My husbands parents inherited this DeGrazia painting from my father in laws mother. Being a treasured piece I wanted to ensure that the framing company I chose to get it framed had a great reputation. Me and the company I work for have been doing business with this store for a long time. Melissa the owner/manager takes a lot of pride in her and her staffs work. The entire staff is so nice and they make you feel right at home. They are extremely helpful with your design and make sure you are happy. They are not the least expensive frame shop in town, but the quality and personal touch make it worth it.

This review a bit overdue...but Jake was awesome in taking the time to lay out old family NAVY photos/prints in a caring way, ensuring that these would be done with care...which they were. Patient/friendly service. Even accommodated the pick-up to have the framed pictures by the door as I had my dog with me on a hot, summer day.

I have brought in several tricky projects to get help with. Both Melissa and Jake (hope that is his name) have treated me as if I am the most important person in the world! Melissa touched up (painted) a botched-up frame from a different store and threw in extras at no cost to me. Jake impressed me with his knowledge and use of color. Every time I was in the store, I felt like I was among friends: strangers sharing ideas in a comfortable setting. I wouldnt take my frame/matboard projects anywhere else!

In April, I approached The Great Frame Up with a corporate job. I needed someone who could produce multiple quality products, work within a tight budget, and deliver on a quick turnaround. They exceeded my expectations in all three areas. They showed me a range of price options, all of which were high quality. They recommended beautiful color, texture and style options. Brought in three pics to be framed. One turned out ok out of all of them. One gallery print was mishandled when the frame was put on backwards. When the frame was put on correctly painting had been damaged resulting in owner buying us a reissue. Second pic had dust specks all over the inside of the glass. Very nonchalant with our satisfaction, not to mention it took almost 4 months to get this fiasco corrected. Took my gallery print elsewhere after receiving reissue.

They helped me out of framing crisis and Ill always go back to them. Its not often you can find a local place like this among a sea of chain stores. Sure the chain may be a few bucks cheaper but you will not get the level of service that you can here. They take the time to pick the right frame and glass and matte that all works together. Framing is an art and they totally get that.
