I love this place! Theres so much to learn here and the people who work here are wonderful and knowledgeable! Great place to take the kids too.

This museum is very low key, you can walk around and view items on your own, but there is a docent who is friendly and has knowledge of displays.

Full of amazing Chumash artifacts and rich Lompoc history.

You know for a little sleepy town, this Museum really has everything you need to learn about Lompoc. And the people that are there to help you are so helpful and give you so much information. If youre going to stay in Lompoc or even drive through I highly recommend stopping here and spending an hour looking over all the stuff they have. Make sure you go down to the basement or second floor because thats where you going to really learn about Lompoc.

Great History on Lompoc

Hum, I preferred th historical society of Lompoc tour.

Great museum.

Native artifacts in the main part of the museum, history of Lompoc in the downstairs section, excellent books and stationary in the gift shop.

Not much on display but it is part of Lompocs history. Theres Chumash artifacts on display and the a downstairs that displays events that happened locally throughout history.

It is very small and there isnt a lot of history in it.
