We took the mommy and me class with my 3 year old. Not only is this a good little workout for myself, my son gets the wiggles out as well. The class teaches coordination as well as listening and following instruction skills... which are both needed and much appreciated. Great thing about this is you can do year around at an affordable price. I would recommend checking out Park Elite Sports and the many classes they offer for all ages and both boys and girls!

Great place! The satff is amazing our team loves being at Park Elite

The lack of professionalism is truly remarkable. Proceed with caution!!!
