This hotel gives mixed signals. On one hand the exterior and lots of the interior is beautiful. Three restaurant and its food is both chic and exquisite. The location is remarkable as its right on the boardwalk and offers stunning views of the beach and water... But then theres a dark side. I stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding party. Another member of the party mentioned they found bedbugs in their bed and furniture prompting me to CAREFULLY inspect my room and bedding. I didnt find any actual bedbugs but what I found was deeply disturbing with both red stains, (a sign of bedbugs), and hairs throughout my sheets. I worry as my room was assured to have a sanitation inspection prior to checking in. I decided to closely inspect more and I did not like what I discovered. I contacted the front desk and they had my room serviced and sheets replaced immediately. I enjoyed the wedding and the venue as everything was beautiful. Our photos from the rooftop are undeniably gorgeous but that still leaves me concerned about the sanitization and cleanliness. I am really happy the staff was open to listening and compensating me with drink vouchers and I would consider visiting again purely based on the response of the staff.

Sevice is welcoming. This hotel has become a home away from home. My children love the pool on the rooftop and when its the fall, winter, or they love getting up and having breakfast with a beautiful view of the beach as well as cozy up with the fireplace. An amazing place for a mother of many to get away from day to day and for family time away from home.

My fiance booked us a beach front room and we were really looking forward to hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the luxuries of an upscale hotel. I have to say how disappointed we both were with a quite a number of things! First of all, the room was was not clean! Many surfaces had an evident layer of dust/hair. The floors were filthy - my feet were covered with dirt, sand etc in no time.. THERE IS NO BALCONY. THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN WEBSITE IS MISLEADING. Very noisy all the time. Constant slamming of the doors jolted me awake several times. The restaurant/bar is VERY poorly managed in all aspects! Dont get fooled by the fancy decor, thats all it is. Not even worth stopping in for a drink. While we made the best of our stay in LB, I would never stay here again, ESPECIALLY would not shell out that kind of money. NOT WORTH IT. Id take my chance at the LB Hotel next time.

Front desk service was not adequate, the room very nice but toilet bowl never flushed. The engineer came to repair it but was not able to do so I showered and checked out. Checked into the Long Beach Hotel instead and they were very accommodating. And staff very nice. Room clean and prices very reasonable and a block from the beach. Much better value.

The room was well appointed. From my conversations with others, I gather they vary in size. Mine was nice, but on the smallish side. I really dont mind that, as its a LB hotel and that happens to be par for the course most of the time. But I guess there are larger to be had, so know before you go.

Our stay at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach NY was not the best. When we checked into our room, there was water stains on the wall and a wall sconce lampshade missing. Our window had a air conditioner in it but when you closed the curtains for privacy, the curtains covered the air conditioner. We had a bad view of a roof and other rooms that could look right in so we had to close the curtains. My husband went to the front desk and told them the room was not acceptable to our standards, so they changed our room and the new room was renovated and so much better. All new. However the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so the bathroom fogged up and that was the only mirror in the room. No full length mirror or any other mirror so if your spouse is getting ready in the bathroom you have to wait because the room had to mirror. That was a pain in the neck and you had to wait a good 15 min for the mirror to un fog. There was not even a complimentary coffee or tea in the morning and nothing in your room either except a fridge. We had to go out of the hotel to grab a coffee and then go back to the room to get ready for the day. The windows did not open, in the room, the ventilation was bad. We woke up dry with a cough every night. The made did not show up two days in a row so in four days straying we had a maid change our sheets once. We had to track downs new towels everyday. It was very strange. We got stuck during a power outage and when we got out we told two staff and they looked at us like we were crazy. We just wanted them to check the elevator. When we were in it we didn’t know there was a power outage. No one told us until I went to the front desk to tell them that they might want to check the elevator because we got stuck in it, I was scared because it got pitch dark and we kept ringing the bell and pressing the phone and no one answered. However they did waive the resort fee which was nice.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The public areas are stylish and pretty well maintained. However, the rooms could use some love. The bedside tables were worn and the desk had a huge chunk of veneer knocked off. The room and bathroom were spotless, though the grout was a bit dingy. The top of the fridge was badly scratched. I dont think I have stayed in a four star hotel that had plastic cups, but at least there were cups. After saying all that, the hotel is in a great location, right on the boardwalk. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. A pharmacy and grocery store are a 10 minute walk.My only major disappointment was that 24 hours after I checked out I was alerted to a charge at the bar. I only bought a coffee at the bar and paid cash for that. I now have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

The hotel itself is pretty and the front desk staff was nice. That is where the positivity on my review ends. Only one elevator worked and only 2 people could be in it at a time so anytime I came downstairs I had to walk back up to the 5th floor. Upon arrival the toilet seemed to have (what I truly hope was not) vomit in it and it took a few calls/hours before someone came to address it. The water was freezing in the shower and the sink. I, nor the person I came with would ever visit this hotel again.

The best parts of this hotel are its proximity to the beach and it’s attempt to be a nice place. There are a number of shortcomings, the service is often below average and then followed up with a number of apologies that are well intentioned but clearly insincere. The rooms, the lobby, the pool and bar area are well-designed but poorly executed in construction. This can be noticed when you look at fallen tiles, poorly installed shower fixtures and a number of other things that are falling apart.I really wanted to like this place, but’s it’s just trying to be something that it’s not.Examples: The tile wall by the pool has missing tiles. The curb around the pool has a large loose piece of concrete that could fall on anyone. The bathroom lobby has stains on the toilet stall door that appears to be blood. There were major stains in my bathroom sink and bathroom tub. When I called the front desk to ask for some additional body wash and towels they showed up with less body wash then I asked and toothbrushes… Not paying attention.

First, we got 2 wrong rooms then promised, so, it was very disappointing, I need to get a new key, the guy totally ignored me, after speaking to a supervisor, he was friendly, my daughter called for towels and to get her garbage empty, nothing, called in the morning still nothing, went downstairs still had to wait 20 minutes. The breakfast, was very disappointing, The coffee was horrible, we could not drink it. The hotel for the 500 plus a night should be more attentive to guests, and have a friendly approach. My Son in Law, tried to make it Easy access for us to.be close to family, due to the Death of my sister. I lived in long beach for years and that was the first time, I even entered the hotel. We were all very disappointed, and sorry we did not look for a different place to stay, sometimes convenience, is not worth it. A total ripe off, unfriendly, lacking hospitality, We all agreed, look somewhere else.

The hotel overall was a little disappointing for the price we paid. Due to covid, you had to make a reservation for the pool, the restaurant and bar closed early. I tried to reach the restaurant through our hotel phone and it was not working. When I went down to the restaurant it was hard to find someone that worked there and then the order for breakfast they made incorrectly. The room was clean but I personally thought it would be nicer for the price.

Eh, maybe this was a 4 star hotel when it was first built but definitely not now. I booked an expensive corner suite but the room was well past its prime and basically falling apart. Furnishings were cheap and worn out. The bed was comfortable but the sheets felt old instead of crisp. The first bathroom shower wand wasnt turning on. Only the rainfall shower head worked but the pressure was weak and the water never got warm enough. In the second bathroom, there was a tub and a shower. The wand to the tub didnt work because it was missing a handle. The shower was fine but again it had weak pressure. All the light switches were broken and didnt click. Some lights didnt turn on.Luckily staff was good. They brought up waters and new towels quickly when we asked. Everyone except 1 person was wearing masks. Most people were polite with the elevators and asked if it was ok to go on. Street parking is free but can be tough to find a spot. The ocean view is great and takes less than a minute to walk to the beach. I highly recommend eating at Riptides which is also a minute walk.

Rooms were very clean and simple. Love the complementary beach chairs. They had bikes too but didnt get a chance to check those out. WiFi was broken the entire stay, which was annoying. Street parking was easy but hard to find a free spot. $40/day for valet. COVID wise: Elevator lines were long. Beach was closed at 8. Boardwalk and bars closed at 9. Breakfast was not available. A lot of people complained in line for 20 mins so we didnt bother waiting. We found a breakfast place a short walk down boardwalk so no big deal. Overall I would come back. Bleach was so close and theres an ice cream shop right next door.

We stayed at this hotel for a long three day weekend. While the location of the hotel was beautiful, the service at the hotel was lacking. During our stay the elevator had broken and there was no indication posted anywhere. We had found out because we had just entered the hotel but the other guests were all waiting at the elevator for 20 minutes before we told them.During this time, the service elevator was the only thing that could be used. The service elevator was located through the kitchen and all the guests had to walk through in order to use it. We felt very unsafe because the area was very cramped. It was almost impossible to social distance. When we arrived on the floor of our room, the service elevator was located right next to our room. Throughout the night the door to the service elevator was slamming. We had called the front desk reception and spoke to Andrew because we couldn’t sleep all night. Our nine-month-old also wasn’t able to sleep because of the constant slamming of the door. Andrew reassured me that Security would come upstairs and prop open the door But this never happened and the door just kept on slamming throughout the night. When we first were told about the elevator they reassured us that it would be fixed within the hour. Had we known that it would be broken until the next day we would’ve asked to move our room. On the second day when I went downstairs to ask the receptionist a question and they asked me how my night was, and I responded that “it wasn’t great”. There was no follow up response and they seems to lack any empathy to our situation.

I wish I can give a rating lower than 1 star. This hotel was by far the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. Ridiculously overpriced and a total waste of time. Please please do not make the same mistakes I made. Besides the location of the hotel, which is right on the boardwalk by the beach, their is absolutely nothing else good about this hotel. Low ceilings, dated rooms, lights not working in bathrooms, fixtures broken, horrible customer service, old bed sheets, and just a general underwhelming feeling when entering the hotel. By the way, the rooms labeled partial ocean view are not at all partial, they should be labeled minuscule or barely any ocean view because you will mainly be looking out your windows at a hideous building getting construction work done on it. Resort fee is so bogus as well. We were told that the rooms had balconies and none of them did. We were told that we needed beach passes to go to the beach and that is why they charge a resort fee, we went on the beach three times and not once were we asked for a beach pass. This place is a joke of a 4-star hotel and being a Hilton Diamond Member I have stayed at several 2-star Hilton Hampton Inns that were better than the Allegria.

The front desk staff at the Allegria were amazing. Friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. They had great restaurant recommendations and suggestions for how to get around town and places to see. Id give them 5 stars, no question. The rest of the hotel was really unpleasant.-Ice maker was full of dirty ice and had not been cleaned recently and was only popping out ice with dark brown and bits of black inside-Being in the room next door to the housekeeping storage area meant we had round the clock door slamming, shelves being dragged around and rearranged, carts coming and going, trash cans being emptied and banged around-Took an hour and a half the first night to get extra bedding and we were given four top sheets. No pillows, no comforters, no fitted sheets-Mold in the bathroom-Dirty grout in the shower and over the bathtub-Damage and blemishes to the bathtub-Water damage in bathroom walls-Dirt and mud on the back of the bathroom door-Single ply toilet paper-Air conditioning unit leaked profusely whether it was turned on or off-Water damage on the desk under the air conditioner-Warped wood from water damage on the floor by the bathroom-Two of the three chairs in the sitting area were broken-Very thin doors and walls, could hear everything from the hallway, upstairs, downstairs and next door-No dressers, chest of drawers or cabinets to store clothing in. Our open closet had no hangers. And since the desk was constantly full of standing water and the chairs in the room were broken, we had no where to put any of our things at all-Over a dozen light switches in the room and only two of them worked-One of the two elevators was broken on and off throughout our visit-Not enough towels in the room. Took two days of asking to receive more-The restaurant / bar area and staff were really confusing. There were arrows all over the floors pointing in directions that were contrary to what the employees were directing people to follow and different than the signs that were posted. Trying to dine in, order a cocktail to go, order food to go...all had different rules / procedures every time we went in

It was an awful stay and a disappointment! I have a list of complaints from the moment I walk into the hotel. This was suppose to be a birthday getaway for my son and our family which turned into a horrible experience! The hotel is in a great location, but the standards of the hotel is poor.1. Check in is suppose to be at 4pm my family and other party of three that was with us had to go check 3 different times regarding when our rooms would be ready. The response we got was soon housekeeping is working on it. We probably checked in about an hour later.2. The following day the elevator was down all day. We were directed to take staff elevator. As we approached the elevator a group of staff members rode the elevator with us two out of five staff members were not even wearing face mask which is unacceptable due to covid being prevalent.3. Finally after a long wait for check in we arrive to a dirty room, and the air conditioning not working properly.4. The second night of being there right before heading to bed after a long first day of complaints and time wasted talking to managers we see a water bug in our room, disgusting and really topped off all things bad that could’ve happened.I was furious, disgusted, frustrated and exhausted with the whole entire stay. And the list goes on of complaints I will never recommended the hotel to anyone.

For COVID-19, the cleanliness of these rooms were abysmal. Sand in the bed, dirty brown marks on the fresh bath mats, and the pads of my feet were black after walking barefoot for two minutes. We booked a beachview suite and were given a room that did not match the photos on the website. We were told that the room we wanted actually costs less, so in effect we paid MORE for a room that we did NOT want, that was shockingly dirty. And we were given an accessible room... (that we didnt book either). The windows of our view were marked and dirty and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in months. The ill-equipped kitchenette had two plastic cups ....and that was all. No plates, no utensils, no coffee, no tea. A fridge that didnt lock. It was a wonder why there was cupboard space, when there was nothing in it. Ive had more amenities in a base room in a motel than a suite at this 4 star. When I brought these issues to front desk, they offered to waive the resort fee ($70). I requested a full service of the room plus utensils, plates, and bottled water. When we came back that night, someone had been in the room but still nothing for the kitchenette. We booked for four but the room was not even prepped for one. Despite multiple calls, in person requests, and follow ups to front desk, it was impossible to get any service (and we checked in at an off-peak late night hour). Staff would tell us they would bring us bedding, and nothing would come (you would think they would prioritize bedding for late night check ins, since we had none!). They said they would bring us utensils, and we would go downstairs and fetch it ourselves.I was offered a partial refund but to date, the full charges have been put on my card and I havent received any response to the email I sent Allegria. I overheard staff saying that the hotel is doubly as busy as they are usually for this time of year. The hotel has clearly not made sufficient attempts to increase staff or cleaning to account for this influx. We spent almost a thousand dollars on two nights and it was disgusting. The hotel has a lot of potential but their inability to adhere to the most basic cleaning principles during a global pandemic is a huge concern. And we did not even get the room we paid a premium for, which was incorrectly advertised on the website. I wouldnt stay here again if you paid me.

I’d like to give a huge compliment to the Supervisor, Jonathan Fabietti. A minor situation happened that triggered my anxiety and my mind automatically assumed the worst. My mother and I approached Jonathan Fabietti. He was so calm, cool, and collective. His focus was to make sure we were ok. He was so compassionate and caring and he wanted to make sure we were truly genuinely ok. He offered water and tea. I just want to say to Allegria hotel that you truly have benefited by having such a humble and companionate supervisor on your team and myself and my mother will recommend your hotel to others. Thanks again to the other staff as well for being so nice and treating us like family throughout these unforeseen times. I will be back. Until we meet again Allegria Hotel. God bless!

A nice hotel but lacking in many areas. I appreciated it being right on the beach and and offering beach passes. However, this hotel is very clearly not managed well. For what they charge, I expect WAY better service. Also during a pandemic, there was sadly very little sanitation and social distancing enforcement. Very disappointing.1. NEVER answer the phone offsite or in the hotel. We tried reaching someone before we arrived and no one ever picked up. We have up. While in our room trying to get towels, no one answered either.2. We are here during Covid and the waitress at the restaurant wouldn’t properly wear a mask while serving. She had it below her nose the entire time.3. Housekeeping didn’t come to the room. We saw someone and asked for a quick cleanup but when they arrived they didn’t replace towels, toilet paper, or vacuum the room.4. There were small almost unnoticeable signs inside the elevators stating 2 people per elevator due to Covid-19, however this was not enforced at all. There should be clear signs outside the elevator so people know. There were crowds of people in elevators.Overall the location was great, but sadly the amount you pay per night just didn’t reflect well in the service.

The view of the ocean and the hotel and restaurant is really nice. Long Beach is great and this place is worth visiting. What they cannot sort out, even after 8 years that we went here for the first time, is the service in the restaurant.Either you dont get food for an hour, no water all evening or no waiter to be seen for 30 minutes. The food once you get it, is allright, not very special, but good. I simply dont want to fight for it.

The a/c was in sufficient in the lobby and the restaurant. So much so that the ladies room door swelled shut and I had a hard time getting out. Prior to my check in I called the front desk 3 timessage to request early check in and never got thru. The water pressure in the room was poor. Cold water was difficult. The toilet was hard to flush. I nearly fell in the shower add water to tile and it is slippery and if your going to fall nothing to grab on into the menu was limited. Some of this could be because of covid

Horrible! After reading reviews for hotels in Long Beach we decided to stay at the Allegria Hotel while we were in town for a funeral. I was told that we could not get an early check in but our room would be available by 4pm. We checked in at 6:30pm and was told the system was showing that our room was still dirty. The young man who helped us at the front desk was very nice about it so he gets a pass but the person who cleaned the room should have took care of this. When we reached the room the room had a modern look but the furniture looked old. The tub had chipped paint and the room was dark. The restaurants were not offering room service which is understandable but they wouldnt even allow you to order pickup from the room. Which means you have to literally have to walk to the restaurant to order, then wait, then walk back to your room to eat. How does this help the spread of Covid? This place charges a resort fee but offers no resort. The pool also closes way too early so we couldn’t even use that. As someone who frequents many 5 star establishments this was not one of them. The front desk is also very understaffed. Please look into a better checkin/checkout system. For the prices you charge this should be a no brainer!

Do not pay to stay here. This ocean front hotel is 100% not worth it. I would rather stay a few blocks inland, pay double what I just paid and walk half a mile to the beach then step foot in here again.I only write reviews if I had an amazing experience or one of the worst. The Allegria Hotel is more on the European side and there were a lot of foreigners staying there which is great. That doesnt bother me. Maybe they dont care about the same things I do. My boyfriend and I are from Nassau county and wanted to spend a night away from home and we chose this hotel which is local for us.The place is nice when you walk in. The hotel staff was nice. Nothing to rave about but nice. The room was updated but then they didnt update the bedside tables. They were old run down wooden tables that looked like something out of That 70s show. There were stains on the curtains. The wood desk was all chipped. The place was very dusty. The elevators were so slow I think I turned grey waiting for them.I understand its on the ocean which is whythey charge so much but at least make the place worth the money. You cant have a flea bag place and charge over $500 per night just because its on the beach. If none of these things bother you and you just want to be on the ocean and have the money to spend then this place wont be so bad for you but before you book a room read my review on their restaurant Atlantica.

I just feel for the amount of money u spend that itbshould be decent Negative: Dirtyness, and breakfast was not included and it wasnt good, I only did this trip because it was my daughters graduation. I put my savings into this one day trip, if it wasnt for the beach. I wouldve complaint and left

This hotel is off the boardwalk and the rooms with the ocean views are breathtaking. I checked into the hotel and I must give a shout out to Devin White who was the nicest person you ever met. He was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to help me. I also want to mention Kirk who managed our catering order and conference room logistics. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. I bought a cake from an outside bakery and he kept it and brought it in on schedule with candles on it for my bosss birthday. I really love the service here. I will be back during the summer with my kids.

This hotel is a 4/5 star beauty that’s not perfect BUT Is perfect. As fresh as a beachy breeze a mere 20 minutes from JFK international airport ... it can’t get better than this! The beach has beautiful sand with a lovely well kept boardwalk teeming with happy, fit, and elegant people. There is a rooftop pool with direct views of the ocean and really comfortable seats with a pleasant staff. The interior of the hotel is gleaming beachy sparkling clean and feels just right. It’s not overly done but not almost good enough either. When I was in this hotel I felt FRESH! There is a Starbucks by the front desk, curbside valet parking, fresh lobby, restaurant with ocean theme art galore, great bar, sexy furniture, and views of the beach almost everywhere you look. The best part is how real and unpretentious the entire entity is. I had a really nice time and highly recommend Allegria Hotel for a fabulous, splashy, beautiful, splendid, and gentle beach getaway.I did go with my wife very early in the summer so I can’t say how things will get in the height of the summer. Nevertheless, the Allegria, offered a fresh breach getaway to this New Yorker, without a flight all the way to Miami. The room was also very bright and comfortable, updated and chic, with frosty bathroom door panel, rain shower, and elegantly arranged furniture and decor.I don’t like pointing out negatives, especially at such nice places, nevertheless, I’d like to explain the 4/5 rating dilemma. I have a peeve about soft closing toilet lids and I was kinda shocked that such a great hotel didn’thave that feature. The room ocean view was tremendous, but the window was spotty (I know it’s hard to keep the windows gleaming at the beach but they were spotty nonetheless) .

On 5/31at around 5pm we ordered Lobster Roll and fries with 2drinks. First they had no Calamari. Next the Heineken beer was pre poured and so was Chardonnay. Beer was flat and little more than half a plastic cup. Next LRoll had hardly any Lobster on it and there were no fries. For 40$ I would eat somewhere else. I do NOT recommend this place

I have gone to the Allegria several times over the past few years. It is a premier hotel and restaurant on the Long Beach board walk which stands out even more because there are no other restaurants to speak of other than a couple of very casual fast food places. The ambiance in the Allegria is eclectic and glitzy, the food and service are excellent. The only complaint I have which hasnt discouraged me from going, is that there is a very loud tinny type of din, reflecting all the conversations going on since there is nothing in the decor to absorb sound. Fortunately there hasnt been blaring music to make it worse. The sound level was better in the table dining area since its separate from the bar area, but still there are the echoes. In the late fall we get a window table with the full ocean view for an early dinner so we can see a beautiful sunset in the west. Prices are moderate, especially considering its reputable standing.

So first and foremost I want to shout out EDWIN at the front desk for making this Reservation and stay possible for me and my family. I lost my mother to Covid 19 in mid-June and we were in need of a SAFE and local escape immediately. He helped me choose the perfect rooms with the Budget we had. He guaranteed me I would have everything I needed in my rooms upon arrival. He also saw to it that I continued to have a fantastic stay. This is an all honest review. The location for beach lovers is perfect. Parking is available for free outside. You get Beach Passes for your entire stay.I stayed for 8 whole days and heres what I can tell you. The rooms are beautiful and CLEAN. The linens were clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms in the suites are huge! The robes were absolutely delicious after a nice shower (or bubble bath) after a long day at the beach and pool. I recommend the City view suites if you cannot get a Beach view Suite and THE SUNSET KING SUITE if you want to experience a magical moonlight and beautiful corner beach views from your living room and bedroom! Also super important the staff is very friendly and Beyond Helpful. These people go above and beyond. The General manager Mark is also very present I saw him almost everyday doing so many jobs it was nice to see.Yes the pool is now open. Its not huge and social distancing is required but it is big enough for all kids to enjoy. They have a great schedule to safely accommodate all guests. They also have an outdoor shower on the rooftop to rinse of chlorine. For MOMS out there. It is COVID safe! They take every precaution seriously. They provide all beach towels, pool towels, and chairs. They have an outdoor shower to get all the excess sand off. The housekeeping team will clean all the sandy mess left in your room EVERY DAY. The housekeeping staff is unbelievable. You can Now relax ladies.MILTON AND HIS HOUSEKEEPING TEAM ARE PHENOMENAL. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS MAKING MY LIFE SO PERFECT DURING MY STAY.FEEDBACK for the hotel was mostly on the restaurant. It is during phase 3 of Covid reopening and this may have affected this but the menu is not what is advertísed online for the Atlantica restaurant and its bar. Its a small selection menu. The bar menu is limited as well and the hours are different as well. They close early around 8:30pm. However, the food they are offering is delicious the quality is not affected. They have a wonderful Manager named Sam who will go above and beyond to make you smile with all these limitations.Overall great time here. Ask and you shall receive. A special mention to front desk Mona, Nick, Stephanie, and Lauren thank you for your amazing contribution to making my stay as special as it could be. This is a great team. From simply greeting me daily to letting me pick the specifics things I wanted. You guys are the perfect definition of Hospitality. I mention this lastly, my father owns a boutique beach cabin hotel in South America and Allegria Hotel really impressed! I cant wait to return here.

Spent a few hours in later afternoon on the beach, especially parking in area near Allegria, planning for a take meal with my boyfriend as our experience a month ago with Pandemic with limited restaurants available...food and drink and service was very good as noted. So yesterday early eve we went to order a take out meal and Margaritas. Order taken fine, it was busy, bar full and tables in and outside full....The young girl that took our order said out of Tequila. We change to Bloody Mary, which was not great, and I opted for Blue Point Toasted Lager, which was paid for and never got. Waiting on food, 15 mins turned 30 mins...Speaking to a manager who was changing Kegs, said they have Tequila! ...Communication break down?!...I explained the lack of follow up service...we could tell they were in the weeds and only asked for take out . The manager got our order after keg change, had margaritas made for us...in Glasses, bartender then gave to go cups ...Never got the beer and when got the food to eat soon after leaving, the burger good but wasnt hot and fries were not crisp and wilting, the chicken salaf wrap was good but chips in box were soggy...as bag food was in ..Service break down and lack of attention to the take out area is not worth it now ..and when home took the margaritas to go..and made a better version....dont think we will return.
