This is a great arts and crafts store. There selection is great and the prices arent to bad. I believe they are offering so e 20% off deal online too. I would check it out.

Good store, good prices. Sometimes hard to find help, but today I had 2 different people ask me if I needed anything, so that was cool. Loving their farmhouse decor. Also they had this llama floaty, so they are winners in my book.

Good selection of crafting items. We were looking for cake decorating ideas and items and there were plenty. We purchased a larger cake pan and a turntable / Lazy Susan to use when decorating cakes.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great array of crafts and supplies for most hobbies. The prices are a little higher than Id prefer but not terrible. You can usually find some amazing deals if you watch the sales and clearances.

Great product for great prices! Every week they have hundreds of amazing sales, and if you play your cards right, youll walk away with bags and bags of amazing things and barely a dent in your wallet.

This particular michaels is always well-stocked with almost everything arts and crafts (except for a range of fabric), and always has nice staff available at checkout. no complaints at all. seasonal decor is always nice, too.

One of the racks was busted and had metal sticking out. Scraped my arm up other than that, its your typical Michaels. Significantly cleaner than the hobby lobby in town. No Christmas decor out in September, thank goodness. The checkout tends to be slower with generally less lanes open. The cross stitch section seems to shrink every time I visit. The cashier last I was there was less than polite but normally, the cashiers are average.

The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because the last two times we have been here, they havent had everything we needed in stock. Other than that, this place is great!

I always find what Im looking for. Today Im getting something framed. Michaels is my go to place for everything I need framed.

Went into Michaels in Longmont on 10/2/20. Posted on the door was the mandatory wearing of mask to enter sign. No problem there, I had my mask covering my face and nose. Found what I needed and approached the cashier. She was NOT WEARING face covering and stood behind a plexiglass shield. I paid in cash and when she handed me my change she came around the plexiglass. Her face was within 18 inches of mine. Totally unexpected. I won’t be returning to this store due to the lack of awareness on customer service.

50% off all Christmas decorations, and the selections are great right now. Didnt want to wait till after Thanksgiving and then have limited selections.

Its hard to get around in this store. Its well stocked, but the aisles are tiny.

Boxes of product left partially unpacked in aisles, poorly signaged aisles...grumpy associates. Not the most enjoyable shopping trip...

Did an buy online and pick up in store for convenience and to save time. Convenient and time saving it was not. Had to wait in a line of 8 people. Then the clerk had me sign for it before he handed it to me. Then had no idea where my item was. Grabbed another employee who started the whole process again and when I obviously wasnt in the system since I signed for it I had to explain the situation. She went back to look for it, came up with the wrong version that was cheaper. After trying to explain that, she left again to finally come back with the correct item. What a mess.

️ in general I enjoy going to Michaels, however the past few things I have stopped by they do not have what Im looking for. Shelves have been empty, nothing in stock and dont know when theyll get anything. Then they refer me to order online...I would think they would want to keep business in the actual store...

I went there to pick up packages that were sent to me by UPS.They were diverted to Michaels because I was not home to receive the packages. The ladies at Michaels are very courteous and friendly. Thanks to the criminals these are the steps that UPS has taken so your property doesnt get ripped off. The really sad thing is that I live in an apartment complex owned by the Longmont Housing Authority. We are supposed to have Supportive Services here as we that live here are very poor and most do not have vehicles. So one would think that if there is an employee who sits here for 8hrs a day to provide Supportive Services that could include receiving packages for residents if they happen to not be here themselves.

My family was trying to find small glass vials that we saw online to hold small amounts of ashes from the dog we had just had to put down. Im sure we were more quickly frazzled and maybe did miss something but we spent a good 30 minutes wandering around the store and asked for help twice only to be blown off both times by the employees

I was emailed my order for pickup was ready. I drove 45 minutes just to get there & went inside but the help-staff, couldnt find my order anywhere. After looking for 15 minutes, I made several suggestions, still the employee was clueless. After looking in THE SAME SPIT 4 times, she FINALLY found it. She looked under the wrong section if their alphabetical filling system... several times. And, the rest of my order wasnt even filled! Hadntgotten round to it, she said. Believe me, the 1employees there in the back-pickup area WERENT AT ALL BUSY, except sitting around talking. The cashiers are super friendly, professional, helpful, & good at their jobs. Plus they are quick.

I’ve never left a review in my life but this made me super uncomfortable. My sister, friend, nephew and I went in last night at 8 (they close at 9, so plenty of time) we needed quite a few different random things. It was not easy to find what we were looking for but we were minding our own business, shopping like everyone else. We were there until about 8:30, the employees started acting like they were fed up, asking us rudely what we needed help finding, then I had 3 or 4 employees casually walk by us within just a couple minutes, lol, also whispering to each other on their microphones. Maybe they thought we were stealing or something. (Which obviously we were not and also never showed any signs of theft) I’ve worked retail before, I KNOW they must take necessary steps when having suspicions of theft, but it made us sooo uncomfortable. Or maybe they wanted to get out early and thought we were taking too much time even though we left at 8:30, but anyway, very awkward and very rude. We felt very rushed to leave and felt like we couldn’t continue shopping despite the fact they were still open.. just odd.

Always find more than I need, the poor checker couldve used some help, but she was efficient and friendly!

This place is very clean and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The 6 foot Easter bunny was kinda creepy though.

I love this store. But its a hit or miss on the employees some times they are nice most times they are very unfriendly. And they only have the cashier working so if you have questions your SOL.

It seems like there are three people working at any given time or day. Finding help is impossible. You have to hunt for an associate. I WILL say that when you do find one they seem to be knowledgeable - the trick of course is actually finding someone.

Nice little craft store. Has a lot of good stuff over there. A little dirty at times.

A good selection of all the arts and crafts things you might desire, and theres always an online coupon that you can use on the one thing thats at regular price. Nearly everything is on sale at some time or another, and I have to admit that I come here more often simply to avoid the other place that is far more politically conservative. I also really love their frame sales for the artwork that I hang for my art shows.

Nice staff, easy parking and decent selection of crafty type things. Beware of specialized markers. On two instances I purchased specialized markers that were completely dried out. Specifically skin art markers and calligraphy markers. The first were a gift and the second I am returning. Otherwise great place.

Ive had an excellent experience with the framing department in general, but yesterday, I came in to have a custom mat cut. Jadyn helped me, and not only was the price to have the mat cut super reasonable, so was the price to have her mount it in the frame I picked out from the aisles. I thought she would just put it in like I would have at home, just the included backings, etc, but she went above and beyond what I expected, complete with paper backing and a wire hanger. It came out perfect, spotless, and she did it quickly. Im so impressed! Thank you so much!

Always having awesome sales

I havent been into a Michaels in a few years or so, but nearing on Halloween soon, they had some really great decorations. I am definitely going back before they sell out of certain items. I wasnt approached by anyone that worked there, but that was fine, because I feel in stores like Michaels that I want to be left to look and explore and then if I have a question they are visible for me to ask them for help.

Michaels is a great big-box craft store. They are keeping on top of the latest DIY trends. Shopping there is like browsing a tangible Pinterest. Theyre open late, and dont hustle you out the door with time warnings 30 minutes before they close.
