I see many people give this theater one or two stars because of the new regulations they must follow due to Covid-19. I came here Friday evening on October 23rd, 2020. As soon as I walked in, I scanned my ticket and proceed to the concession stand. All employees had on masks. Sanitizer station is placed as soon as you walk in.My husband and I placed our order. We werent told that refills were not allowed so that was a let down. Due to Covid-19 the theater isnt going to be the same as we all expected it to be. There are different rules to keep the theater clean and safe for the guests and I respect that. So please understand that the theater isnt how it use to be. Not everything is going to be readily available, So no butter and popcorn topping is there freely anymore. Popcorn butter is now served in large to go dipping cups, If you want extra just ask. No more drink refills anymore either. You will have to buy separate if you want more. Which stinks. There are plenty of sanitizer wipes at each theater entrance which is great. Employee delivered our food to our seat with no issues. The theater enforces social distancing when buying your seat. So you wont have to worry someone is seating next you. Which I would have love to have before Covid-19 lol. Face mask must be worn at all times unless eating or drinking. For the most part I had no issue with that.My husband and I enjoyed ourselves without any issues. The only thing I disliked that we are not able to have refills anymore, and I completely understand. My favorite part about the movies in honestly the freestyle sodas. They have Mr.Pibb so I always have to get a drink no matter what. If your looking for a movie theater location that follows covid-19 regulations this is great spot. Recommend.
This was the first time I went to this theatre. It is a bit out of our ways, but was the only option where we could enjoy Ready Player One this late. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The seats were comfortable, and the theater had a modern atmosphere, and the bar and open kitchen in the lobby added a nice touch. The service was also great and especially our server who took the order was very friendly. The guy who brought out the food seemed in a bad mood though. The fidelity of the screen and sound was also good, and although it was a done-in theater, they didnt make any compromise in ambient light. This slightly increased the difficulty in eating, but made for a pleasant watching experience.
Movie date with hubby during pandemic was great. Theatre was clean and sanitizer was available for use. Staff had on mask. Popcorn deco was cold but Jeremy popped up a fresh batch of popcorn. We appreciate you Jeremy. Thanks
We tried to see a movie but changed our minds due the to poor quality of the staff. The table top was disgusting despite the signs everywhere saying now much they clean.Thru also dont make it clear how you get your food now.But the best part is that half of the employees either have their masks down under their chin or not covering their nose, even the kitchen staff! We will not be returning to this horror show.
Always clean, food is tasty for the movies as well. Staff is efficient
This is absolutely our favorite movie theater. Almost always spotless clean, staff is always friendly. The seats are so comfortable.
All time favorite Amc Definitely worth it.Popcorn always fresh!
Josh was very helpful and made my first experience very fun. This is a great place to come to with groups!
Clean.Terrible customer service. Rude staff. If youre a cash only shopper, make sure you bring exact change.
Saw a movie here a while back the experience was awesome
Four-stars, because I last was in it; to win it. I guess, the Owner of my ticket, as a CNA-RN, friendly, Tatiana, and she took-pay-off; mind, for me; and I had-take-her-to-eat; and then, now; we watch MagicMike, (2013); and low, and behold. That day, July something, in 2013. Would remember me, Id say. Because in 2020, as Im still a Ludena married until noticed; and then, ha! Ha. Oh, Im making jokes, and I married MIKE; and then, um, funny; is that I had Neglient love with a Ben, before him; persay; or not, But were not but parents; too. And then, funny, I had heads up at Bennihana; that say- so its like a Life of Love, Or love. CRAZE; ha. Thanks, You! Its been FUN,! And, I was in Healthcare, all this, too. Id just actually, raised Money for the Amita+ Nursing, Foundation, and possibly was about to meet, someone of Abc; yeah, into Disney. Landmarks. Cool.
Great theater. Clean and well maintained. Fun experience. Friendly staff.
Decent prices with the super comfy reclining chairs. Serves drinks and food. Food is decent price for theatre food.
Very clean. Sanitizing wipes visible available. Fast Service
I am a movie goer and wanted to experience this location since their remodel year prior. Food was good but expensive with small portions. Reserved seating and nice staff. Over 30 dollars for 2 drinks and 2 bowls of fancy macaroni and cheese. If attending again will keep it to popcorn. Clean theater, friendly and attentive staff.
Terrible service! Rude and incompetent staff. Manager seems to hate her job, seriously can she call herself a manager. Go somewhere else.
Very, very poor value when compared to the competition. $99.12 for three entrees, an appetizer, and three non-alcoholic beverages (not including tip) for two adults and a teen... that was just the food. Add $42 for tickets. $140 for dinner and a movie. We didnt experience whatever it is AMC offers that others dont. We couldve done Hollywood Blvd or Hollywood Palms selecting the same menu items for $27 less albeit without recliners. Also, the service was slow and indifferent despite a half-full theater on a Friday night. We dont shy away from spending money on entertainment for our family, but this just wasnt worth it. I gave it two starts because, unlike other theaters, this one was immaculate and the chairs were comfortable.
No refills on drinks .... and they dont have popcorn flavors (I like the white cheddar add on)
Great spot!! Only issue I have had is the movie theater is not as clean at times. Other than that place is great, customer service has been good, and you order from your seat. Do wish they bring you a bigger soda than a small cup so you don’t have to constantly call the waiter.
Ordered food, it took about 25 min and van out a little warmer than room temperature. Next, drinks never came. Called the service 2 additional times finally came almost 1 hour into movie and the water my daughter ordered never came. Had to page them a 4th time for the water. Chairs were great, sound great, there werent more than 12 others in the room so poor service was not due to having a crowd. Wont come here again if I plan on getting a meal.
Awesome place, extremely comfortable and their food/snacks are good.
This is a really nice theater. The seats are comfortable and the whole place is really clean. There are a lot of food options, but they are a little pricey. Matinee prices are the best!
The only reason to come here is a convenient show time. The dine-in experience is terrible. Two of the three times I’ve been to this location it’s taken an hour to get a beverage or popcorn. I’m not even talking about a meal. Just a coke! They don’t have a concession counter, just a bar, So you have to order from your seat and you’d die of thirst before they get to you. The people were nice but the service is Poorly run.
Movie and dinner. Food is awesome. Served right ay your table. No need to get up. Free refills on popcorn and drinks.
Movie theater itself is fine. Dining was horrible. Server took too long to get to us. Just my daughter and me. He took our order which was pretty simple order, salad, wings and two ice teas, one sweet one unsweetened. When the drinks came both were sweet. Tried to get our server to exchange, that took a while, mind you this was the first showing, not a whole lot of people were in this theater, say about 20. So finally got that straightened out, got our food, the salad had no dressing, so had to get that fixed. Our meal was $42, I think that was a bit expensive. Alas, the guy got no tip. Wont be going there with the intension of dining thats for sure.
This place needs all new employees and management. There is no sense of urgency or cleanliness here. The bathroom stunk like piss and as a result the hallway outside the bathroom did too I told the management but you could tell they could care less. The one person taking orders waited until the movie started to take orders, there was napkins and popcorn and god knows what else over every square inch or carpet in the building, nobody to take beverage refill orders even if u turn your service light on. Employees talk to you like you are a total inconvenience. The place used to be really good, now it’s completely different.
The choices for food and snacks are plentiful. Sure its movie theater prices bust thats to be ecpected. What really pleased me was the friendly service from our young server. His positive attitude was nice to see.
The place was well kept, and there was a second and first floor! They have waiters and take our orders too! But they messed a little bit. By giving my brother the loaded Tots and me the chicken tenders. But otherwise its amazing.
The dine in experience is definitely worth it. Especially on a date or as we did today, gather as a family. The staff is attentive, the theatre is clean, the food and snacks are good. Soda not flat, free refills. Service is provided all through movie and bill charged at the end. Oh and lots of bathroom stalls ladies, and clean restrooms!
This is one of my top favorite theaters in the area. Their food is great, good variety of drinks and the place is kept very clean. My only complain is the service. Sometimes they bring the food cold, sometimes they forget to bring your food or drink, or sometimes they say they ‘can’t apply your A-List points towards your order’ for no reason, and sometimes they are just super slow when bringing your food. There are times when they do take care of your order very quick and without any errors, but I think they need to pay more attention to these details to stay as one of the top theaters around.
Excellent theatre with comfy reclining seats. Ordering food from your seat is the hook here. The menu ranges from popcorn to burgers to flatbread pizzas. Pricey though. I had a classic cheeseburger and fries ($14.49) with a bottled water ($4.69) about $21 with tax and then throw in 20% for around $25. I wish you could get the food outside before you sit. The servers will take your order and then come in with your food during the movie. Very distracting when theyre always walking in front of the screen. Theyll also bring your bill a little later and then you can sign when you leave. Still a good time.
This location is not my typical theater. And I wont be back. They dont even let you bring water in to drink - no outside food or beverage she said. - while standing there with large DD iced coffee. And she wasnt even nice about it. This location clearly had issues based on the police presence. Once seated, the reclining chairs were comfortable, the sounds system was clear and we had a good time. The wait staff didnt even approach us for an order- you have to call them over, so that was nice. The theater and lobby area was clean
Ordered Popcorn and Pop. Thirty minutes later we did not receive it. Turn service light on again order was taken a second time but never delivered. They took the order without writing it out. Therefore it was lost in their physical memory. After going to the counter and inquiring the order was delivered free of charge. O my goodness!! At least we were compensated.
I like the concept of dining and watching a movie but the reality can be difficult, depending on what you order. Its hard to eat what you cant see! The service is great and the reclining seats are good too.
I gave them 2 stars for customer service. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The BUT is it was so dirty. Seats were greasy, table had food stuck on it, and ketchup bottle was dirty. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of tots. The tots were great, but the chicken sandwich was gross. My friend also tried it and didnt like it as well. I did have them change the buffalo sauce to bbq sauce. Also my water glass was so dirty I could see the food and stuff stuck on it in the dark. Make me wonder how clean my dishes were. That being said I will never eat there again.
Very good comfortable atmosphere. The food servers are fabulous and very good food. Seating is great! I would highly recommend AMC in Yorktown.
AMC theater was very nice. Clean spacious and inviting. PLUS you get eat there and recline in comfort. I will definitely go together again, done I love in close proximity to the theater.., (Addison).. Thanks AMC Theater! By the way I went there and saw a movie called Overcomer. Great inspiration!
All in one place. Dinner, cocktails and a movie. My family and myself make a visit to AMC not just during the year, but also on Christmas day wearing our PJs. Fun tradition.
Great place to relax, recline in leather chair, order food or liquor to your seat. Small theaters. I always reserve ahead.pick your own seat on fandango. Otherwise many movies are sold out. This way you are not disappointed. Food is too pricey.
Had a great time at this movie theater. We had just become members and I was trying to acess my points but didnt know how and the girl that helped me was very friendly and helpful. She came.back several time to assist me. Even tho we couldnt get it on the app she made shur I got my points. The seats were very comfortable and I had more than enough room. The food was good and it came out fast. When I hit the call button they they came fast aswell. We got free popcorn that was refillable and the drinks were also refillable. Me and the 8 girls had a great time we were celebrating my daughters birthday.
Clean. Great food and friendly staff!
The theater was the nastiest Ive ever seen. As a stubs member and a human I was extremely disappointed. The seats were nasty, the trays were sticky pocorn paper candy and cups were all over the floor and my family of 4 were the 1st ones to walk in. The bar was dirty and sticky. One bright moment the staff was nice. Ive seen a lot better here and expected more.
Horrible service!!!! A self serve counter for common food fair is so much more efficient and enjoyable. This model of wait staff serving 100% of the snack offerings stinks! We waited 1.5 hours for a popcorn and 2 sodas!!!! One or two people to service the entire audience and they brought items out ONE at a time.....literally 1 bucket of popcorn for seat 1A, then came back with one soda for seat 1B, then back with a burger for seat 1C, then came back to bring 1A some napkins - on and on like that, all the while rows 2 and up waited up to 2 hours to be serviced. Some couples in seats next to each other were being serviced 15 or more minutes apart! Extraordinarily inefficient and then they bring you a credit card receipt at the end to sign and provide a tip.....NO WAY
Went to the movies today and had not been in a while. This place is horrible with bad service. The place was cold. I complained and the manager said that the heat was on. It was not on the whole time. We hit the button for service and it was about an hour before they answered. Then it’s another hour to get your popcorn. What happened to just getting your popcorn on the way in? I will not be returning to this theater ever. I will find another place to watch a movie or stay home! Do not go to Yorktown and expect good service or any service at all.
Went to go see Bad Boys 2!! Great movie!! However, the entire theater needs to be cleaned. The carpet smells really bad, and the restrooms were filthy. My husband said a stoll had overflowed and urine was water was everywhere. Please bring back the option of letting people get their own snacks!! It just doesnt make life easier with the waiters asking to get pass every 5 minutes when your chair is reclined.
Their service was a comedy of errors - order was taken wrong, had to ask three people to correct it, and then two of them did, resulting in double orders of half our food. Sound from the adjoining auditorium was so loud, we couldnt hear our own movie at times.
It was quite nice but they forgot my 20 year old sons Millk Shake he Ordered despite him going out & reminding them of it.
I just dont understand if there is even any management in this place. Do those little red buttons even work? Well they do since I pressed it once and did not receive any service for 30 minutes. Went to the bar myself and saw quite a bit of service staff just hanging out and joking with each other in the lobby. I pressed the button again and this time someone came but too little too late. I cannot stand the service at this theatre. I thought it was bad before but it is even worse now. Only reason I come to this location is a more convenient showtime.
The seats so comfortable as if we were at home but with an excellent sound system. Add the pamper of being served made a perfect date night.
Super comfortable recliners with a center armrest that folds up to turn into a loveseat. Good menu selection and helpful and prompt service from your seat. The way movie watching was intended to be
Nice place with recliners but the food. Paid $15 for a chicken sandwich that had more bread than anything and a few fries. Shouldve just stuck to popcorn.
My wife and I went to see Star Wars. We sat down and ordered our food but never received it. After 1.5 hours I went to the lobby to ask what happened and they stated they sent the food to the wrong seat. At this point only 40 minutes was left in the movie. I asked for a refund and they gave me back the incorrect change. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after the movie to get the correct change. Worst experience I have ever had at this theater.
We received our food more than an hour into the movie (9:20 The Photograph)!!! We received a drink 20 minutes prior to the show ending with our server finally telling me the organization didn’t make the requested Piña Colada. Plus, I had to ask for our drinks TWICE! The food was mediocre at best for $77!!! We ordered 2 drinks (1 received; 1 not - refund issued of $14, the Cobb Salad (small portion), dry rub wings and crispy shrimp)! The best thing about this experience was the movie itself and the reclining chairs, which I didn’t fully enjoy because I was anticipating food. I‘ve been to other AMC locations and I must say, by far, this was the worst experience ever! Eat before you come! Spend $77 at Red Lobster, not a movie theatre!
I went to the 10:40 pm show time. There was popcorn on the floor. The seat I Sat on was greesy I had to clean it. We bought 2 bucket popcorn they where very cold we asked for butter that was cold. I ordered the original burger for my daughter that was cold and the fries tasted like fish . Its to expensive we played $15 for burger and fries. And $20.00 for cold popcorn. I wont be going back.
What a displeasing experience from a well known branded movie theater ! The pm manager Courtney is extremely unprofessional! Upon explaining an issue and asking how to resolve this unsatisfactory experience along with details about why an additional 61$ hold placed on my card I was told it happens a lot and nothing would be done about being interrupted twice at the end of the movie . Not a 50% discount on a future ticket on my next visit nor even a drink . Instead my fiancé got a sorry as she walked away and danced while doing so . Please review the camera on 02/12/20 at apx 10:10 pm - 10:15 pm . Never have I been so insulted .
Im not sure we will return, while the service, food and seating were very good, there were a couple of deal breakers for my family. The sound was WAY TOO LOUD for the trailers, when I asked the server if he could do something about it, he said that the trailers are just that loud and there was nothing to be done about it. He said that when the feature started the volume would be brought down. The volume was fine for the movie, the problem was that we all felt uneasy after the 20 minutes of audio abuse. My son had to hold his hands over his ears, I really wished that we had brought ear plugs. We had already placed a food order and paid close to $100 for the four of us, or we may have considered leaving. A much smaller issue that I had personally, they only offer one size of popcorn GIGANTIC, Im lactose intolerant so I asked for no butter, the waiter brought it with two tubs of Butter placed on top, maybe some leaked out or they put some on because when I got home I experienced the very unpleasant side effects that lactose has for me. I loved the remodel, but for these reasons, we will probably continue to go to Marcus Addison in the future.
Always clean. Staff is always friendly. My kids love it here
Awesome. Ordered right from comfy chair in movie theatre. Order from seat and bring right to you. And have alcohol beverages. Chairs are so comfy. Like a lazy boy. Clean. Professional. Pricing is just like any other movie theatre.... Sneak in your own snacks and drinks. Purses and diaper bags work great! Way cheaper that way.
My son went to see the last Star Wars movie on 3D Imax. It was great. Seating was comfortable. Its a little pricey but its a good time.
There was a option four zero Stars I would give them a zero-star.. I ordered nachos.. it was late and ice cold... I also asked the waitress for napkins.. and she rolled her eyes and said no.. I literally had to go to the bathroom to get toilet paper so I can use as napkins.. unacceptable.....Never in my life will I ever go back... Never had experience with restaurant / movie theater like this. Thank you AMC for this horrible experience..
Very nice theater, clean and convenient. We met friends there. Great reclining seats, but I would rather get my own food. Had to buy my Diet Coke and popcorn from the waiter. It became a hassle after while. Give me the theater, just not the food service.
I would not come back here. I love going to dine in theaters but this was bad. There were not enough servers which meant my drink didnt come until 45 minutes into the movie. It just went downhill from there. I will not be going back here.
AMC DINE-IN Yorktown 18 is like NO OTHER! Most definitely recommend ordering up those delicious & TASTY dry rub chicken wings! Nice selection of drinks & wide variety of beers as well. The actual theater is easy to navigate and just perfect for chill-laxing in a recliner and taking in your favorite flick. All around most EXCELLENT service too! 8)
I do not enjoy the forced wait staff and not being able to simply walk up to a counter and purchase my own people want choice not demands my least favorite movie theater to go to because of this reason.
I didnt order any food but it sure did smell great. People near me seemed to be more than satisfied with it. The seats are comfy and you have lots of space between you and the walking space. This means that people can get up and you dont need to move around so much to let them pass.
Not my first preference for an AMC theater in the area even though its closer to me. If I do happen to visit here, I do not order food as they always get it wrong. On multiple occasions, even when I havent ordered, food is mistakenly brought to me, which is a major distraction while trying to watch a movie, especially when it happens 5 times in the same movie. Ive even heard other people next to us complain about missing food items or cold food. If you have to go to an AMC theater in the area, go to the Oak Brook 12 or Woodfield even.
Seats are nice & comfy, but employees are not. Yesterday our waitress barely spoke, didnt smile, and almost refused to give us our Stubs discount. We only ordered popcorn and water; the popcorn was extra salty and the water was brought mid way through the movie.
I literally feel so comfortable when I come here it feels like im watching the movie from home. Servers are great, and I personally didnt have to wait long for my food. I have never had a problem and I mean beer, a recliner, food, and a good movie what else do you need.
Our food was cold upon receiving it half way through the movie even though we ordered it before the movie screen even started playing previews. Took 15 minutes to even get someone to our seats, even though there was a plethora of employees. We didnt receive one of the entrees, any of our desserts (6 people), and we ordered mozzarella sticks that didnt even have cheese in it! The place was a mess and looked like it hadnt gotten cleaned in monthes. Dont reccomend if youre looking for a good time.
I really enjoy this theatre. The recliners are very comfortable the restrooms are clean. Its a tough job being a server in the dark going up and down stairs, this staff does a great job. Every staff member they have are very friendly people.
Awesome theater! Seating is extremely comfortable and the chicken tenders were oh so tasty. While it would seem pricey, both the food and the entry are moderately priced for the service received. The men of the church all had an awesome time.
The show was filled and we took the last 2 seats in the front row. We reclined the seats so we were able to watch the screen without getting a crick in our necks. However, the from row is so close to the screen that the image looked distorted. Feet looked huge in relation to the body and heads appeared small. AMC sacrificed quality to add a few more rows. Ive sat in the front row of other theaters that were far enough back that this distortion didnt happen.
The theater was filthy. 2 staff members were nice but the others had a horrible attitude. We went so we could have dinner at the same time but the seats and trays were so dirty we could stomach eating. The movie was great but I wish we had gone to another theater.
I’ve come to this theatre at least once a week this past year because of A-List. It’s a great subscription for people who love movies! If you’re just going to watch a movie here, it’s perfectly okay as long as you don’t have noisy neighbors. The IMAX is definitely the best theatre even though it doesn’t have reclining seats. But if you plan to order food with your movie, there’s a high chance it won’t come as you wanted it (missing silverware, missing condiments, no drinks, cold, etc). Some servers are great, some servers are not so great. As with all dine-in theaters, there are some issues with service and servers walking back and forth, but you learn to ignore it. Studio Movie Grill’s food is better, but the overhead lights on for the entire movie is frustrating for someone who just wants to watch a movie.AMC Yorktown is my go-to place for watching movies. Just maybe consider eating before you hit this theatre.
Nadine and Brook Lynn-Claire McCurry Lives in the AMC Theatres
Went to see Gretal and Hansel seats E3 and E4 theater 4. The food is super overpriced for the portion size. 14.99 for a chicken quinoa bowl. Most entrees or menu items are $15 up. I ate a the bar and had a drink. The drink was 11.99. It was ok. The theater seats were not clean. The food trays and cup holders had tons of crumbs and sticky sludge. I felt uncomfortable thee entire movie sitting in the seat. My mother had to switch seats because hers was broken. I wont be back. The price and the quality did not go hand in hand. As much staff as they had running aroun at an 8:40 Sunday night, the seats should at least be clean. Disappointed. If you are going to charge that much, have a quality product. But they probably, like most businesses, dont value customer feedback until its too late and they lose business. Im sure there are others who have not provided feedback but wont come back for the same reason.
We had a great time, but the three of us spent $100 for dinner and a movie. Clean facility, friendly and courteous staff, who were all young people, btw. Definitely going back.
Called AMC Dine-In, so food should be set at high standards especially with those prices. My Supreme Nacho & cheese were cold, I tasted garlic and ginger more than anything else while the drinks were full of ice.On the plus side, the seating is comfortable with the reclining feature.
The theater has changed for the better. Seats are super comfortable and the screen is easily seen even when reclining. Reserved seating is great. Service is very good; someone usually arrives within 5 to 10 minutes. The menu is varied enough. The ultimate nachos are very good with ample toppings. As an appetizer, it is more than filling. I have tried the flatbread pizzas. The caprese is delicious but could use more than 1 or 2 sprigs of basil. The pepperoni is tasty when served warm. Unfortunately, mine today arrived cold. The burgers are on par with most restaurants and include ample toppings. The servers bring plenty of napkins as these burgers are juicy. The drink menu is varied with enough selections to quench any thirst. I loved being able to fully recline my seat and not impede anyone walking by. Nice planning. The bathrooms could stand some better attention. Sticky floors and overflowing trash cans are the stuff of nightmarish gas stations, not a dine-in theater. After several visits, I am happy to return and recommend the Yorktown again.
Come here all the time and worst service Ive ever seen. Took 25 min to have someone take our order, and other 30 minutes and the popcorn still didnt come. Had to go and find someone to get the popcorn as all the servers were standing around hanging out. Management took off the popcorn but no apology and made it sound like as tho he was doing us a favor.
Dont like writing negative reviews, but this wasnt a great experience. We ordered during previews, and it took over an hour and a half for me to receive my drink. When we went to pay at the end, the person at the register was very unapologetic, and simply made excuses for why our server never got the order in right. In the end I wouldnt go back.
Dont even bother coming here. I am typing this while still waiting for my food even that we ordered it at 645 and the movie starts at 7, currently its 840 and the food didnt come, a girl came in telling us they will need another 40mins to get a flat bread and a chicken nachos ready. Totally ruined our date/valentine night. Never back here again and never to any AMC theater, completely run by useless ppl. If wasting time was a crime i would sued them. Cheers.
So this was my first visit to a full service movie theater. I really enjoyed the whole experience. We went to see an afternoon show and the theatre was clean and modern. I thought the staff was friendly and attentive. It sure was fun having them check in on us and bring us food. The chairs were super comfy. Oversized leather and alot of cushion. The chairs seemed to stay upright or unless maybe there was a trick to make them recline. Also, I was with my Grandma at it was going to be hard for her to walk back to the car on the other side of building, so one the staff heard us talking and said she could stay where she was and I could pull my car up on a side door and they would help escort her. So that was a kind nice touch and much appreciated by Grandma and I. We would definitely go see more shows here!
The place was OK. However when the movie was going, people were constantly walking in front of us and talking, made it a not so pleasurable experience. Thank you for a not so enjoyable time ending my Birthday weekend! We will never come back to this theater and will also recommend our friends to go elsewhere!!!
Wings are not wings at this place. They are actually chicken tenders with no sauce. Ordered a beer that came 45 minutes later in a dirty glass. The management showed no accountability or responsibility. Clearly they are simply trying to #*%! people.
I like the food and they were friendly even though it was only one person at the time still enjoying burger and fries coke, Reeses pieces
Waited an hour for a beverage order only to be told they were out. Then they charged full price even though they brought a less expensive drink. Arm trays werent clean. Bathrooms were disastrous. For what they charge, the management should be replaced. Next time Im going to Cinemark.
Seems to have gone downhill since the remodel years back. My husband and I walked in a bit early to have a drink before a movie. As I am looking at a menu, this woman just starts telling me how terrible and expensive the food is. She told me to not waist my money and go somewhere else. She wasnt wrong! Two domestic beers cost us over $15. We decided to just get a snack instead of lunch since we were seeing a 3 hour long movie. When our $10 cheese sticks and $10 pretzel bites were delivered it looked great...but looks can be deceiving. The cheese sticks literally didnt have any cheese in them. The pretzels werent hot and taste like they had been sitting on a counter for hours. Im glad I didnt order the $17 chicken tenders!!Needless to say I will not be going back to see a movie at this location. If you decide you have to, eat before you come to this dine-in theatre.
Good theater! Comfy seats and great sound sysyem
Saw IT with a friend on Saturday and there was a row of 10 year olds who would not stop talking. And their mothers getting up and talking to them to tell them to be quiet multiple times. This is my fault, but I didnt realize what a dine in movie entailed. It was so distracting having peoples food delivered during the show. Theres also bright lights right by your head that never turn off so you can look at the menu... The scary movie ambience was not happening yesterday. Overall, I think Im done with theaters, Ill just wait for the DVD
Great potential. They dont know how food was later 5 minutes before movie was over no point on eating there. Pop refill was easier if I could go get it my self. Press the service button waited for ever
Nice seats, friendly staff, ordered dinner from our seat. Of course the food was a bit high priced for what you get, but a good experience.
Comfortable seats, unobstructed views. Ordered popcorn and wine which took a long time to come. But the servers were very good.
Went for dinner and a movie. Food never arrived. Now i have to watch my credit card as they pinged my order that i never got 2 times. Horrible service and no apology. Not worth the hassle. Dont go.
Extremely comfortable reclining chairs. Able to order food & drinks right to your seat although pretty pricey. Service was exceptional.
