Skateland is family friendly! Customer service was great! The only thing that wasnt very kid friendly was the music content. Over all is was a very fun and energetic atmosphere! We will be going back every chance we can!

The staff is amazing and accommodating. My daughter attended a 11 year old birthday party on a Sunday( it was a fantastic time) . We were back the next Saturday for an early morning new skater class. The staff makes all the difference

I was last here in the late 90s. Not much has changed here. What a great way to relive some memories on the rink.

Our 11 year old had so much fun at his party today! We wondered if it would be chaos when we saw a little girl was having a 20-person guests party nearby (God bless em!) but happily, not at all. Everything was organized like clockwork.The hostess was wonderful, and so was the DJ, the staff, and Gary at the door checking in guests and making all feel both welcome and safe... A nice, clean, family-oriented seeming business-- they all keep things running smoothly and are very in tune with each other, from the help-the-little-ones Attendants on the floor, to staff patiently helping kids cash in arcade tickets, to refilling pitchers, etc! They were especially adept with keeping guests needs in mind before we even knew we needed something And even when we asked to add a last minute activity- and it was seamlessly added, no problem.Weve paid a lot more for the Rochester/Buffalo kid-party places... and all we can say is, Niagara/Orleans County people? Dont overlook this gem just because its not fancy, or because its the same place you went 20,30 years ago. Some things arent supposed to change. And also? Grown ups? Go ahead and skate with your kids! Youll pick it right back up, second time around the rink, promise.

Good time, busy place, but they have security and seem to be a safe fun time. Nice disco lights. Could us better entry/exit to rink itself or limit people as people had a hard time entering and exiting rink without getting knocked down by on coming skaters. But other than that fun.

I went to Rainbow Skating for years.Enjoyed my experience fun times and skating.My dad moved from Houston Texas where skating is a tradition.He loves Rainbow and goes to both.My sons have been going so you can say its a pass time pass on through the generations!Kiddos to the founders family and stuff!Keep up the good work?!P.S. wish there was one in Niagara falls.we travel from Niagara Falls but its definitely worth the drive?.

Our kids have a lot of fun going here and the prices arent terrible for the amount of time that they get to spend there. Well for sure keep coming back.

This place would be awesome but their information is horrible. The website is outdated and confusing, hours are diffrent online from whats on the phone message and whats listed at the food counter. It should be right when you come up to the door. Ive stood waiting to be told their closed too many times.They dont have enough staff to deal with a kids birthday party. Its so sad cause the winter is the best time to go skating but there isnt advertised events on facebook.or anything that brings people in, most people dont even know they are open it looks closed from the outside. Such a shame

We came here for my grand daughters birthday party. Great place love how they have the roller helpers for the new skaters to help keep from falling. Food was great they had everything set up. It was so easy we will continue to come for more birthdays that’s for sure. Thank you to the great staff for all your attention in making this an easy party.

Let me just start by saying, I NEVER leave reviews. I’m fairly certain this is my first one. That being said, I HAD to leave one for, yes the place, bc all the kids had a blast, but mostly for Karrie. She was absolutely amazing. She was patient, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what to do every time. I would definitely come back, just for her! She is 100% the reason for the 5 stars.

My husband and I just went there. We had a great time but there was debris on floor which caused us several accidents. Sweep the floor often is my recommendation. That should be a given. Not sure if we will come back.

(You have been warned)-Most of the arcade games are either broke or out of service.-They charge an extra $3 for each training hand carts.-Dirty tables and benches- Everything cost EXTRA (Lockers, Water, dollies, ect..)

Its like a club for kids, gives me anxiety when im there, really good food

My family really enjoyed themselves here last weekend. We also loved buying the blow up unicorns, very reasonable pricing. Only downside, the music was very diverse...mainly pop music.

The kids, as well the adults, had so much fun! It isnt pricey and the staff is great.

Not as nice as when it was skateland. Boring and old looking. They ripped out all of the carpet for non skaters and beginners to learn on. The owner can be quite nasty.

Kinda in the middle of no where but it was a lot of fun they had fun games so it wasnt just skating in circles for a couple of hours, and a blacklight is always cool
