BEDBUGS. BEWARE.The place is completely infested with bedbugs. I lived here for a few months in 2019 and for about 2 years from 2013-2015. I was forced to move out because Reid refused to do anything about for 3 years saying it would make the landlord increase the rent and they arent invincible. This has put everyone that has attended an event at risk of bringing some bedbugs home. Oh, and the couches are outside because they think thats effective treatment for them.
It was a holiday party with local singers and bands. Fun backyard sitting place attached to the art community house. There were some home-made tacos and soup.
You guys rule, keep it up....we need artists and musicians and people that come together!
