Wente Winery was the perfect place for the SEAL concert. It was a small and intimate venue for such a classy artist. We didnt pay for the buffet beforehand and got there one hour before it started. There were no bad seats. Seal actually got down into the crowd and got up on the table to perform his last two songs. I ended up two feet away from him with my phone. I got the best footage without being trampled. He even gave out hugsThe drive was easy and beautiful. The parking was ample and even got a ride to the entrance from a staff member driving a golf cart.I would highly recommend Wente Winery if your favorite artist performs there. Best concert ever.
Okay so tickets are a bit pricey but the concert and buffet dinner were amazing. The venue is the best. As with most concerts some audience members over indulge and why would a concert at a winery be any different? Going to a lovely setting, being outdoors, sipping wine and listening to good music is the best !!!
Wow...so beautiful and Im so thankful to have brought my friends with me here, the atmosphere was spectacular, and the service was awesome.I actually went because my girl gave me tickets and trust me it was so special of a night. We had the buffet The food was tasty the chef definitely knows what to cook to entice you.And the desserts. Wow..the peace pie was delicious, not like anything Ive ever tasted before. It melted in my mouth. Theres also a sit down dinner I have no idea what that consists of but it definitely has me intrigued.The music is right outside where we are all seated on tables, of 8 to 10 people, such a fabulous way of meeting with your neighbors lol.Its a comfortable and relaxing ambience where you can have conversations with your guests and also turn the chairs around to watch the entertainment too.Theres a variety of different acts that play there, so you definitely should check their calendars to choose the right show for you.Theres tickets on sale on different apps where you can probably find a deal, and they also have season tickets too.Theres a variety of beverages and wines to choose from but thats just not included in the ticket price.What is included is your ticket and dinner.I definitely would recommend wente vineyard for all occasions romantic or just to get away from it all.Its only in Livermore, and it feels like your traveling to another country.You wont be disappointed and youll be back again once you come to wente vineyard. Youll tell all your friends.
We came to watch The Temptations and The Four Tops...what a beautiful location! The amphitheatre was intimate and the sound was amazing and not a bad seat in the house. The wine was amazing!!!
We saw Randy Houser. Great show. The whole venue was great. Food, staff, fellow patrons, an overall great time. Its just a little pricey.
Food, wine and great concert experience what more could you want. Looking forward to our next visit.
I had so been looking forward to going here for American idol but because of the carr fire we were evacuated I called to tell them we couldnt go because of the fire the lady I talked to ( I wish I would have wrote down her name ) was so sweet and her granddaughter who was also affected by the fire talked to her manager and called me back to say they were refunding my money that was 3 days ago and its already refunded. Even though I have no idea what this place is like I will find a way to go there because they are wonderful people

Dinner in the main restaurant was ok at best.Service was adequate but one would expect better for the price.The entertainment was average.
I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with friends. The waite staff provided friendly and professional service. Treat yourself to a meal at Wentes.

Concert of 7/31/18 - American Idol: We had seats about 7 rows from the stage, on the left side as you face the stage. The bass (sub woofers?) was so loud you couldn’t hear the performers. The music sounded distorted. We used earplugs, as did others around us. It didn’t help. Several people near us got up and left after awhile. The excessively loud bass continued for the entire concert. I don’t know if the sound system is always that loud at Wente concerts, but it was a wasted night for us. The dinner before the concert was fine, but the concert was frustrating.

Love the buffet, so many options for food! Great acoustics in the seating area as well! But bring a light jacket!
A very special place with original 5th generation family owned. Cave for dinner and wine sampling, could not ask for better.
