While family lives there the road up keep is abysmal you can tell the owner is a slum lord.... collects moneys and nothing else. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live.Ive seen some really nice trailer home parks and kept up well effort put in and this place barely had the grass mowed or the sign seen. At night its like pulling up to a place that you are unsure if one you missed it or two your in the movie wrong turn.Place is a wee bit trashy.

If this is the place I am thinking of it is a dump! The trailers are dinosaur era and they are filthy on the outside. Dont ever talk about the South again! Ha! Our parks dont look like this and we have friendly people too! Condemn this place!
