I came here last Saturday night for my birthday with a group of friends and Emma was amazing! She answered any questions we had and made our experience the best. I will definitely be back, my friends and I enjoyed ourselves!!

Such a great time! We did the pirate room and did it in 48 min. We had a group of 6 all adults aging from 20a to 70. So it was just enough challenge to be fun and not frustrating.Kaliegh( I think thats how you spell it), was amazing! She was very bubbly making it exciting!

As someone who has done over 60 escape rooms I will happily recommend Limitless Escape Games. Featuring rooms with a good sets and lighting, I happily look at this company as being pivotal in helping my fiance and I fall in love with the hobby.

Very challenging, only 4 cuz we didnt solve it haha that was a JOKE IT WAS GREAT 5(FIVE STARS)!! CANT WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN. At least the one person working there could take a joke......

Ive been to several Escape Rooms around the Bay area and the customer service provided by Torri was amazing. After my friend and I finished the Pirates Adventure Room (this is my 5th room with them; Sherlock, Sherlock Halloween, Monster Mash, Bank Hiest) and we were trying to re-book another room for 25% off which is what was advertised on the television in the lobby but she explained to me that they lowered it to 20%. When I asked to speak to the manager-on-duty, he was rude and said they wont honor their mistake on the screen and their hands are tied.

My husband and I did this for a date night. We didn’t really know what we were getting into, but it turned out so fun! We did the bank heist. The puzzles were hard, but engaging. We were really into solving our room for the full hour. Our game master, Allison, was awesome and gave us clues when we needed them. Highly recommend for a fun night out as a couple or with friends.

Very cool experience. I’ve been here twice(did the pirate escape room and the Heist escape room), and both groups had a lot of fun. Puzzles are challenging, and well thought out. Plus, the hints were nice to have whenever we got stumped.The staff are nice, and they make sure you and your friends have a great time. For $35/person, I’d say it’s very much worth it, and I’d go back if the opportunity presented itself.

After doing 50 rooms with my fiance I can say that all three of their rooms (Heist, Pirates, and Sherlock) I can say they are all high quality games that tickle different thinking parts of your brain. This is in addition to their great hours (one of the few places in the Bay Area open on Mondays). Highly recommend

We had a man absolute blast. Never done anything like it. It was exciting, tense, and fun all at once. I loved the ambiance and detail to the room. The lights and sounds really enhanced the experience. We did the Pirate themed one and really enjoyed it. We’re going back to do the Safe Cracker!

Awesome experience. We went with a group of 9, all but 2 of us never having done an escape room before. We did the pirate room in 40 minutes and the entire experience was great. Jon was a fantastic puzzle master for our team

My friend and I did the Pirate escape room at the Livermore location today. The puzzles were clever and true to the room’s theme. Our Game Master, Jon, was the best! He was enthusiastic and provided great clues when we got stuck. Limitless Escape Games is top notch. I can’t wait to come back to do the other rooms!

We have escaped all 3 rooms, they are all fun and challenging in their own way. The puzzles and the scenes a are higher quality/standard than other escape rooms that we have played. We always felt more satisfied when completing the rooms here. Great experience and good times with friends!

Ive never been to an escape room before. Im happy the (work) team picked this! We had a great time and Tracy was an excellent host! We were really close to finishing all the puzzles. 5-10 more minutes and we would have definitely figured it out. ;) If you havent done an escape room, I would definitely recommend it.

We played our first game in Livermore in the Sherlock room. Two adults and three teens were in our group and we had the room to ourselves. The game was fantastic! All of our group had a great time and everyone participated and found something that helped us escape, we needed everybody. Tracey from Limitless Escape was a great host! Friendly, patient, and very helpful. We have already booked another one!

My group went through the Pirate Adventure. It was lots of fun. The puzzles are creative. The staff there is really cool, Sienna was awesome and super cheerful. Bring a group, it is more fun and helps to get puzzles done more quickly.

We chose family time over gifts for Christmas this year. What a great experience! We had everyone from 6 to 76 years old. Such a great way to bond. Now wonder we make a great family/team!

Had a great time here. First time doing an escape room and John was super nice, friendly, helpful, engaging and overall very pleasant as a host! Would definitely recommend this place as a first timer or a veteran. Will come back for the other events for sure!

I love doing escape rooms, and Limitless has some pros and cons.I havent done all their rooms yet, but the main positive observation I have is that they have some innovative puzzles that I have not seen anywhere else.The main negative observation I have is that they utilize fixed objects to modulate difficulty and time. For example, in multiple rooms I have done there they screw down ciphers and keys in order to slow users down, (you have to go from place to place to decode) rather than increasing puzzle complexity.

Lots of fun! Tough, but fun to work through with a group. It was my first time doing one, and Cedar explained everything to us very well. Great fun, will do again!

Cedar and Tracey were super motivational and sweet! Tracey gave us a really good explanation on how to go about unlocking the locks, and Cedar gave us a good analysis of how we did and gave us helpful hints! Really fun experience and great welcoming/sweet staff, would recommend to anyone for a good time

Must go. This place is a blast. I am definitely going to try all of the adventures. Very family-friendly and the staff was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised about how challenging it was. Make sure to drink some Smart water prior to showing up.

Great escape room! Very challenging, but not so hard that it cant be beaten. Our game host, Jennifer, was super friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, in good shape, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Definitely recommend this place! My family had a great time and you will too!

We had a great time. This was my second trip here and we did the Sherlock Holmes room. The puzzles were varied and they all worked smoothly, no technical difficulties. Sienna was our host and she was helpful and very friendly. We escaped with 10 minutes to spare and my family used the extra time to chat and book a future appointment for the last room. Highly recommend!

What a fun experience for the family!! We had younger kids and older kids, younger adults and older adults. Everyone helped solve the puzzles and we escaped with the diamond of destiny !!!! Great place for family and friends to experience an Escape Room. 3 Rooms with 3 different scenarios. Puzzles range from really easy to really puzzling.

Teenagers loved it. And thats saying a lot! Lol

It was a great team experience for the older crowd in a diamond heist! Be prepared to use your brain! The clues were good, the sounds and timer were a good adrenaline rush! The puzzles were really creative and well thought out! Our lead was Kaleigh and she was awesome!

This was my first time playing one of these escape rooms, so I didn’t really know what to expect, and after playing I can honestly say I had a blast!! Kaleigh was our game master and was fantastic at setting the scene (we did the Bank Heist scenario), keeping tabs on our group’s progress (and throwing a breadcrumb once in awhile) and then busting us as the “cops” when we didn’t beat the timer! The puzzles and clues are awesomely well done and flow well with the theme. My whole group had a phenomenal time and we are already making plans to re-group, come back and play the Pirates room. I highly recommend for everyone to give this place a try!! Thanks, Kaleigh!!

Oh my goodness. My team and I had SUCH an awesome time at Limitless Escape today. Stacy and the new employee (youd never know, she was so helpful!) were incredibly hospitable and encouraging. We escaped from the Sherlock Holmes room and used 0 hints. What?!!We loved it and we will be back!!!

Our Girl Scout troop wanted to celebrate their year together by breaking out of an escape room. Limitless escape games in Livermore made planning and organizing this feel effortless. I had called to leave a message to ask about availability and whether or not these games were suitable for the age limit we were looking for. They called me back twice to make sure that I had all of the information I needed to make the reservation. They were very accommodating and very helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. With a group of 14 plus adults we were a little loud and disorganized but the guys at the front were awesome. I know I spoke with at least John and Matt both of whom were patient, attentive and very clear with their communications. This business and their employees are THE example of great customer service. Kudos and thank you. We will be coming back.

We played “Sherlock” and “Bank Heist” game today and a “pirate adventure” last year. All games are legit! The pirate game is the most immersive and tactile, with interesting twist and unusual puzzles, to my opinion.Both game meters, Sienna and John, were very helpful, providing clues at the right time, without delay, explained rules clearly were very polite and friendly. Thanks guys!Heads up, the games are public, so expect to play with strangers unless you come on a slow day/time or book a private game. All games are awesome though!

Really good games, had a LOT of puzzles, so dont waste time trying to be smart, run through the clues as soon as you can.

For Mothers Day, our family completed the Bank Heist Escape challenge at Limitless Escape Games in Livermore. What an awesome experience. Helpful and efficient staff members (especially Sienna!) made this experience a real treat. Challenging in all the right ways, I would 100% recommend The Bank Heist to anyone who wants to have a blast and leave feeling satisfied. We will definitely be back to try another escape.

Ive done over 50 escaperooms in dofferent countries. This os a nice escaperoom game, but there are too many code locks and a few English-speaking puzzles which might be challenging for people like me. Also I really dont like the fact that you cannot book the entire room and some random people might join your team.

Bank Heist was a challenging escape room. Although we retrieved the diamond, we ran out of time to successfully escape. Kailey did a great job as our hostess/clue master/guide!

An excellent birthday present for my 17 year old and a fun mother-daughter bonding activity. Fun, engaging, challenging. The staff are pleasant and helpful and offer nice touches like a group photo at the end and a 20% discount on next escape room (when booked that day). Highly recommended!!

Been here twice now to two different rooms and I’ve done many different escape rooms but I particularly love this place. The rooms are super well detailed and the “puzzles” aren’t just padlocks like in several other escape room places. Definitely a great time and I love that you can book privately if you buy close to an hour before as they take listing down an hour before the play time, so even without actually buying “private” rooms. I only wish they had more rooms! Thank you guys for such a fun time!!!

Sherlock was my group’s first escape room and was SO fun that I’m going back with my husband for date night less than a month later. Went here with 10 people for a Private Pirate Party!Sienna was an awesome host, we had a ton of fun figuring out the puzzles and were able to escape!!!With almost 20 minutes left too and only two clues given.This was the first escape for everyone but one person in our party. Everything about this escape room is awesome, the staff are, the challenge is and dont let the public games put you off, if you go to join a group youre going to be in a team of people who have the same goal as you and youll have a lot of fun getting there! Would give six stars if I could, thoroughly recommended, Ill be going back to try another of the rooms soon!

I have done all three rooms at the Livermore location. The rooms are wonderfully put together, and a super fun experience. The only issue I have is that they have not added new rooms in two years. I would especially like to thank the employee names Cedar. He was wonderful and helped us have a great experience. Thanks Cedar for being so awesome!

We had so much fun here! Kids must be 13 or older if you dont want to pay for a private room ($350?). Average is about $32/person. We did the pirate and bank heist rooms. Sherlock Holmes room is next!

Went in a Saturday with my friends. Havent really done too many of these but the Diamond of Destiny good challenge and had a really chill game master Chris who delt with our shenanigans. Overall great experience.
