Been here a few times to watch football before and during pandemic and always a good time.Venue - Its pretty large place inside with a small patio area, now its huge because of the modified outside area.Service - Always great staff, willing to help, and they interact with clients.Food - Always ate appetizers and it was always good food and had good flavors.Prices - Great prices and competitive.Drinks - Well poured and great drinks.Parking - Its gonna be the same with all shops around here, street or structure parking only.Overall fun place and will be back and recommend it.

Dive bar. Its been in Long Beach for years. Its fabulous on the weekdays but it can get very busy. Its certainly fun on St Patricks Day, tho, of course. They have a new upstairs area that is very clean. I was up there during the day when it was super bright and the windows opened so it was kept fairly cool. I wouldnt go back deliberately. Nothing is particularly great about it, except the location.

Very clean and accessible spot. They serve big meals and for economical prices. We loved the food a lot and the waiters were super welcoming and explanatory. I recommend this place.

I give this spot a thumbs up. This place has an awesome atmosphere. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.

BADASS PLACE A GEM IN LONG BEACH

Not one to leave reviews and it takes a lot for me to be unsatisfied, but I came across this place and decided to stop for a couple drinks and dinner. It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to even say anything to me and take my drink order. After she dropped that off, didn’t see or hear from her again for over 20 minutes. I went up to the host to ask for my check because I was tired of waiting. He said “she’s bringing it” took about another 10 minutes for that. With all of about 6 people in the bar. Don’t waste your time.

Jeanine was the most awesome bartender I ever met. She was not only personable and easy to talk to, but gave us the best specials for happy hour. Jeanine is the main reason I will come back to this bar. I really hope the owner sees this, Jeanine is so Awesome and every person at the bar loved her. Wow...who ever hired her is very smart. Thanks so much Jeanine!!!!!! Youre the BEST

I had such a good time here! My friend just moved here from out of town and I came to visit from Houston so we really didnt know where to go. We ended up here after eating dinner down the street and the crowd was great! DJ was good! Played hip hop and Latin trap. Drinks were flowing. We went on a Friday night and it was a younger crowd 20s-30s. Met some nice people too.

Enjoyed a delicious meal. Yummy,..Dined on a perfectly grilled rare hamburger, kale salad with grilled chicken. We met a lovely couple celebrating a birthday. We shared artichoke dip & chips while relaxing on the sun drenched patio. A relaxing afternoon accentuated by service with a smile!

Super fun environment. You can go up to the second story usually. Long bar and good places to sit. If you come with anyone, you have to try Shoot the Root which is Jaeger and root beer and it actually tastes like root beer.

I go with my wife to this nice place from time to time! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I visit this place at least once a month. The meals are just great, the workers are professional and the rates are affordable. I like going in this spot to have a good lunch.

They don’t verify cardholder names. Lost my card two days ago, go too look at my statement to close it and I have two charges from Shannon’s bar. I never even went here. Avoid at all cost. If they can’t even verify a cardholder name, what makes you think they check all the women’s id’s. I’m just saying avoid at all cost as I’m doing now. Shame too as I live down the street.

Came here to celebrate my co-workers birthday it was so fun the bartender shy was so sweet so was the other bartender la la the karaoke DJ Kevin was so entertaining we even ordered food the fish and chips were amazing and the drinks are delicious

I was verbally abused threatened with violence and kicked out and treated unlawfulI spent hundreds of dollars and acted with the most utter respect to the locationTheir security staff denied me service but took my money and embarrassed me in front my patrons.It’s a shame to see the lack of respect in the business And the poor lack of training in security I do not recommended this place at allI’m disappointed and ashamed to have been treated unlawful in such a prominent area

One hell of a place to spend the night before St. Pattys day. This place was packed as all hell. A little crowded for my tastes, but Im not a huge crowd type. Music was great and the bartenders kept up with the orders pretty well considering the amount of people. Cool place :)

Its a nice place to go hang out. Its a very diverse atmosphere considering its an Irish Pub. My only concern is the upstairs dance floor, its not regulated as far as how many people can be up there at one time and thats kinda scary just being honest!!!!

Its billed as an Irish Pub in Long Beach. Live DJ on Saturday night. They music is varied, mostly hip-hop. The sound quality is poor. The bar noise is definitely louder than the music. If you go upstairs to the dance floor, I didnt think it sounded any better. Nice shuffle board, average drinks. A lot of wood to sit on, not very comfortable. Securitys fair to the patrons but bar is super busy, needed more support.

Went here with a large group after a conference dinner. It was Kareoke night and Kevin Kareoke was amazing! We had a blast and closed the place down! Highly recommend! Great staff, good drinks!

Food is very good. Used to have the best ribs in downtown, however looks like they discontinued them. Service could be better. The drunk regulars that hang out at the bar are a bit annoying.

This place has made some radical - and good - changes... the staff here stays busy, but has a focus on taking care of customers... the food has always been great... now a consistent te gently good experience!

Service was horrible! Tried to pass off ranch for horseradish sauce. Prime rib tasted like warmed up roast beef cold cuts. After 20-30 minutes of waiting, had to go to the bar to get a beer and order food! I would avoid this place unless you are glutton for punishment.

This is a very nice bar located in the heart of the downtown district. This place is great for sporting events like UFC ppvs. I also really enjoyed the second floor which helps when space is limited. This place can get real busy on weekend nights.

Pines Shannon, good quaint bar counter at first floor. Good cocktails and music and view sports, or play games. Toss a coin in jukebox and request a tune, talk to other people, just look at super maneuvering girls take and deliver orders.. many to enjoy. Late hours theres DJ entertainment too.Second floor, which needs additional fee, there is a live house with bar. You can jump and rock your stress away with live band. Great venue. Pines squares best for me.

Great lunch spot. I know this us primarily an Irish pub and night spot, but for workers in DTLB this is good for lunch. Tri-tip sandwich, ask for horseradish sauce on the side.

If you’re looking for a friendly dive bar with strong drinks downtown this is your place.

Only gluten free beer was in a bottle and had no flavor. Tasted like watered down apples drowned in the rain. I drank it quick and went to Auld Dubliners. Dubliners has a better vibe and better gluten free ale.

Great local bar to catch a game. Enjoy coming here for Sunday football, the breakfast is so good. Over the last year they’ve done a lot to this place too, like update the bathrooms and add an upstairs space. And, really great service.

This place is in no way is Irish, menu food is more Mexican. Its barely a sports bar.. Watched the Sharks va. VGK hockey while they blasted mediocre karaoke.

This place rocks, great music and drinks. The staff are very friendly and the Shuffle board has become my favorite thing to do when visiting. Only thing is the womens restroom its really out dated needs major maintenance. No one shouild have to do things we have done in there just to use the restroom so please is you have any concerns for public health and saftey youll try to fix it. But yeah over all fun place to be on a anynight of the week

Our new local spot for sports. They have the best bbq ribs in downtown (they are considering dropping them, that would result in a 2 star rating) . Service could be a little better for non-regulars. Wine selection could be better.

I come here every week during football season and every time I go bar-hopping on Pine - its one of my favorites! Their bartenders and waiters are super friendly, their drinks are strong, and their food is really consistent and satisfying. Definitely try the all-day breakfast, onion rings, personal pizzas (theyre huge!), and veggie sandwich! This is THE place to go to catch a Seahawks game, but also a great spot for watching any game since they have over a dozen TVs!

There was only 1 bar tender took almost 30 minutes to get up to the bar then i left because after 10 more minutes of waiting the bar tender served everyone around me and then went to the other side of the bar and didnt even acknowledge me. When I spoke with someone who worked at the front they said well theres another bar right there Just the worst service and experience. I never get to go out, this is the first Sunday I have had off since superbowl Sunday, so for this to be my experience is really upsetting...

When I went here there was excellent service and drinks were relatively cheap. Only issue is that it got crowded quickly so getting additional drinks took a bit longer.

We went for the Karaoke Night on Wednesday and it was so FUN. Lots of crowd participation and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be returning.
