Lots of boats but plenty of room when we were there.

This was the first place i launched my speed boat and it was great,,, easy launching, took my time and got no stares cause of it. We cant wait to go back..

It’s only $15 to park the whole day you can wash your boat for free that’s pretty cool

Another good launch ramp in Long Beach.

No vehicles without trailers. Easy to get to and quick easy boat launch, they also have water hookups to rinse off salt water after, just bring your own hose.

Free wash outs and big parking spaces. Good lighting, close to stores and many more good qualities.

Being from San Diego, Im used to free boat launch sites. This one charges $12 for the whole day, so its still a bargain. I arrived at Noon and the weather was 82F, only 5 spots left to park in, so I got lucky. Looks like the crowd gets there early in the morning and leaves around 4-5pm for dinner. Theres 3 fresh water stations, but I think you need to bring a hose to wash down your boat/motor. Ramp was very wide but watch out for those big jet boats with the 3 axle trailers, they can be a bit intimidating as they back up. Theres lots of Boat/Harbor/FireRescue/LifeGuard and Boat Assist in the area. Unless you go out of the canal to the Oceans, youll only be doing 5mph unless you visit the water sky stadium where max speed is 35mph. Not JetSkys allowed there though. The restrooms could be improved, but they were still clean. Giving it 4 stars because its not free.
