I have only attended Poetry Night but there is a wide range of creative writing and art workshops and events with a rotating local artist venue for displaying their work. I find the people and the at mmm sphere to be very welcoming.

As far as intimate show venues go, this is a great place to see a show. Nothing fancy, but gives the the opportunity to see/hear musicians up close.

Small but nice gallery.

Impressed by the progressive curating that is lacking in some of the larger art houses. Looking forward to the next exhibit.
