Cool little spot to hang .The home is two stories with a full basement. The first-floor rooms include a paneled library, a formal dining room, a large living room with a picture window to the south gardens, two large bathrooms off the entrance hall, a servants dining hall, and a kitchen and pantry. Five bedrooms and three baths are on the second floor.Some of the original features in the Wattles Mansion include a black-and-white-checkerboard marble floor in the foyer, and intricately carved walnut bookcases and a hand-painted ceiling in the library. Hardwood moldings, white stucco walls, wood-beamed ceilings, and hardwood floors with Oriental carpets are found throughout the house. There is a terracotta tile terrace and a wide, sloping lawn.

What a fantastic place. We attended for a political event but left us thinking: should we get married here? Amazing house but quite surprised doesnt have a pool! Good spot for events

We love coming here. Especially during the week in the afternoons. Thats when everybody brings their dogs around for playtime. Friendly people, cute pooches and overall a great place to unwind

This venue is Amazeballs! Theres so much to see on this property. Once you step on the grounds, theres sooooo many possibilities for an amazing event.

Went to a wedding here, it was my favorite wedding I have ever been to! The terraced garden space made for a gorgeous ceremony and the mansion itself was a beautiful space for the reception. If I didnt live across the country I would seriously consider this as my wedding venue.

Very accommodating for a last-minute venue change of a wedding, our main point of contact was a dream to work with. The grounds are gorgeous, and trumped only by the view as you are on an incline just above Hollywood Blvd and can see the city of L.A. before you.I wasnt aware a hiking path started at this location until after the event was over, but I imagine you cant find a more serene yet populated send-off for that workout

Beautiful location! I am a photographer and I just recently shot a wedding here. It has some very beautiful architecture and decorations perfect for portraits. It also has a gorgeous back garden and water fixture.

Come here often, watch out for coyotes in the mornings so we bring our dogs afternoons. Tourists & families visit during evenings.

It would have been nice but Nesa did her best to ruin the wedding I went to. Not a single friendly word from her all night. She didnt even welcome the groom on his wedding day. What terrible staff. It would have been perfect if it wasnt for the Nesa...

This house is amazing. I used to come here when I was younger, they used to give tours at times. It was what I imagined Hollywood was back in the Golden Years. Afterwards it was a walk in the park and then down the hill to Thriftys for some ice cream.
