The staff were available to assist me in what I was looking for AND the vital information on the creating a healthy biome for my finned friends. The bonus was I was also informed on the set-up and maintenance costs. This bonus revealed that this is more than just another retail outlet for aquatic / aquarium items- he actually cares about the health of his livestock.
