A truly extraordinary place - I needed an antique engraving framed the same day. No one else in town would do it. Brentwood Art & Framing Gallery had it finished within hours, with a beautiful gold-painted wooden frame. It looked lovely. They chose just the right color ivory mat to offset the tint of the engraving. Such wonderful work, done with such good taste and care. Wish I could give them more than five stars…

I needed a picture framed in the same day during the holiday season. No one else in town could do it that quickly but after speaking with FastFrame they were able to accommodate me the very same day. My picture was framed and ready to go in only a few hours. Thank you FastFrame.

The guy that helped me here was extremely rude. I asked for a break down of how he REFRAMED my picture. He had an attitude with me about explaining the breakdown. He told me he charged me for over head and I asked how much was the overhead you charged me for. He said, I dont have to tell you how much I pay for rent and utilities. During our conversation he spoke to me with such an attitude, that you should NEVER treat your customers, especially after paying over $700 to get a picture REFRAMED. He sarcastically asked me if I wanted to know the cost of the tape, staples and nails that he used to fix the frame. I will be sure to tell my company to NEVER go to this location to get things fixed, framed or REFRAMED. This guy owes me an apology for how he spoke to me. I am disgusted with the way he talked to me.

Local gem - tons of arts, crafts, FastFrame Los Angeles, etc. Not a huge store but they pack in a lot of stuff.

Extremely professional service

Put a crease in the print. Over the phone quote increased when confirmed quote in person. Taped the artwork on the board when asked not to adhere artwork to board. My experience with Framefast ruined the artwork.
