Air conditioning didnt work, got a plastic butter knife to cut birthday and chuckee wasnt there, food was horrible !

Its a cute place to go with the kids. Chuck E. comes out and you can take pictures with him. We got the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, which is cool they actually cut a bunch of small slices.

Horrible customer service. They care more about their money than you. Good job Chuck E Cheese you lost a customer.

We had my daughters 5 year old birthday party here. They took care of everything. The kids had a great time the pizza was good the service was great made sure we had to do nothing but show up and have a good time. They could upgrade a few of the games kind of outdated. If you having a birthday party due it at Chuck-E-Cheese they take care of everything

Great clothes and sales. Mens shoe dept. is especially light on tennis shoes.They seriously need to beef up that dept.

Had a blast! The pizza was good and it came out in no time. The employees were all very friendly and super helpful.

I confess I probably like Chuck E. Cheese a little more than an adult should. We love taking our nephews there. The best thing to do is buy the time cards (instead of a set number of games on a card) because the kids will swipe that card like theres no tomorrow.Food is great! Especially the salad bar.

A nice salad bar. My kid has a blast every time we go. Reasonable prices. Weekend can be packed. During the week is the best time to go.

This was a messI drove from Shreveport me and a party of 12 mostly kids of course, .the cash register did not work the manager sat in the back .and left the responsibility to the cashier to explain why it was a mess .i bought 9 cards the selection of games was terrible .to top it off they turned the lights off at 6 pm .never again

I think the important thing here is the kid loved it! If you go to a kid casino without understanding that its not exactly a fun time place for parents, youre making a mistake. 100s of kids, noisy games, tickets everywhere... censory overload for sure. I will say the pizza and salad bar is pretty decent though.

It seemed like the machines were jamming and not dispensing tickets. However, to their credit, they were quick and friendly when tending to the needs of its customers. Also, the majority of the machines were in working order. Most issues were resolved when the machines were jamming or running out of tickets. This place has upped its game in the last 5 years. This was a lot of fun for the whole family.

Since when does Chuck E. Cheese serve alcohol. SERIOUSLY? I saw some just sitting, left on a table, where the kids play. Not. Cool.

No issues. Kids enjoyed. Just wish instead of tickets, they would just load your card with points. Swipe and get whatever cheap toy you have points for.

One of the cleanest places I have ever been. We went on a very busy Saturday and had trouble finding a parking spot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was hot, came out like we ordered and typical for CC. I have been to several of these over the years and was amazed at the cleanliness for as busy as they were. Great job, we will be back.

We go to chuck e. cheeses all the time. Im not a big fan of the one in Longview because a lot of the machines dont work. But my daughter loves it so well keep going. Get the machines fixed and it will get 5 stars. Ducks in a pond is never filled to the fill line so we can never get the ducks to go in the hole

Well this is a place to take small children so the food is not memorable but the children will enjoy the pizza. There are games for all ages and its a fun time for the kids and it allows the adults to be in a more controlled environment with the children. It is a great place to have a birthday party for small children.

Planned my daughters birthday for 3 months here, its all she talked about. My wife took her at 1 pm because I had to work until 4:30 on the railroad. I arrived right at 5 pm and spent $100 on cards and $50 on food. The whole time my daughter had her eyes on the rainbow unicorn headband on display ITS THE ONLY THING SHE WANTED. So after 6 hours of rigorous ticket work from all of us we finally accumulated 1507 tickets and had MORE than enough for the headband. She went directly over and asked for the exact rainbow headband and the clerk Adeson who was serving her told her she couldnt have that one because she couldnt get to it and all she could give her was what she had behind the counter which were ones not on display. When I accidentally moved the glass open she was caught in a lie and repeated that she couldnt give my daughter that one. NEVER go to this one. If you love your kids take the extra time to get Tyler.

My grandkids love this place

Needed some entertainment for my 4 year old and he saw this as we drove by and asked to go. The new timed for unlimited games is awesome. Some of the games didnt work for him which was a bummer, but he had a great time!!!

My Grand kids always have a great time. I enjoy shooting baskets with them as well. The salad bar is quite tasty.

This location is clean and spacious with a big selection of arcade games. The games are up-to-date and usually maintenance. Last time we went, only one game was unavailable. It gets very crowded on the weekends, but its not too crazy on a Friday afternoon. They take great measure in making sure the kids are safe by stamping everyones wrists and checking them upon leaving. Beer is available to the adults to help cope with the noise! Chuck E. Cheese: Where a kid can be a kid, and the adults can be kids too, unless thats not your thing, then you can have beer and chill with your fellow adults. Everyone wins!

The machines kept breaking. But they were super busy. Staff was courteous. Pizza is much better than it used to be.

The past two times the Longview, Tx location has been understaffed and couldn’t handle large parties. The salad bar was bare. When asked for help, they were extremely rude. It is worth your time to drive to the Tyler, TX location.

The children loved it so therefore it was good, if theyre happy, Im happy.

I am one to not leave bad reviews but when the service is absolutely horrible, what other choice is left. Ate there tonight with my cousin and another friend after football practice with our sons and was highly disappointed. While having issues at the front counter the host (Eric) was very rude to my friend. Also, there was little to no seating, and when seating did come available no one wanted to clean the area for our party to be seated so myself and the other ladies took it upon ourselves to do so. Also, I do not like the fact that tokens cannot be purchased with deals anymore(rip off). Also, the food getting out to our table was extremely slow. It was just a horrible experience for our kids and self.

Went here for a birthday party. Was pretty disappointed in the games, not a lot of choices and some were broken at that. The pizza tastes like cardboard, and the Chucky mouse really wasnt giving his all. I felt his performance was sub par at best.

Surprised the pizza was good. Service was amazing with friendly very helpful staff. Had a great time.

Been going to chuck e cheese now for months every 2 weeks on a monday... pizza I can say is pretty good price of the play cards is good deal but our last visit was not good .. my card got over charged over 20 bucks then what receipt total was.. pizza came out wrong toppings not worth the extra topping asked for and paid for manger I guess who she is said oh didnt see that said keep the pizza thats wrong and made pizza that right I asked her bout my over charge an she had no answer for me except I dont know call corporate the hours I work are 9am to 7pm getting ahold corporate on my lunch doesnt happen get VM every time I call the one and only time corporate called Im working and dont have phone on me so missed call and they didnt leave VM... also that manager that was there that day acted like I was pain in butt bc I said pizza wrong and she acted even worse towards me when I questioned my card being over charged I REALLY do not want to go back to chuck e cheese wish I could talk to corporate

Chuck E. Cheese in Longview Texas is ran with a perfect flow. The General Manager there (Melissa Pope) is amazing and unbelievably helpful along with the other managers and every cast member I spoke to had great manners and where completely helpful! I implore everyone to go to this Chuck E Cheese cause not only with your kids have a great time but so will you!!

So I would like to state it was a little bit of a hard time at first the party holder rented out a section of 3 tables but they only had two for us so that caused some friction as well as they wanted to do the birthday song before most of the guests had arrived. However, this experience was made amazing by Hannah, (im pretty sure that was her name) who went above and beyond helping out in such a stressful environment.

Very expensive for what you get. The pizza is just mediocre and overpriced. They serve the food with styrofoam plates and plastic forks. The drink cups are small 12 oz and are just too small.The Chuck e Cheese Show is really just a video that plays once per hour. Gone are the days of the animatronic characters that were so much fun.Let’s face it, video games are all the same so other places are just as good.Overall, Chuck e Cheese has turned into such a disappointing experience and our children are missing out...
