is kind of high price.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes there have been amazing staff there and other times there have been some of the rudest, careless staff Ive ever seen that refuse to take their eyes off of their phones during their shift.

Snooze!!! I’d recommend the owners visit the playground in Greeley for ideas to make this place more enjoyable.

Not my favorite place to hang. Can’t get over all the germs that have to be crawling everywhere. My biggest issue was bigger kids pushing in front of little kids and not waiting their turn. This is not the places fault but a better separation of big kid jump areas and little kid areas would help a lot.

Excellent for birthdays! I dont recommend little kiddos going on Friday nights and weekends. The big kids get so excited they are easily trampled

Great place to your kids, lots of fun. But some parents just let their kids run wild without a care in the world and someone always gets hurt. They need to take a more active roll when they take their kids there.

We had my daughters 3rd Birthday here and I am thrilled to write a review. We were greeted with big smiles, and extra caring by the owner and staff. The entire place was so clean, and cheerful balloons awaited at her table. Earlier in the morning nearly the entire guest list cancelled except for one child and I was heartbroken. The team at Jumpin went above and beyond to help me still provide a memorable experience for my child and while I wont go into detail about the particulars, I can say without hesitation that we were blessed by this day. Great place to take the kiddos! Lots of bounce houses, slides, and even an area for the little ones. Very clean, lots of tables and places to sit, and staff are both nice and attentive.

What a fun place for children. Clean surroundings. My grandson had agreat time.

Nice place for the kids to have free reign of the place to jump in any bounce house they want. There is a little non-bounce area for little ones. There are a few areas for private birthday parties, but you can still see the kids when theyre in the bounce houses.

The facility is clean and the staff is friendly (young though), be sure to watch your little ones there are a lot of older kids here and they can be rowdy.

The staff and management needs to do a much better job of keeping the 3 and under section for 3 and under only. Signs and a visible policy isnt difficult to post. Nobody wants to bring their smaller child into a place to get trampled by herds of older kids that have no manners or respect...

Fantastic 5th birthday!! It was perfect for my son and his friends. Very friendly, clean, accommodating and helpful. The kids had a blast and it was a great price.

The only reason I didnt write a 5-star rating for this place is because of how many people wind up at this place at any given time, especially on the weekends, OMG its a melting pot and tons of people. You also as a Dad at least find yourself overwhelmed and over protective, basically looking for a kid to hurt your kid and then confront one of the many Dads in the crowd... but for the most part, 98% its super fun and my kids love it!

Took our 15 month old here and had a great time. They have a play area just for 2 years old and under in addition to the regular blow up slides/bouncy castles for everyone. I appreciated that they dont charge for adults but they still let you go in all the bounce houses with your kids. Some bigger kids running around not really watching where they are going (a.k.a. just being normal kids) so I wouldnt really feel comfortable letting our little bounce solo. Only improvement I would recommend would be some secure lockers where you can lock up your valuables while you chase your kids. Will definitely be coming back!

Not happy with our experience for my daughters birthday or the conversation had with the owner. He has his daughter managing the place on the weekends and she lied about how she handled a situation and his response to my issues and concerns were basically Not my problem.

I took my son to a friends birthday party there hes 11 and he said that quote unquote he just like to jump it was pretty great he said four stars would you go back again he said yes would you recommend it to a friend he said yes highly recommended

The man that was working the weekday evening that I went was very nice. They dont charge adults which is nice. My 2 yr old had a blast. Very nice place to let your child run off their energy during the winter months.

Planned for a birthday party, not a single person showed up was still charged $60 when the cost is $5 per kid, spent the whole night with a super upset child due to not a single person showing and not even a little compassion or empathy. Had we known we would still be charged full price for 6 kids we would have cut our losses at the deposit. Will not ever be going back. Have a free pass to anyone who wants it. Extremely dissapoinment.

After 5pm price is very low compared to service provided. Staff is friendly. Daughter LOVES JUMPIN!! Great play place! They are even fine with you bringing in food to eat on one of the many tables. Total bargain after 5. Good deal during day too. 5 stars.

We come here often. They clean all the time which is great. Over the course of the 3 hours they vacuumed 5 times and wiped down the tables once. They let u bring ur own good in. Kids have lots of fun.bonly thing is they are kind of pricey but the family passes help

Not like it used to be. The kids still love to have fun here but you can tell a lot of the jump houses are falling apart, not to mention the floor is curling up in spots and creating trip hazards. The staff stays behind the desk and only comes out long enough to clean quickly here and there. At peaks times there is often over crowding of jump houses with very little reguard to safety from the staff. I understand its the parents who need to enforce their own kids but when a bounce house is falling over from the weight youd think staff would get involved but most are teenagers busy with their own phones. Not to mention any issues you may have with other parents or people here. Basically its your problem not theirs. This will be our last time here.

My cousin got a staff infection within 24 hours of going here. He has eczema, so his parents are careful about keeping him and his environment clean and safe. Since this is the only public place he had been in the past week, there is no other place he could have got it from, and his doctor agrees. The staff claimed they do not wipe anything down physically because they use a high grade sanitizer spray, which removes the need. The staff was rude, defensive and unapologetic throughout the ordeal. They admitted to knowing little about staph infections, but claimed to be offended by the report that they were the source. After calling the environmental health department it was determined they are in violation.

What happened to your high school employee? She worked there many hours, was so friendly, and always made a difference in our days. Our family came to Jumpin and was always welcomed by her in such a friendly manner. We miss seeing her at Jumpin. My son always asks about her. She sold my husband many family passes and always asked how our day was. I hope that they hire someone who does their job as well as her.

Average.. Ive taken my boys here a lot and its always been a nice experience, however Im not sure what happened but the two young people that work here during the day are pretty clueless not very friendly either.

I have brought my 3 children to Jumpin many times, and have had a beyond pleasant experience each time. In fact, we renew our punch pass as often as we can.Their space is clean, inviting, and of course kid friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive to the degree that they need to be. Annie, who has worked there for a few years, is so sweet and genuine. I enjoy seeing her face when we walk in!Is there the occasional rowdy child? yes. Do all parents watch over their kids like they should? no. Certainly nothing I expect the staff to have to intervene with. It is the perfect play place in Loveland and you can bring in your own lunch or snacks without hassle.When you are done wearing your kiddos out for the day, head over to Marys Mountain Cookies, as they make smaller (cheaper) cookies just for Jumpin patrons.

While my kids did have a lot of fun while there, my nephew got a horrible staph infection. His mother called to speak with a manager and was told that they do not physically wipe down anything in the facility and only use a high end sanitizer spray. She asked for her $12 admission fee to be refunded and they said that they would put her name down for a free family pass, claiming that a free pass was more than sufficient. Even though she repeatedly said she would not be returning. To top it off, we had tried to bring in christmas cupcakes and the frot desk lady took them and said that they would interfere with the ongoing birthday parties. This place is a dirty joke and none of my family will be returning. Big shout out to the manager Tim, your killing the no compassion game. Probably should have just givin a refund and said sorry.

My girls are 8 and 5 they love this place. We like it because they can play leave have lunch and play again for free.

I love bringing my kids (2 and 5) to blow off some steam, especially on a cold snowy day! The place is clean, child friendly and the staff (Annie, for example) who work there are nice and accomodating. I pack a lunch and we sit at one of the many picnic tables set-up, and I appreciate the high chairs provided for my little one. There is hand sanitizer by the cubbies where we can keep our shoes and lunch bag. Other small details like step stools in front of the bouncy castles and sinks in the bathrooms make it easier for little ones to climb into the bounce houses and wash hands. I also like that kids are required to wear socks so you dont feel as though your kiddos are rolling around in muck. Id love to host one of my kids birthday parties here because there are separate areas to have cake and food so that the party can have a special spot away from the other picnic tables. Finally, I think the family discount pass is a great deal especially since it doesnt expire and its affordable. All around a great place to bring kids to get out some energy and give mom a break!
