I’ve had my studio here for more than 8 years and it’s an incredibly creative environment with reasonable rent. The owner of Spring Arts Tower loves artists, and the other tenants are great, too. Security here is on top of it!

The first office building for creative people and businesses in DTLA and the home to the Last Bookstore - the largest bookstore in California. And home to many of the top people in every creative field from film to publishing (even the LA Times) and tech, and the performing arts and the visual arts and its all just one block from the subway.
