I booked my girlfriend surprise 30th party! It was phenomenal!!! My girlfriend was so surprised. Such a great event space. The entire space was decorated amazing. April is an amazing person to work with. She recommended a amazing photographer (shout out to Alpha)!!!! Her mother and manager were wonderful while the event was happening. The space is beautiful and so lively. April responded and kept in touch with me at all times. I recommend this place to all my friends. I will definitely be doing more events here!!!!!

April is a wonderful percussion teacher. She is very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining the technique. She cares about her students and is building such a wonderful community of artists and musicians here at the NJ shore.10PRL is the perfect place for that community, and all our experiences at their location have been wonderful. The 10PRL team is professional, easy to work with, and truly invested in the success of their clients. Highly recommended!

10PRL is a beautiful, versatile space with a warm and professional creative team on deck to elevate your artistry to the next level. I have seen some of the music videos shot there and the lighting and effects are incredible! Ive been to the space for several drumming workshops and to perform in an all-day music Womens Day event. April and Kira have created a space that encourages a sense of community, respects talent, and takes excellent care of their guests to make sure everything runs smoothly. The openness of the space is made even more welcoming by the diverse community of people and the creative work they do there. Highly recommend for your music video shoot, dance troupe or any artistic vision.

I hosted a large photoshoot here and the space was perfect! It’s extremely open and versatile and comes equipped with a lot of necessities. The best part of the whole experience was the 10PRL staff though. They made everything go SO smooth and flawless from start to finish. Amazing hospitality I am so grateful for all of their help and flexibility ️ especially because I booked it only two days in advance!

I had a 21st birthday party here recently and I can just say the owners were very cooperative and helpful throughout the entire process. The venue is reasonable size to host a party. Definitely if I have another party I will be returning to 10prl!

It’s not just about the beautiful spaces, plural spaces, that are available for a variety of needs and uses, it’s the natural light, the beautiful wooden floors, the textured walls, so many amenities… I could go on.It was the smiles, the staff making you feel comfortable, checking to see if you needed anything from coffee to a cable. April and Kira were on site to help in any way.Lastly and equally as important to me, was the level of communication… From the first inquiry to book, to event day questions the interaction was thorough and prompt.If you’re looking for a lovely, knowledgeable, friendly staff to work with again, to say nothin of the space itself, 10prl will not disappoint.

Went there a lot throughout the winter, before the pandemic. Really fun and vibrant place, even if at base simple in aesthetic. The simpleness actually helps allow it to be versatile and multipurpose. A real gift to Monmouth County’s art scene. April is very kind and thoughtful.

I had such a fun time recording my bands music video here! The staff was really helpful. Such an awesome space for an affordable price! I will be coming back here for my next video for sure & definitely recommend it to friends bands in NYC.

Place has great vibes. I really love the crew, they made me feel at home. The result of the video was really professional shots, couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely going back for my next video performance project.

Ive seen a few events in the space before COVID- its gorgeous in there. Very welcoming and inclusive. Its just what the area needs- a women-owned small business to promote the thriving music and arts culture in NJ!

An immaculate, spacious, and flexible loft studio for events, music and dance rehearsals and performances, video shoots, classes, and much more. In addition to the open studio spaces, there are two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. The proprietors, Kira and April, are hospitable, knowledgeable professionals.

Recently helped a buddy of mine film a music video here and I have to say, while the space was decent, April was extremely unprofessional, the other lady was nice though.She told us not to play loud music during our rental time, and actually was teaching some sort of video lesson in the venue at the same time we paid to rent the space; we paid over 1k to rent this space. Extremely unprofessional to ask your clients not to play music during a music video shoot, especially considering we paid to rent out the entire venue.Also, the cyclorama floor was really dirty.

If I could put 100 stars I would. From the beautiful space down to the amazing staff. April and the staff made my event a pleasant experience. With all of my anxiety and panicking the day of my event the 10 Prl staff came to the rescue! They made everything much easier with setting up or even waving down my guest in the parking lot lol. I cannot wait to book with 10 Prl again!!! I couldn’t thank them enough.

They showed up late 2/3 days that we had time scheduled, and I was left waiting in the parking lot for the to let us in.They also asked us not to use a specific room during a time we paid to rent the space. They were also playing weird loud music in the kitchen while we were trying to rehearse and shoot our own music video, in a space that we paid to rent.Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time.

They opened up for us late, and overall were extremely unprofessional. Over priced and under kept facility. The cyclorama was extremely dirty

10PRL visually impressed me when I first walked in a few weeks ago. I was looking for a place to shoot a music video and within standing in 10 PRL s walls for only seconds, I knew this was the place! The Cyclorama caught my eye and I was absolutely thrilled to see this amazing monolithic structure that is a perfect backdrop. The staff are next level helpful and kind. Extremely honest, up front, and ready to help. My band and I will definitely be shooting more videos here. Dont travel all the way to NYC. 10PRL has everything you need!

Had a very unpleasant experience dealing with April, will not be coming back.

My band shot our latest music video at 10PRL today, and the space was AMAZING. The cyclorama was exactly the kind of venue we were searching for to get professional performance shots without having to travel to a big city. Located in Long Branch, it is conveniently near Asbury Park and Red Bank with a FREE parking lot. (Big deal when you have to pay for parking hourly and you have a lot of people involved!). April, Kira and the rest of the staff there today went above and beyond to accommodate us and make the shoot go smoothly. I highly recommend checking out 10PRL for hosting your next event, fundraiser, class, video shoot etc. There is a lot you can do here :)
