Hands down the best glass shop that weve been to so far in Colorado. We just went for the first time and the guys there were super friendly and cool. Very generous and thoughtful guys working there thanks so much for helping us!!

Not only do they have the best prices on almost anything you could possibly need or want? the customer service is above excellent. Sometimes I go in just to see Nate and have a good time while I learn all there is to know about CBDs. If youre looking for a fun, reasonably priced, dog friendly place to go, the down low is your answer.

This place is great. Always fair prices and awesome deals and selections. Ive been shopping here since close to when they opened (once I was 18). They will always get my business. Dont let these recent negative reviews fool you, chances are good they are from employees, or friends of the employees, from the neighbor store thats been messing with the DLs business. Nothing but fair and respectable business practice here. 10/10!

Been going to the Down Low for 16 years. They support local products in their shop such as Glass, Kratom, CBD just to name a few, as well as some name brands like Metal Mullisha, SRH, etc. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable on what they carry. Check out the FB page they always got specials and sales going on.

Slam another business because you dont have enough business sense to do something of actual substantial value rather than tell people inside your store to give my store a 1 star rating and youll give them a discount! Disgusting people you are!

I have been a customer of The Down Low for months. The customer service was never great, but they had the products I needed. After seeing the bashing of other businesses and unprofessional business practices of this company on their social media profiles and web outlets, I will NEVER be shopping at The Down Low again. If your products and prices are so great as advertised, why bash other companies? Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Very poor experience at this store.They asked me to rate the one stop a 1 rating. I walked into the one stop and was greeted very politely by an older lady in the morning.As a local to loveland,I would suggest the owners of the down low to stop acting in a childish way. Nate and the other bigger guy are acting in a very unprofessional manner.At one point the down low was a top smoke shop in loveland but now with there vulgar activities they are just trash

The staff is AWESOME! Nate and Sergio are so great! There is always a friendly smile, coffee or tea, and compassionate ear. And, if you need some puppy love, they usually have that too. The selection of Kratom is unbeatable. They have seriously everything from CBD lotions to to sunglasses and clothes. From jewellery to old school records, to the naughty section. They have become my go to place for all my special adults needs.

Every time Im in there Im being asked Im there to check prices to tell there competitors. If people are fine being overcharged for their kratom,its up to them but i would rather to to another shop and pay comfortable prices.i also hate how the employees are rude.

Chill.. tattoo parlor.. its the effing Down Low!

The owner is rude and doesnt treat employees good at all. They are expendable and worth nothing to the owner. He pays under the table which is illegal. They charge at least 5x mark up, on things from China that are literally dirt cheap, when every other head shop only charges 2x mark up. Every thing is from China and no locals are supported so why should we support them? The owner cusses at employees, has no idea how to use the register if the only employee he has hired, yes theres only one working every day which is also illegal, needs help. Horrible business practices. You would be better off spending your money at The joint in fort Collins or Bear necessities on taft and Eisenhower. Remember that 20 dollar quartz banger thats 20 bucks? Ya he paid like 2 bucks for it.
