Excellent, well-maintained multi-purpose athletic field with high-speed, artificial turf for soccer matches and football scrimmages. Pull-up bars and other fitness facilities are available, as well. Above all, the historic Olympic and N.C.A.A. Division I athletic pedigree associated with U.S.C. is world-class and awe-inspiring.
This place open for USC students. You need to take permission if you are outside people. Nice place for running
Is it open for public use now? anyone know the status??
This is the spot where my top 10 favorite TMB marching practices have happened.
Its a beautiful Track and Field. Only thing is USC is disgusting for closing it off to community most of the day, when this is really the safest & cleanest spot for people to work out at.
Great track, opens after 6pm
Terrible that USC is buying up the neighborhood and now excluding the neighborhood from using the facility. The student worker tells me it’s only for students, I counted around 10 students using the track and field when I was turned away and told to come back between 6am and 11am. Smh
T E R R I B L E. Im a hard runner and Ive tried off and on to get here to put in oval workouts when the training plan calls for it. In the beginning, they were great. Open to public from 11a to 1p and then the evening for a bit (cant recall times, 6 to 9 or something to that effect). Every now and again theyd have some random school function happening (a HS football thing going, band, et al) and theyd close the track off to the public, ok, I get it, stuff comes up. However, bear in mind, times are listed NOWHERE, zero places, so you cant simply check a site, even an IG on these changing hours of operation. You just show up with your fingers crossed, hoping for the best. So, steadily over the yrs theyve modified, changed, altered times seemingly whenever they please. Now, after maybe the 4th consecutive rejection, Im absolutely done. Just consider this university (that relies on taxpayer funding and benis from local residents, which I am) firewalled off to the public. Shelled off. They dont want you. Its seriously a joke. I think its open to the public from 6a to 8 now, per the guard. For now. Until tmrw. When it isnt. And it changed. And u wasted your commute again.Take yourself to Rancho Cienega on Obama & La Cienega as a better bet. Or, Santa Monica College in SM which nearly always is open to runners just trying to trot around, maybe stadium train. USC is too high falutin, scratch that, too good for the common runner. Too good to interact w the surrounding citizenry whose property theyve hijacked like a spreading infection.Yes, frustrated, yes, Im sure this reads jaded. It is.
A world class facility for Track and Field! Great synthetic surface for fast times! !
Very well kept track and field. Extremely sturdy stadium steps for running. Very well lit in the evening.
Ive used this track for years. Now its no longer open to the public. I understand USC is trying to protect its students, but its diservicing the community around it.
Open to the public. Also, you can park in a lot on campus for $4 for 2 hours. Not bad. But, there is free parking... just have to find it and possibly walk to the track.During school hours, they do have blocked hours for track practice.
Awesome track. This is the place to be at in the evenings, whether you want to exercise on the beautiful track, or just enjoys the cool breeze of the LA evenings. It has a separate zone to body weight exercises, and football field, an awesome running track and a good number of seats for the spectators to come and chill. One round of the track is approx 0.29miles.
Great space to go running and work out. Must stay off field or track when USC teams have practice.
Good Track Field. Especially during the Summer. I go mon,wed,Friday.. not busy during the day. Good track to loose some pounds!!. They do have lockers just bring your own lock & your good for the Run!!!
Great track with the rubber covering. So that helps with the impact of running. The track has bars so you can do pull ups; or work on upper body. The track has 3 benches of different height, so you can do step-ups; or work on lower body. Love it here.
Very nice clean perfect for track & field
Great place if you want to go for a run, stretch, exercise or play a sport. Will require USC ID to enter.
The track is very neat and it is good to take a quick run.
Great place to meet other runners, used by locals athletes and students.
Perfect place to run early in the morning, just keep in mind USC also practices there
Make sure you bring an umbrella on hot days and your own food
Nice place for morning walk or excercise.

Amazing track. Great place to practice football and work out.
USC Spring football game. I love that campus.
Very good running track. You have to be a USC student, if you are planning to use in the night (past 9:00pm)
