The store is amazing but the service and follow through are a joke. I made a purchase and didnt notice the most interesting additional charge until I got home. It appears on the bill as Custom Amount which was 5.00 on my 20.00 purchase. I tried to call the store to find out about this fee twice and I have yet to get a call back. If you are going to give an extra 20% mark up on your good at least be honest and up front about it. This store SUCKS!!!!

I bought a beautiful warm winter hat from this store for a decent price, it is unique and I havent seen the color pattern anywhere else. Im proud to wear it! I will return for more shopping soon! Thank you Incas Andes!
