Its pretty good the houses are pretty nice and there Is a mini back yard which is fun my grandma lives here and has for a few years now and when she first moved here it was confusing where to go but it wont take long to know where to go

Nice little place to live.

If i could give zero stars i would. We were evicted due to the owner stealing our rent money! Tina Aldina is a thief. She has stolen over $1,000 in rent we paid only to evict us for not paying rent! She did not turn on the sprinklers during the summer and blamed us for not watering the yard when in the rules it said she takes care of the watering of yards. She also did in fact know we had a service animal and still tried to charge us 100$ per month for the animal. If anything do not rent from her ar all!

Well managed mobile home park in incredibly beautiful location near Logan river. Peaceful place to live.

Finds any excuse to charge you money. Manager will never pick the phone up either.

Charge you for every thing they can. Bad at plowing the snow in the winter. I would give less stars if I could.

Not a bad place but I have been at better ones.

I feel that this trailor park is nice and kept up well however its. Management lady is not there for its renters. I feel she is not fair and works with negitive motives and whats good for some isnt good for others. Im mot going to dig any further but is not the most honest park in logan but it has great potential of beimga wonderful place to live here in Logan Ut.

Good place for a family to grow up

I got a notice that I needed to groom my yard and pull weeds. I did just that and they came and claimed that they had mowed it and pulled the weeds and charged me $100 for the things I did that they vlaimed to do

Who runs this now

The park manager charged me $100 dollars for yard work I had already done claiming she had to have her people do it. She basically called me a liar and said there was nothing she could do.
