Phantom Fireworks of Londonderry

Very good selection. Excellent prices. We visit this shop every year for our at home show. They usually have the best prices for the fountains we live to buy. Be aware there has been a run on fireworks this year, so selection is not what it usually is.

Great fireworks location with awesome deals and staff. Theyll even show you a video of what the fireworks look like in the sky.Make sure you sign up for their emails because they send you some really nice buy one get two free coupons once youre a rewards member.

Great merchandise and good prices. They had most all of what I was looking for, not the nicest employees. They werent disrespectful but they definitely werent happy to be there and they made that clear. But you dont go to phantom for the experience, you go to grab what you need to have a good time.

First visit on July 4th. Nice selections. Everything worked as expected, so quality of merchandise is great but a bit expensive. They had an advertised promotion of buy one get one free but they declined it in store for all customers because they “don’t have the catalog”. Also, they didn’t honor the free gift for first time text subscribers because they ran out. They definitely don’t have a problem making the impression they only care about making money.

Still a Good selection eventhough there was quite a few people in there. Cashier was real nice too. All &all Id recommend it to people &Id def go back

Good selection. A bit overpriced and staff is mostly young adults. Only one or two people with any product knowledge

Staff were very dull and hard to speak to. Seemed like they didnt want to be there, Phantom is over priced. And its near/after the 4th and their shelves are empty, other stores I went to were loaded up on stock, but Phantom only had minis and fountains and novelties.

Wont go back! After yrs of spending a good amount of money for every 4th, this yr the customer service was terrible, they didnt honor any of the coupons we had. Its usually a one-stop in New Hampshire for everything we need and then some, but not this year!Going down south for fireworks from now on!

Always great staff there. Shelves are depleted but still lots of good stuff

Very good everything in the store buy one get one free large selection people will constantly stocking the shelves I even got two free gifts on the way outand to promote buying masks you can get a deal on a specific item

Nice deals and informative staff

I love when these guys do awesome deals to help their fellow Americans on the amazing day of July 4th!

Best place to buy fireworks the more you buy the better the fesls staff fantastic buy 1 get 1 free spend 300 get 2 free on everything spend 400 and become member 50% off plus buy1 get 2 free

Even with 50%off it was way more expensive then most of the mom and pop shops for the same quality. Also the security and id scanning and having to sign to get it was a bit much... Wont go there again

Great selection an deals, if you have any questions just ask Greg he will take care of you.

Very professional, clean, sanitized carts, great deals and specials. Worth the trip.

Great place, great deals, plenty of fireworks if you plan right.

It definitely was great first time experience the employee were helpful You could see that they new there stuff they new if fireworks were big small sparks or air I would recommend going

Very nice professional staff. Got a couple of small items for events. Very nice and made sure i was aware of sale and items

Great place to get some fireworks, helpful staff.

The employees were very friendly and they have a good size inventory. The only thing that was missing was the sign that tells you which items qualify for bogo.

I love this store.Great prices, nice people, lots of selections. Its phantom how can you go wrong?stop in and say hi to greg and tell him i sent you.

Watch videos of the product you buy on the website!!No suprises.

Went a day before 3rd 4th july. Complete mon scene. An very very little stock left

Awsome as usual!!!!!only issue was the line because of covid and the supply was low didnt have what i usually get because states are not doing fireworks shows so everyone was going because of covid other than that 5 stars!!!!

Service was awesome but they were out of alot of things

The place is huge and has amazing fireworks

Best fireworks show I ever had

Ive always had a good shipping experience with Phantom. I dont go here nearly as often as I used to. However they always have a good selection with some sales that entice the most frugal buyers.

Hard to judge due to Covid caused shortage of merchandise, but staff was very friendly and helpful!

Staff and management were awesome to me and my family. Very knowledgeable and provides guidance on the fireworks best for your show. Thanks phantom crew!!

Great service great deals big inventory

Never been here before till now and I loved it Thanks Phantom

Rude and bad customer service!!!

Disappointed they no longer have buy on get one free! even though the flyer said till July 7th!

Better selection different prices

We always go here every 4th of July yes sometimes u might have 2 wait in line but its worth it in the end!

Didnt catch the guys name but suuuper nice and very helpful with helping us look for what we were looking for

Not much product here. Way over priced as well. Was not impressed. Expect to pay full retail on limited selection.

Not bad for selection but pricey.

Not bad prices but not the best. Out of stock on a lot of the staple stuff

Friendly staff always ready to help with your selections

Great selection, staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Great selections!

Phantom fireworks best deal around. But 1 get 2 free mix and match at same price. My bf is like a kid in a candy store.

Nice great stuff and nice clean windows

Went here for the first time today. Great deals with a great selection. Pricing was good. Felt like a Costco for fireworks.

Its my 1st choice to purchase fireworks.

Nice selection with video presentations. The sales are awesome. Buy 1 get 2 free and many more specials. Customer service is awesome as well.

Good selection and employees but not worth the price unless it’s buy one get 2!

It has fireworks.

The staff was nice. There was not enough staff.Wait to get in,Wait to check out.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Left with a Mini Cooper almost full for $600. Never have to really spend even that much if you use their coupons wisely. Great shows have me coming back every year!

Very pleasant workers even with all the customers and the prices werent bad either!

Awesome firepower

The store manager was an excellent and helped with everything that we needed. You can tell he loves his job!!! We will deff be back! #stayweird

Excellent sale... great stock... excellent sales staff...

Closes early even if you call ahead and say your gunna be in late and give exact times. May even call the cops for sitting in your car for ten minutes after driveing the hours they know it took to get there .Alamo and tnt is cheaper plus your supporting people that arent working for a corporate chain building. Go anywhere else please .

Great selection awesome staff great prices and incentives.

The toyrus for Dads. Great after 4th deals buy one get two free.

Buy one get one free and mix and match! Great bargain, plenty of fireworks to enjoy great selection as well.

Great variety and staff was very kind and helpful

They have so many fireworks at a great price and I got cheap ones to plus if you sign up on their website you can get coupons which help out a lot i saved so much on the 4th of July when I went to buy some would recommend going there for fireworks it your looking to buy some

Good selection. The purchaser of the fire works needs to show ID and sign an affidavit to say you are not going to use the fire works for a terrorist act. I thought that was a good idea. Happy 4th!

Such a fun place to shop. My son is born on the 4th of July, so as he checked out they gave him a bonus package for free. Very cool.

Buy one get one!

Helpful staff and easy shopping experience. Large selection.

A little pricey but stocked well

I was throwing a gender reveal for myself & family but didnt want anyone who was attending to know the gender before the fireworks went off, including myself. Thanks to Maryanne @ Phantom Fireworks in Londonderry I was able to put together the most flawless fireworks display. I explained to her over the phone the price range & the display I had pictured in my head. Maryanne put together a perfect package of fireworks for me, she even covered up the BLUE fireworks so we wouldnt know what they were till they went off. She went above and beyond with customer service in my opinion. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone & use them again in the future for all my fireworks needs!

Buy 1 get 2 free.... cant beat that!!

Super helpful. Showed me right to where I need it to go. Made the special day even more special

Great place not as good as it once was but I can say that from what I know the staff are friendly when I went but not very noligable to the fireworks they had other than that not to bad.

I only give a 3 stars, staff are great, very helpful, the girl at the register desk (6/20/17 around 12n) very very helpful I kept bothering her and asking her questions every 3 mins. she did not mind helping me.as far as their products, some items were old and did not work..that is the reason why I give a 3 stars.

Great supply of fireworks very friendly

Usually stop here on our way to my familys summer house but after tonight, they just lost my business. My husband brought our 5yr old daughter in since she wanted a glow sticks so I stayed in the car with our 12yr old. My husband and daughter come back to the car, my daughter is in complete tears, my husband explained there was an issue with a manager who claims to be the only manager, shes been there 10 years. My husband went to buy something that was labeled $13.99 and the manager said it was $29.99, another employee stated that he was the one who walked my husband to that area because of the price. The manager then proceeded to run down price tags YELLING at both my husband and the employee, with my daughter witnessing this whole thing. My husband expressed his disconcern about ripping tags off of something, and the manager kicked him and my daughter out, so now of course my daughter could not get the glow stick and is super upset (but thats a whole other issue) and says that the lady was mean and that she scared her. Guess professionalism in the workplace is non-existent anymore.

Excellent. Thank you so much Mary Ann for a perfect firework purchasing experience. Knowledgeable on what this large firework store has to offer, excellent value. Much appreciated

Staff are extremely helpful. Nicely stocked and kept store

Great service. We got help from an enthusiastic, knowledgeable woman who helped us pick great fireworks for our wedding.

Awesome selection and they have ac unlike the fireworks store in hooksett that place was hotter then a billy goats ass in a proper patch

Great selection & always have good sales. You will not be disappointed

Great service, but the employees should not allow customers who smell of weed to be shopping for fireworks.

Nice selection and fair pricing

Good selection and usually have BOGO free

Large selection with a lot of two for oneMulti groupings were very good

Best place to get your best display

Great deals!

Never disappointed. I have people pulling over on my road to watch my show. They impress me more every year.
