This spot is the real meaning of Longview. The view is incredible. It is a Long view for sure. Hot air balloons travel over on the weekend. Seeing the wild while on the edge of a developed society is incredible. Peaceful and more than enough room to run. The owners are terrific people and desire to serve the tenants and bring enjoyment to East Texas. Love my stay here for sure!!

I camped out in one of the tent areas and was not disappointed! It had an open area for our tent and a camp fire and still had an abundance of open space. I took my girlfriend and her son, who has never been camping before, and we had a blast! A great first experience for him, he loved the homemade s’mores over the fire! This is a great spot for family camping!!

This is a brand new park in construction. As such they have very few pads available at this time. Once the park is finished there will be concrete pads throughout and they will be widely spaced. We thought what they have planned will make for an awesome park. So be patient with them and know this when you stay. We will be back because we saw that in the near future this will be a first class rv park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the very friendly people.

I enjoyed my stay. Easy access on and off the interstate. In a good location. The other people in the park very friendly. Looking forward to seeing the park grow. Glad to be on of the first tenants to stay here. Praying for the best as you grow your park.
