Beautiful and very quiet

Very nice environment, quiet, clean and organized. Good security and Management. Has a sharp club house which has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, lounge, snooker boards, Gym room, 2basketball courts laundry room and many more stuffs. Great place.

Nice place. Has a gate guard. The trailer owners own the lot so they dont have to pay rising lot fees, but there is still an HOA. Too expensive for me. Long Beach, $500k trailers.

As it were stated. passing the security gate its a whole new world would not trade it for Nothing very nice community

Went here for a signing, the place looks secure, cant just drive in so theres some feeling of security for the occupants. The gate guard gave me wrong directions so it took me a little while to get to where I was going. Next time Ill stop at the map to make sure Im not driving around lost. The common areas look like theyre maintained well.

Excellent family park and we love it! Pass the gates and it is entirely different! Clubhouse, small gym, pool tables, library, kids park, pool, jacuzzi and great neighbors on our daily stroll!

Visiting a friend. Excellent security protocol and they check your ID/Plates. Can take some time so I advise to show up earlier if you are tight on time commitments.

I came to visit a friend but wow! What a joke here! Bad management! Their racist towards any other race except there own kind. (African Americans) Nice place to live at but management picks on you for any little things. I suggest you not live here - lots of headaches and rude, unprofessional, and uneducated staff.Please hire proper management and people who are discriminant toward other races.

The security that works in the am, the black mexican lookin dude is a strait R. Kelly, always catch him checking out the underage girls passing by the gate, dont go to the indoor pool there is a camera insidesmh dont let his wife find out he has another chick back in Belize...he says the 2 lady managers were on drugs and talks bad about everybody up in there lol and yall fallin for his act ps he doesnt like gays or americans...The guy in the blue maserati drives drunk around the complex speeding, him or his husband belongs to the secret Hollywood society...there is also a convicted sex offender living in there as well,(watch your kids) hes 50 something messing with a 20 something year old that he abuses, this place aint what it look like surprise surprise! its all gonnna catch up pleez believe

I have lived here 10 plus years, It was a great place raising my children as a single parent . The management was wonderful. Now sense they have two women that feel they have POWER over all residents, they will harass you till you have had enough and end up moving. You will get notices of any and everything.You have to live the way they want you to live. It is not family orientated, residents dont even enjoy going to the pool or Jacuzzi, be sure they will get written up for something like having fun.Get this the former pool monitor is the manager of the windwardward villiage.. There use to be holiday activities for the kids, sorry to say not any more. So I started having Halloween fun at my resident for the kids, decorations, candy, hot dogs and chips. Many inflatable decorations. All was done at my expense, just so the kids and families could enjoy Halloween. This year in 2017 the management try to put a stop to it, thats when I went over their heads and contacted Clint. who is their boss. We had our Halloween! Thank you Clint.My son was killed in June of 2017, his twin sister had about 5 friends over to consul her, they were sitting at the pool area tables talking when the manager Gloria kicked them all out for having more then one guest at the pool area. I never knew someone could be so cold and cruel. Ever since I told her how I felt about her doing this the harassing has been unbearable to me and my daughter, not only are we grieving the death of our Jacob, the management is putting more grief on us. Anything you do in the community, you have to get prior approval, beware, they will approve it and if they decide they dont like it, at your expense you will have to change it to their liking. The management will lie right to your face! If I was capable of leaving I definitely would, but why do I have to because of management not properly doing their job. Many residents that live here feel the same as I do, but feel if they write a review it will back lash onto them. No one should be afraid of telling the truth.

Seems to always be an issue living here.today we lost power without anyone coming to our door to explain why and you can get battered with a fine VERY EASY.left a mop on the porch? Theyll fine you for having the porch look tacky few gate attenders are a hassle at times being that i come home late via bike i get questioned whether i live here or not.sold us a trailer without an ac unit and the woman who sold it to us saidit was an ac unit inside already somebody took it and so we called an ac guy to install one and was over 3 grand and she denied wanting to pay for something she lied to us about and thats not the only thing wrong with the so called trailers.lived in new mexico and these arent trailer quality living.

Ive have been a resident in this mobile home park for 13 years. When I first moved in the park was an excellent! Management did a great job running the place. Although now, I regret not moving out of this mobile home park when the economy was good, like I said I would. Management is very bias! They do as it pleases and benefits them. They treat residents different and unfairly.
