Movie was great, was very thankful they were open. It was priced very high, for the helpfulness of the staff. I had my ticket on my phone and it didnt have the theater number on it. I was wandering around with my wife trying to find the theater. I had to ask an employee which theater it was and then saw someone else do the same.

The theaters are very open and large. The seats are wide and I do not feel squished (I am a skinny person though). For the most part the seats are in good condition. There was one in theater 14 that looked broken by how far it was leaning forward.I like how you can reserve seats before hand. I think that this was a good change made by Megaplex and Cinimark. It is so much nicer not to show up hours early just to make sure you get a good seat. Now I just have to plan ahead and I can get nice seats.There snacks are just as over priced as all the other theaters I have been to. They have a good selection though. If your getting a soft drink be ready to order Coke products. I do enjoy their popcorn, and if you get the largest size it comes with one free refill.

The ads & such played for almost 30 minutes after the movie time was listed. Went to the front, and they assured me the movie would start soon. The movie finally started, but with the ads & such still playing for the sound. Went back to the front and told them. In guessing, the manager ran to the projection booth and fixed and restarted the movie.Most excellent! We had a bodacious time!

Edit: They offered us free movie passes in light of the blurry picture. Totally made up for it. Excellent customer service.To sum it all up, this was a poor experience. The theater itself is small and acceptably kept. My issue with this experience is that I watched the new comical Spider-Man in Auditorium 6, and the image was out of focus. It stayed that way throughout the movie, which I consider to be unacceptable. This is how its looked throughout the movie, and text shouldnt be blurry like that. Im very disappointed in this experience, and your mileage may vary here.

It was overall a good experience doesnt look very good from the outside but its much better inside.

This is our main theater by us. The service is always good. Sometimes there can be a wait but todays visit was fine. We saw Onward with my two boys. The theater was clean and not to busy or noisy. We usually sit in the last row in the front section of theater 4, their biggest theater. Volume was just right. The only odd thing is the trailers have local commercials between each of them. Kinda of distracts from the experience a bit. Other than that it was a great.

This theater is small with a cramped atrium. The bathrooms are split across the two wings of the theater, so you might have to go out past the ticket takers to use the restroom. The theater does have tiered steering, but not the big comfy reclining seats. Customer service was good and friendly. Ticketing was modern and efficient, and the sound and visual experience was acceptable. I dont know if the theater controls this, but there were 45 minutes of ads and previews prior to the movie.

We went to watch the newest Star Wars movie and it was fun! I will refrain from giving a review of the movie as the quality of the film is no reflection of the theatre itself, but if you must know, the movie was enjoyable.The theatre was great. The seats were extremely comfortable and the refreshments, well, refreshing. The staff was helpful and all the amenities were top notch. Great picture and sound quality. I would definitely recommend.

The theater has a weird layout but for the most part its clean. It would have been nicer if there wasnt so many people as soon as we walked through the door. Also if you bought tickets online youll have to go to the kiosk in the corner to get your tickets.

Awesome place to go watch the Chapter II it. That wasnt so bad, but I liked the comedy in it. Especially the hidden surprises with Stephen king references.My wife loved that kinda thing to, we both read his books, but shes read the horror ones and Ive read the novelty ones.But, great places to take your loved ones even those who are looking forward to a date night with his/her bf/gf.

The movie was excellent in every way. It was all that I expected from Downton Abbey. The customer service at the theater was fantastic. Each employee I engaged with was friendly, considerate and helpful. Tuesdays prices are the best.

The movie began with 30 minutes of advertisements...30 minutes. If you are scheduling your evening be be aware that youll need to factor in the 30 minutes of advertisements. The movie was 2 hrs 22 minutes. I spent 3 hrs of my life in that theatre...3 hrs.

I dont like the fact that you buy your tickets at the counter. Just makes it longer to get your tickets. It was very confusing when you walk in as to where to buy tickets. Otherwise its very clean, sound and picture was awesome. Seating is comfortable and it was very easy to find our seats. Staff is friendly and we will be coming back many more times. Sorry I meant to give this 4 stars not 3.

Its local the seating could be better but honestly my popcorn was fresh and my drink tasted correctly so it was good.

I wouldve given 5 stars, except it seems like whenever I go to this theater, theres always parents that bring in their toddlers to a loud PG-13 movie. My wife and I went to Maleficent on 11/5 and there were about 3 crying babies which the parents didnt bother to take them out. Im usually not a stickler but it was more than irritating.

Concessions is the standard theater fare. They dont do the pizza, milkshakes, or grill concessions that other megaplex theaters offer

Best theater in the valley! The seats are nice, the arm rests are pull down. Its a great theater overall. I usually end up in theater 4, which has a very large, curved screen. They have 3d options available and the best selection of new movies.The most recent movie I saw was Captain Marvel.

We tried the dbox seats this time as we watched Ad Astra. The movement was great, helped you to feel the movie.I would enjoy the seats better if they could recline slightly and if the seat itself were a bit more cushioned.

This was a better theater than expected, not that I expected anything bad, it just looked out of date. But everything on the inside is just as you would expect from a Megaplex. The only issue is that a few of their screens have holes in them. These holes shine bright blue and kind of train your eyes off of the movie that you are trying to enjoy. Still had a great experience, employees were nice, machines worked, and seats were clean!!

Great theatre with good prices. Even though Im 21, I still occasionally get the ID check. Nothing wrong with that, just is pretty funny.

Great picture along with friendly staff and plenty of snacks. Also love that you can purchase your tickets online making it super convenient and smooth when going to the show.

Lobby seemed a little crowded with the layout of the concession and ticket lines. Wasnt a big theater which made it more cozy and enjoyable for the family.

3.5 they were efficient, if you enjoy the stale stench of movie popcorn, the thrilling hope of a new favorite show, and seats that arent horribly comfortable but give you a great view and sound systems that blow your actual socks off. Go here.

Walker Cinemas theaters has better prices all together. Movies and concessions. Like Larry H. Miller Megaplex stadium seating though.

Excellent service and a better than average theater. The popcorn was fresh even for a late show. Saw endgame (for the 3rd time now haha) and the projector was very bright and good quality. Every time Ive been to this theatre it has been a good experience.

Megaplex always does a great job. Screens are huge, seating is comfortable, volume is reasonable. Good for a date or just to have a fun time

Comfortable seating and (relatively) inexpensive snacks and tickets provide the first step in your experience here.With indoor, outdoor and online ticket kiosks with constantly updated seating you can be sure to grab the spot(s) you desire. Rewards programs are available for the wide range of Megaplex theaters too! By far my current favorite experience.

One of the better theaters in cache valley. The Larry H Miller brand really helped to improve on an already good thing. The downside is expensive tickets and concessions, but thats any theater for you, anymore.

Id rather go to the Providence theater, but Ill go here if I have to. I dont like the set up when you first walk in. Its crowded and confusing. But the staff seem nice. So theres that!

For $10 a ticket you would think they could turn the AC on. No one wants to watch a movie in an 80 degree theater.Also, when the heat is necessary, perhaps greater than 60 degrees would be more comfortable for moviegoers.

Ive always liked Megaplex especially University 6. Its one of the best places to go on a hot afternoon and sit in the air-conditioned Auditorium and watch your favorite movie. The concessions are awesome best popcorn in town and ice cold drinks. You can also get a hot dog, or nachos as well as the usual candy bars and and a pickle and a few other things. The service at the Megaplex is well above average it seems like theyre all smiling and they enjoy the work or at least they enjoy the customers. So on those hot afternoons when its too hot to work outside go to the Megaplex and take in a movie.

Usually been a good experience. As much as I love change I don’t enjoy $9.45 in all quarters. Not even asking if I have some change or a dollar for a solid 10 dollar bill. Or asking some other workers if they had bills.

I love coming here for a date with the hubby or for a fun family night. Not only do they have the latest movies, their popcorn is the best and their seating is comfortable. I love their rewards program, and I typically get a lot of stuff for free just from buying tickets to the movies! I also love that they have $5 Tuesdays.

Movie theaters are getting ridiculous these days with their pricing, but this one comes close to being a good value. Friendly staff, and clean. We ended up sitting in the front section and even that wasnt too bad.

Best theatre in Logan for sure. The stadium seating is good enough that you can see the screen no matter how tall the person in front of you. Much better than the other theatres in the valley.

Best movie theters in the world

I wanted to watch a movie. They had the movie playing here. It worked out pretty well.

Good basic movie theater. Go on Tuesday nights, it is called $5 dollar Tuesday and there are bunch of lower prices deals on food and snacks. Prices are high for food on other days though.

Great date spot and would highly recommend

It looks really nice from the outside, the lobby itself though is a flustercluck of stanchions. I couldnt tell where I was supposed to enter the line, or leave the line, and ended up cutting the people waiting.by accident. Also. I purchased my tickets online and then they couldnt scan the mobile barcode because my screen was cracked; first place Ive ever experienced this problem. Couldnt give my purchase in my card, but they let us in since they saw it was verified. Also, got into the theater only to realize it was in 3D and they didnt tell us, or give us glasses, and when I went back to ask they told me they were over on that counter in a bin like I was supposed to know that. Managed to get glasses before the film started, and thats about the best it got...aside from the movie.Saw Captain Marvel, which was awesome, and made it through to the mid-credits scene which played just the right amount of endgame, and was patiently waiting for the post-credit scene when the fire alarm went off starting to evacuate site to a fire in the building. Everyone calmly left and walked out and thats when someone from the theater staff came outside after everyone saying its just our cotton candy machine, you can go back in. Which in itself is good news, but if youre calmly saying its just your cotton candy machine like it happens all the time you should probably get that taken care of to avoid these issues in the future. It completely negates the experience and detracts from the suspension of disbelief... Which, I cant imagine how annoying that is for other movie goers in the middle of a different film...4-stars. Would have been 3, but I got to finish my movie and there wasnt really a fire.

Comfy seating, no point showing up to movie on time as there are a good 20 mins of trailers/commercials before hand. I would also recommend bringing ear plugs for people with sensitive hearing as I have yet to visit a theater with a comfortable sound range.

Go often. Cleaner than most theaters. Though where they shine is their customer service. I had an episode with my IBS last year that made me spend the last 30 minutes of Infinity War sobbing in the bathroom. They let me come back to a later showing for free that night: waiting for me at the locked door and letting me in to see the end of the film. That act of kindness will always stick with me

Its a great little theater with some good viewing options. They have 3D films and the D-Box seats that move and shake with the movie. There is great stadium seating. No need to worry about giant frizzy hair blocking your view.

Nice theater. Floors were clean, and my feet didnt stick to the floor!

10 minutes of previews were stretched out to a solid 20 minutes by inserting one or two ads in between each. Reduce the number of ads please, this isnt Hulu.

Luxury seats are nice. But not as nice as the Providence ones.

Went and saw It Chapter 2 a couple weeks ago on a $5 Tuesday. The colors of the film being projected on screen were extremely faded: the projector clearly needed replacing. Watching It for 3 hrs gave me a headache.

Love coming to see movies here. It is close to many fast-food places so you can get food after the movie.

We love taking time out to watch a movie. The Megaplex is clean and the staff are helpful and competent. We recommend this theater to others who love a good movie experience.

Bad service, employees locked the door 4 minutes after the last showing started, so we knocked and they turned around and looked at us and just straight up ignored us. Larry H Miller would be disappointed.

I paid $8 for my ticket and $8 for popcorn only to watch 23 minutes of advertising before the movie started. Even streaming services dont charge that much for ad free watching.

Good place to go and enjoy a movie. Friendly stuff, tuesday showings offers great popcorn pricing, and really clean auditoriums.

The theater was well staffed with clean, helpful, well groomed staff. The seats were comfortable, I love assigned seating because I need the handicapped seats. The popcorn was fresh. The sound in our theater (#4) was excellent and crystal clear. The screen had no holes and the film was focused and bright.

Nice theater. Lines were quick for snacks and drinks. The bathrooms was clean and there were plenty if stalls!

Had a great time with my family. I like that they have split the theaters up so they are not trying to cram everyone down one hall. The staff was friendly and the seats are comfortable. All in all this is a great theater experience.

Good. Chrystal is a great manager. Very customer friendly. They work hard to remember you. Had issues in the past with teenagers and the uninitiated talking and letting children run about, however, they seem to have corrected the problem. If they know you, they arent as militant about bringing in your own drinks. Clean, great sound, employees are friendly and courteous.

Always enjoy our experiences here. Long line for concessions, but lots of employees made the line move quickly, which was awesome. Love the comfortable seats!

Cleanest theater in Logan. Great staff... Isabel Brown was a breath of fresh air in regards to management.

While the place is nice there were just a few things that took away from the overall experience. First was the chairs. They were squeaky every time you moved and a little uncomfortable. The other was the screen. Overall the screen was great but there was one Green Dot on the bottom right that was at times very distracting.

We had really good service and didnt have to wait in long lines. The staff kept the place clean.

Good theater, good sound, there are betters

Three angels, rosie, landon, and another (whose name I cant remember), helped me get all my megaplex rewards points after spending fat money on tickets. they were so kind and willing to help.

Really pretty decent theater but could use an upgrade, some refurb. The seats are comfortable, the popcorn is good, but does not get 5 stars because I could hear the sound from the next room too well.

Saw remake of The Lion King. Was awesome.

Good service, decent prices, fantastic audio. There was fingerprint smudges on the screen but that was hardly noticeable unless the screen was white.

This is always a great place to go watch a movie. The consessions are always served in a quality way. The popcorn is fresh. The seats are comfortable for me and I am a rather tall and large person. The pitch of the theater makes almost any seat a good place to watch the movie. The theater uses assigned seating. If there is one drawback to this place, it would be the price of the tickets and that tax is not included in the price, the way it is at most theaters.
