Went for a birthday party and my time there was the best during covid-19 it hard to go anywhere but they made it clean safe and the whole experience was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond and everything is clean and great. Well definitely become a member if they ever get membership but overall experience was perfect. If youre looking for a getaway during it I recommend this place for you on your kids or just you and Friends definitely a thousand stars if I could give them

The family always takes trips here and we play the ticket games we be racking them up big time to win the big prizes.

This place kept us entertained pretty much all day! They have tons of arcade games, rides, indoor go karts, bumper cars, and a glow in the dark mini-golf. Pretty good food area with options too. We bought a combo wristband which made it all pretty affordable. Will definitely go again on a rainy day!

I Love the Place when i was little i was scared of the old big golf course thing i think it had a bridge or something and had water then in 2016 or 2015 when the place got remolded now they have a catapult ride, a *mini golf* course next to the go karts (Castle Karts), bumper cars, Quest ll Playland also we maybe coming on grandmas birthday on october 4 oh the *animatronics* The Jammin Jesters are Cool! sadly i dont know the 3 characters i know wally the wizard toby the dragon the small baby dragon named cute if your confused why they named her that here is a answer: the little dragon named is called: Cute anyway i dont know the princess girl name, the blue donkeys name, either the Lizard or a Gekko, or a chameleon thats playing the trumpet

Good spot for parties, the prices are competitive and the staff was really friendly. The games are up to date, laser tag is fun, bumper cars are cool. Still a good spot after all these years.

Cool place to go. We mostly come here to go on the go karts. The spinning ride, and the ride that is like a air bumper cars type a thing. We go on the rides then whatever’s left in the card we use up in the arcade machine games. Usually we spend 50$ for two adults and a little kid and we spend about an hour at the place. The staff is mediocrely nice. Like friendly zombies. I don’t expect much they are mostly teens working the place. So I don’t mind.

They have to keep up with the times I guess. I havent been to Enchanted castle in years. They were using green tickets for prizes and you could get 100 tokens for $20 and have a great time for a couple of hours and indoor attractions were like$5. But now they switched over to the plastic Fun Cards where each game can now cost$.70 -$6.00 per swipe. Not so family friendly on cost but they have a lot to do for All ages. Everything is indoors which is awesome and you can still have just as much fun. Go karts, bumper cars, Laser tag and few more attractions all cost about $6-$8 per person. I think they have coupons and specials on the website and at the establishment so I suggest signing up for the email list. Overall if you want some nice family friendly entertainment pay them a visit but take plenty of $$$$.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great restaurant. Well we enjoyed a magnificent evening and the place was no doubt one of the reasons for the fruitful meeting. The stuff participated in a sweet way, the cooking was extremely good and my guests were so delighted. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

This place was awesome! We took our 8,11,12 year old kids, mom, grandma and myself . Everyone had a blast. Bumper cars were really fun. Go carts are quick enough to have fun, even for adults. Laser tag was fun, could have allotted more space to play. But I came in first and thats all that matters. King Kong Rules!Ticket games are like going to the casino. Mom, Grandma and I spent a small fortune playing coin doser. Let it be known, on the Wizard Of Oz coin game you can get all 7 cards for the grand prize, it takes strategy. But all in all we went for a birthday activity so we spent a little more than what I would say is usual. But its not often I leave a kids event that is alcohol free and feel I got my moneys worth. We did here though and I look forward to returning.

Its a bit crowded with Covid-19 happening but they were wiping down rides, not games but the rides were. Go early because it gets crowded the later you wait.

Kids loved it, I even had fun on the bumper cars and laser tag! If you want to throw a party for the kids they have great packages as well. Pizza was delicious! Didnt try the wings but I seen a Chicago dog and it look tasty!

I was a guest. My children are all grown and we used to go there all the time. They keep it spotless and very proficient on serving their party guests. Last time I was there we used tokens!

I went to Enchanted After Dark. Kid free adult time! Loved the Lazer tag. Wish the playground was open, lol. Raffle did not do much for me, but I am not a raffle person. So it was just kinda a distraction for my group. DJ was nice and funny too, but also not my thing. So again just a little loud and distracting. Maybe not so bad if it wasnt next to the main gaming area. ALL IN ALL, GREAT TIME. WILL GO AGAIN.

Games and rides for everyone! The Quest II Playground is a must for kids under 10 with energy to burn. The Go Karts were a blast and so were the bumper cars. Had the personal pizza, Italian beef, and chicken tinga sandwich for lunch. Had to reload the Fun Card three times in order to enjoy all the rides we liked (husband, son, and myself). So plan on spending a good $50 for what I would consider a minimal visit. Great fun, music wasnt too loud and food was delicious! Would recommend a visit to anyone, young or old.

An older kids chuck e cheese. Very empty in the middle of the day... A great winter activity. Bumper cars, spinning rides, laser tag, tons of video games. Very clean. Huge party area for pizza party and shows. Tons of unique prizes. Games average about $1 to play. All games use prepay cards for Enchanted Castle. Indoor go cart track is impressive in size.

Ive been coming to Enchanted Castle ever since I was seven. I remember how great the food was last time I came here. I did come to attend a friends party and I had a wonderful time! The rides and attractions are fun and there are plenty of options to choose from.

We went for grandsons 1st birthday. Kids had a blast. Food was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back with my 7 year old grandson. I have to get used to the new system of cards instead of tokens and tickets.

Great time for children of all ages, small compared to other arcade places but still a good time.

There is soooo much to do there besides the arcade machines... Its always crowded and wish that the heat was turned down but other than that, its great! We rode the go-karts, bumper cars, catapult, as well as played laser tag and miniature golf! Fun for the whole family!

It was our first time here. Its affordable and lots of choices of games to play. Only complaint is the staff at the prize station dont acknowledge you. I stood there right in front and no one made eye contact with me so I left but we did enjoy ourselves.

The place has a wonderful Atmosphere for the kids. Love the laser tag, bumper cart and the go-carts. The hot wings and pizza was awful. Love the deal of 20.00 per person and you had unlimited activity. My grandson and his friends had a blast.

I really liked this it is fun for kids and adults. My siblings and I had lots of fun and every price is reasonable. The games are fun and very enjoyable.

We had a good time. It was kind of crowded, but the wait wasnt too long. The pizza was delicious, the wings were fried too hard though. We got a good value for a family of four, walked away with some good prizes as well.

Went there on a first date. I thought it was a great way to have fun and get to know each other and was more interactive than just getting drinks at a bar. She beat me at mini golf, but I was able to even the playing field with some Lazer tag.This place has grown up with my generation. While it is still fun for kids and families, it is also enjoyable for us old folks in our 30s!Thank you for a fun evening and heres hoping we have another fun time on our second date!

What can I say? Like a kiddie mini casino, feed in those tokens for a 30 second game. Candy and soda pop the kiddo gateway drugs...? Maybe i am just weird. Pizza available, sometimes bumper cars working. Half black light mini golf, and sometimes? they have lazer tag or go carts for a separate larger price. Gather those tokens to get a plastic spider ring. Felt kinda spooky hanging out there without a kid.

Took my 4 year old daughter here and she loves it. She liked the bumper cars and one ride they had. Go karts were fun to even though I had to drive. There is even a play area that little ones can climb/play in. I would recommend going during the week to avoid the crowds.

There’s a lot to do here, but none of the individual experiences stand out as exceptional. If you’re looking to give kids a wide variety of activities, this is a good place for it. However, it didn’t seem like any of the specific activities were worth repeating and it was more fun to move on to the next thing.

The food is just ok. Thanks pizza has improved but still just edible. I’d give it maybe a 2/5. The wings are 3/5. The employees are helpful and polite. Nice place for us to meet up with friends who have kids and don’t live near us. The kids love the laser tag, catapult ride, and the play place area. Vast array of arcade games, including games for toddlers. The connect 4 basketball game is a lot of fun and my 12-year-old played around in the basketball area for a good couple of hours. We came for New Years celebration one year and it was a madhouse! The room where they had the balloon drop and countdown was absolute mayhem! It was fun, though.

I used to enjoy coming here as a kid, but this place has become a money pit. Beware the holiday deals. They are slightly better than the daily deals, but worse than the coupons they offer. They wouldnt accept a coupon today, despite that not being written anywhere on the coupon (see the attached picture).More upsetting, youll see statements like unlimited rides in their specials, but this only applies to two rides, the bumper cars and the catapult ride. The other attractions are premium rides that do not apply to the unlimited offer, and cost extra. You wont find any of this visible in writing on their website or otherwise. If this had been written somewhere, it wouldnt have bothered me.I used to be a patron here, but considering my experience here today, we wont be back.

We always have so much fun there. The food is good and a decent price. There are so many fantastic games and the prizes are even better. After the remodel things are even more accessible to those who may have a cane, crutches or in a wheelchair. My entire family loves going there.

I went to enchanted castle on a field trip for school and it was really fun. The go karts are great so are the games and carnival rides and the food was good also the staff was really nice too.

AWESOME PLACE I live all the way in waterford michigan and I beg my parents to bring me here we live 5 hours away from this place we only come about once a year but we come mostly because of the singing animatronic band that I watch videos of on youtube again this place is worth the drive the staff is very friendly and the food is yummy GREAT PLACE I highly recommend coming here

Worst experience ever! Went with my wife and son, and first thing went on carts racing. My wife was in last place, and this punk Dad thought he should keeping bumping her from behind. Then after he passes, now young kid started to bump her. I couldnt get the teenager to stop the race. We complained to manager, another teenager,for full refund. They refused and we left. Will never go back!

E.C. has always has the best ticket distribution + prize prices + prize choices, and an actually decent restaurant menu + selection. I love this place! Its been around since my childhood and am so glad its still here, and bigger and better, for my children.

Its okay vs similar place (Chukee Cheese etc). The host was okay during a party there . The servers were excellent. Kudos go them for being friendly, courteous, and good around kids. They really get in there to clean and setup after parties too. Good staff. That said, the place does need a little bit of updating. Getting a bit too classic . Especially around the food stands area. Also, the prices are a bit steep for the arcades and games etc. I think there could be some work done on creating better packages for large groups. The package are host naughty provided game cards for several kids. They werent through them in about 5 mins. Cmon..

I have been coming to this place my entire life and have ALWAYS loved it! I am now an adult with no kids and STILL LOVE IT! I have NEVER had a bad time! They have great games and attractions/rides without a huge price tag! Great for birthday parties/events for all ages! Whether you have kids or not this place will bring out the inner child and happiness! I am always smiling when Im here or even just thinking about it. I pray they never change their animatronics! They are part of the history and bring me such happiness! The only things I can say that could use a change is the food quality/selection and I would like to be able to bring my drink into the game room. I will NEVER stop going here though! Thanks for the memories!

Power went out for 2 hours

This was my 1st time back, in 18yrs... I bought my 12 yr... old here for her birthday.... she really enjoyed her it... we, did as... well.

My daughter loves this place. I went in today for free Friday bingo. The staff took care of my 4 year old while I play. I didnt get the manager name that helped me but she was awesome. Thank you guys for being wonderful.

We had the best time celebrating my sons 5th birthday at Enchanted Castle today! From the staff (Jean took fantastic care of us) to the food (try the southwest eggrolls and flatbreads) to the activities! There is so much to do! Games, go carts, bumper cars, play area, glow in the dark mini golf and laser tag! Both kids and parents had a blast and both of my boys were passed out before we pulled out of the parking lot. Thank you for making it a memorable day!

There nice, there size is nice, there pizza is nice, it may be a bit pricey and expansive but its decent and your children will have a blast.

This place has been kept up very nicely over the years. Used to go here as a kid and remember it being dark inside but it’s not anymore. My 2 and 4 year old loved it. We spent 2 hours there and ended up spending abut 100$. It’s kind of expensive. Everything you do costs something separate. Even the playground is 5.75 to get in. I found that kinda ridiculous. The catapult ride was 4 dollars per person! So I rode with my 2 year old and my husband rode with my 4 year old. So that was 16$ just for a 5 minute ride! It was worth it because the kids absolutely loved it but come on. We will go back but it won’t be for awhile because we can’t be spending that kind of money every time!
