Upon enter it smelled horrible. Cant even to describe the overwhelming stench throughout the building. Management more concerned about yelling over PA at customers who left dinner table to use restroom and forgot mask at table, 3 times, or used vape to try to cover smell. I dont like vapes but smelled way better than restaurant. Half of games were unavailable. Sat at table for 30 minutes before approaching manager to get a waitress to greet us and take order. Waitress Amber was great. Better off to buy $200 worth of steaks, fire up grill and put to xbox up on 2 big screens and stay home.

It wasnt necessarily a bad experience. The food was a little cold when we received it. But the waitress was very nice and the bartender made a really good drink for us. But the experience wouldnt stop me from coming back again.

My first time ever going and I had a great time

There was a very strong smell of sewage in the building. They clearly have a plumbing problem they need to fix. There were also many broken machines. It sad they dont take advantage of this big nice facility. It is not managed correctly. It could be really great if some simple things are done.

What a great place for the whole family. The food is excellent. Can we say very yummy.... Everyone seemed to be enjoying their selfs.. They have live sports to watch. Will definitely be back. We had lots of fun here.

They denied service to my friend because his ID was 2 days expired and we were going to celebrate his 21st here. The governor even said we cant just walk in and get an updated ID. I would completely understand if he wasnt 21 but how is that a good for business to deny and ruin someones night when they just wanted to have a few drinks to celebrate turning 21. I would love if corporate reached out to me. Because I was able to walk in and buy alcohol with an expired ID so why are they discriminating???

Had a really good time for my childs birthday party. Had a blast playing the games. Food was great and alcoholic beverages were on point.

First time there. It was nice and big, game area was bigger and better than expected, although lots of games were down to social distance. The food was good and the prices are average. I had a chicken alfredo dinner for 13.99.. And u can actually win good prices for the amount of tickets u win unlike, say chuckie cheese lol will go back, on occasion.

Nice place to break up the winter routine. Overall the clerk and waitress were friendly. The food was decent at the restaurant. Need to keep up on cleanliness and the bussing of the tables . I would recommend a weekday as opposed to a Saturday night.

They were every rude especially the manager. It took forever for someone to come serve us we tried to get the managers attention and he kept going. I bought a groupon not to long ago and I tried to use it they told me the don’t do those anymore he claimed they stopped a year ago. When I showed him the groupon and he said that’s not our website I said yes I know he said yes but we been stopped doing those. Very unprofessional and rude.

My son and I drove two hours to get here. We had heard a lot about this place so we decided to check it out and I am so glad we did! What a fun place! They have very video game you could imagine. It was fun and the food was good too. The meal prices were reasonable, much like you would pay at Applebees. Every kid will want to order the glowing slushy drink. Never fear mom and dad, they have drinks for you too with a full bar and a wide variety to choose from.

Came tonight to celebrate my sons birthday and got a couple of the Eat and Play specials which were very good and allowed the kids to play a bunch. (Good value) My daughter also met up with us and ordered a steak which came out rather undercooked. The management got wind of the situation and immediately replaced her meal AND removed it from our bill to make up for the hassle!! Most places would have just got her a new one but D & Bs went over and above! Great time was had by all!! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

This is such a fun place for a date night or even just a family night out with the kids. Weve done both and have had so much fun. The food is good, their sliders are my absolute favorite. They have fun cocktails too. It is a little pricier but we expected that going in.

Ive only been to one other D&B and that was when I was about 13 I think. I really expected there to be more and cooler games but there is surely something for everyone here. Love my Sonic the hedgehog head pillow I got with my points! The food was really really good. Dont think I could have asked for better. The staff were very nice to us as well. Wish they were more upfront on the change in their promos! We had just saw a promotion for the $20 unlimited wing and play deal and we were super excited to check it out since we both had the day off Monday (the deal was for Sunday, Monday Thursday)My dad called to see if it was still going on and it wasnt at the Wyoming, MI location but they responded at the Livonia one that they did still have the combo going. Turns out the eat and play combo was different and not what we were looking for. The game selection was nice though and the beer was still good... wish the deal was still valid though!

I cant access the link in your response so here it is. We went there for a party I reserved and put a deposit on. When we got there we were rudely told there was no table. When I showed the manager the agreement we had he acted like he did me a huge favor by getting me a table for the party that was now waiting for seating. Dont remember an apology or anything other than him looking for a thank you. Thankfully the server was amazing but then the manager decided to settle the rest of my tab (for the game cards) while we were eating. Even though the contract said to settle once the party was over. Once we settled the rest of our food bill at the end of the night I noticed that they tore off the survey part on the receipt. See pic below. I will never again book a party with Dave and Busters again and advise others to do so. This whole thing was extremely stressful, from planning the event with your confusing broucher to dealing with the rude manager at the day of the event. I hope you decided to make planning an event a stress-free process and train your managers to fix the situation properly not rudely. I also filled out a survey that was emailed to me and did not get the coupon that was promised.

We had a great time using a groupon here last week for my sons birthday. I was there with 6 kids and I sat and read at a booth. Every server was fantastic and the pizza pretzel bites are popular among the 13 year old boy crowd! We were there for 6 hours and had 3 servers. I cannot remember the first ones name, but she was great. As were Danielle and Kelsey. Nicely run business, clean bathrooms, great day.

I came here to celebrate my little cousin’s birthday. The food and drinks were decently priced. The arcade games they had were amazing. This is a great place to spend a few hours with friends and family. I will definitely be back!

Love this Dave and Buster’s- we travel from Ontario, Canada frequently to this place and we have never been let down. Friendly staff, great location and ample parking. All of the employees here are helpful and happy to serve the customers. Can’t wait to go back!

Went for a friends daughters birthday party. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our waitress was especially pleasant and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite the large crowd that was there on a Saturday all of the kids had fun and enjoyed themselves. My son wants to have his there now and I am highly considering it.

Called Them 2 days prior To our visit for a birthday party they said there is no reservations it’s first come first serve, we get there with a party of 7 and stood for 4 hours with no service or help then the staff was so rude when we tried to get any clarification. Then we asked about reservations again and was told then we could book a party, so I was lied to and had to end up waiting 4 hours and was never served and was treated so rude we left and went to another establishment. The worst Dave and busters around easily you all need to help your staff understand the reservation process

Came to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday here. Drinks were a little pricey, but the arcade games were very affordable to offset the cost. Our group had members aged between 15 and 64 and there was something for everyone. We all had a blast!

Hosted my sons 8th birthday party here and was very happy! The manager, Doug, did a great job of correcting an issue with a delay in getting our party platters. And our server Chelsea was awesome! She was available to help and offer anyone anything they needed. Food was good and the room for the party was perfect!

Good but little expensive place. If you like to gather information about Birthday parties then you might need to look online because people at the front desk does not have any knowledge of it. They dont know anything and have told me if I need to find about birthday party or any other event I need to come at 10 Oclock in the morning.

The games are fun, but almost all the stuff that you can buy with the tickets you win are for kids. While they set themselves up as an arcade for adults, it doesnt feel that way at all.The food is not great, and not at all worth the price. Had fun with my wife until we were asked to close our check and give up our table in the bar, even though several tables were empty in our area. We would have been completely fine with closing our tab 1. I have visited this location a handful of times with my travels to Livonia, the first visit I complained to the manager bout the mens restroom smellsing like raw sewage, he said theres not much I can do Ive done everything I can do, its up to home office. I visited a week later and the issue with the bathroom still remained. The bar staff is friendly quick knowledgeable the food is well made high-quality hot and fresh. But Im now here a third visit several weeks from my initial visit and the bathroom smell still exists. Please fix the sewage smell in the mens bathroom.

Service is good and place is great. Food quality is below average, actually well below average.I would still go there again, but only for drinks and not food. If you are hungry, you can skip it. I would have only gave them one or two stars but the place is happening.

Had an awesome time tonight. Came to Little Caesars Arena tonight, for a show, from Saginaw! ( about 1 and a half hour drive ) Then drove a half hour after that to Dave & Busters for some fun afterwards. We had a family of 6 and it was packed. For as busy as they were, our service was exceptional! The bar/ restaurant was crowded and they also had a birthday party going on. We quickly grabbed a booth before it was even clean and our server had it cleaned and ready to order in less than a minute. Food was absoulety delicious!! We played for a bit, ordered, played for about 20 mins and food was waiting for us when we returned. I wish i remembered our servers name. She deserves to be praised! Short, blonde and has glasses! The food is not worth the price by any means and felt horrible after eating. Today was my husbands birthday and he wanted to try out dave and busters. It was very crowded, but thats to be expected for a Saturday. For four people with the $20 play and 2 chicken strip orders and 2 basic not really good burgers my bill was $134. Thats about $34 pp it wasnt that bad
