Downtown LA Soccer Club has has provided an extraordinarily high-level soccer experience for both of my boys. The love of, and commitment to the sport of soccer, the sense of community make downtown LA soccer club feel like a giant soccer family, not just a bunch of individual teams. With its home field located deep in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles and the City skyline looming overhead, DTLASC has provided my boys and our family many magical memories from laughter filled practices to the highest level of competition at Major youth soccer tournaments. I love it . This is the first soccer club that I have ever been to...But yet it is the best soccer club that I have ever been to!

Im not sure how they describe themselves as the premier soccer club in los angeles. They arent really a club at all. Our coach wasnt professional at all and just pestered us for more money every month, and I found out later that our team charged 4 times as much per month as other teams in the same club. The practice field was over crowded, and we were instructed to lie as to what group we were a part of if any school official ever asked as we didnt really hold the permit. They do have some high caliber teams, but it is my understanding that those joined the club as complete teams already. Having come from another area where we had a real club, I just couldnt stand it. I pulled my sons out after one season. Too many strong clubs in the area to suffer at the hands of this pseudo club.

Someone help me .. is this just for girls?
