My friend lives there. Grounds or pretty clean at the homes by the apartment complex.

Its absolutely a great way of life.... Beautiful and pleasant...and owning your own roof is the best...Property owner is a gift from God....

If you want a spot here you have to be persistent. Nice place and people are wonderful. You can catch Lenny during the morning hours.

Ive tried calling and knockin in the doors of this place and no one ever answers or calls back. No one is ever in the office. This is the only place Ive seen that is nice. Id love to move my unit in if theyd contact me back, or answer when called.

Streets messed up. Some homes are very nice others look abandoned

$525 for a reasonably flat concrete slab big enough for my 35-foot RV beats the hell out of the $4k it would cost me for similar accommodations in that debauched cesspool across the river.
