The service in general is amazing.Haley helps me all the time, she is a very good saleswoman and was very patient with me because my English is not very good. My suggestion is that they have all sizes of all models and more corsets with braces

Courtney helped me to pick out all my Valentine’s Day gifts for my boyfriend. She made me very comfortable and it was sooo easy to talk to her. She is very sweet and gave me A lot of suggestions and recommendations. She offered me a coupon book which is probably around $400 of savings and she help me to save money by showing me all the discount stuff and how much I could save with the coupon book. This world needs more sales representatives like Courtney. I will definitely be back to buy more goodies, thanks to an awesome sales associate. It was probably one of the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!!!!!

This place was amazing right now! Paige was awesome explaining some in depth information about toys and products available. Robert held the last pair of shoes in my size (purpose of traveling 30 minuets to this location). And a girl with pink hair was also chipper. 5 stars

Ashley and julie were absolutely lovely. They helped my fiance and I. We came in with an idea of what we wanted, she helped us guide our way to the perfect toys for us. As a new engaged couple we are keeping things more exciting than ever. Lovers lane was perfect for us to explore. Lovers lane was clean and welcoming. NOT dark and gloomy. We got a coupon to see them soon and we will. Update: we used our coupon. julie is amazing so wonderful full of knowledge and a wonderful smile. If youre nervous she will ease your anxiety especially if youre new to lovers lane. She gave great recommendations. Ashley and julie are great !

Worst location around. Horrible employees. They accused me of theft and called the police on me because I put an item back in the wrong location of the store. It caused me to have a major panic attack to the point where I had to pull over on my way home. I will never return here again and will be contacting corporate.

Coming here with my girlfriend, I was very nervous and didnt know what to expect. We wanted something to spice things up in the bedroom, but didnt know where to begin. The staff was incredibly helpful and down-to-Earth in helping us find the perfect items and their prices were great. Definitely not the experience I expected and definitely going there again with my girl to see what else we can find!
