Cache Valley Athletics is the best place in Cache valley to train for Mens Gymnastics. I have trained there for years. No other place in cache valley has all the equipment like this place. They have rings, parallel bars, high bars, vault track, pommel horse, uneven bars, and several beams. Their spring floor feels good to tumble on with the occasional dead spot.

I highly recommend this place! Clair and Rozann are wonderful people and will ensure a great experience!!

The coaches and staff are really nice and helpful! The bounce n slide that just moved in always puts bouncy houses in part of the gym which is a little annoying. But other than that, its the only place in cache valley with an actual boys team! Im always excited when new equipment comes, and I cant wait for some taller p-bars!

My kids have loved coming here! It’s a favorite activity of theirs, highly recommend :)

I have mixed feelings. This place is so weird. It feels like someone was willed a bunch of grandpas old gym equipment from the 1948 Olympics and that person said, “How can I make money off this old rickety-bear-trap equipment?” Thus, this place was born.

I adore the owner, Rosanne. She is a fantastic coach. The prices are great. I love that they have mini classes, like the back handspring clinic. They are AmeriKids so the competition team is very focused on the kids learning but also enjoying what they are doing.

Their toddler class is fantastic and definitely age appropriate to for childrens needs. They teach correct terms for moves and positions. They are great with the kids. Love the staff.

Great, Dedicated instructors and a huge facility is a great combination that is hard to beat.While I am not a Gymnast myself, I see the work that is done there while taking my Karate Class that is also held at this location.I recommend this academy to parents who want to help their kids develop the potential they have.
