Curbside greeter observes 6 distance & I saw clerk respectfully requesting a non mask eradicating to wait outside & wear a mask to interact. Customer went to their vehicle, got a mask and continued the transaction with no confrontation escalation. Well done! I got what I needed & promptly.

Needed to get color matches for patching up some damage to my walls and Conor did such a great job. I dropped off two pieces of my wall with the colors I needed and by the end he had to draw arrows where he had tested the new paint. Both the color and sheen were spot on.

They had a bunch of gallons of the primer I needed but didn’t have it in a quart size in stock and weren’t willing to pour it into a quart size. Suggested I drive halfway across Denver to pick some up at a different store, will gallons of it sitting right in front of us on the shelf. Needless to say, customer service.

They are always so helpful and never steer you wrong. Forget the big box stores if you need help with paint or stain. This place is 100% better!

Been doing business with Guirys since 2003, this location needs management intervention. Even though we have 2 larger newly built custom homes near this location we will not tolerate the rudeness of the egotistical staff that really doesnt know their own products. Apparently the female staff here feels that its okay to treat contractors as second class citizens. Our own female staff was takin back by the attitudes on four different occasions. We are not saying dont shop at Guirys, just use another location. Highly recommended South Colorado Blvd or 44th and Federal locations. Staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. They understand contractors while remaining humble.

I went to Guiry’s last night to pick up my usual art supplies which I have been doing my entire life. My families business has worked with you and also given you business for over 30 years. Last night, I shockingly dealt with one of the most upsetting and worst retail experiences ever. Because of the seriousness of my experience yesterday I am asking for someone to please contact me to discuss what happened. My intention is to find a solution for what happened last night without posting a detailed review describing this situation....which can be very damaging to potential customers and can tarnish a business’ reputation. I thought that a place such as Guiry’s would hold a lot higher standards and expectations of their employees and their customer service. I hope to be contacted.

The best independent paint and art supply store around. I worked next door to Guirys right out of high school in the late 80s. Working in the same strip center I would bump into the original owners and watched them pass the torch on to their son Pat in the mid 90s. Ive been going to Guirys for over 30 years now and have only great experiences to share.

Always great help here. Super knowledgeable staff. When they didnt have the right base in stock for the paint I was looking for we talked through options, pros/cons of going with different products, and landed on a solution that allowed me to walk out that day. You dont get this at the big stores paint departments.

Worked with the designer, Maggie. Despite a marginal set of photos on my phone (read: poor photography and inaccurate transfer of color), she delighted me with several color choices (paint) that spoke to my soul. She was open to my thoughts, yet expertly guided me around a couple of pitfalls that I was creating for my living space. This is the 3rd set of recommendations from a Guirys designer; I keep coming back because they are fantastic at taking a treasured furnishing (rug, wall hanging, chair) and creating a room of beautiful colors to compliment it.

This is my paint store right here, I wont go anywhere else. Knowledgeable staff and quick. Never have I ever wanted long here for a gallon of paint. Also, I can pick up some art supplies when I need to. Paints, brushes, paper, canvas, you name it. Great store.

This place is a paradise for artists. Great selection and great prices. They also have Daniel Smith watercolors which I have been having a hard time finding a place where I could physically see the colors. They have tons of other brands too!

I love Guirys. I think theyre a good family company and they seem to hire people who really have an interest in art/design and know their products pretty well. Everyone who has ever helped me there has been great and seemed happy to help. Ive been doing a few projects with a really cool Metal Effects paint that has real metal particles and you apply an oxidizing solution to rust it. They carry a lot of unique paints and finishes like that that are harder to find elsewhere. Im not into wallpaper but they also have the biggest wallpaper selection I think Ive ever seen in one place. This store is much smaller than the Highlands Ranch one but still carries a great variety.

After moving into our home almost 6 years ago, we have painted almost every single room or had it professionally painted. ALL of my paint and supplies were purchased at Guirys Littleton - customer service has always been impeccable and they are extremely knowledgable. I never buy paint or paint supplies anywhere else because I know I am buying quality, shopping local and will always be treated exceptionally well.

I had the worst experience with Guirys. We bought a new home and wanted to install shades through out the house. We started with the main floor thinking we would eventually complete the whole house. The sales person was on top of things when she was selling me the shades. However, once we placed the order I had to chase her down to obtain information on the status of my order. we had one room that never was completed. The shades for one window were torn and they sent the wrong brackets for another window. No problem they were going to reorder them and send a new set. Weeks later the replacement shades come in and they are the wrong size and they sent the wrong brackets again. I ordered the shades at the end of May and by this time its mid July. We spoke to the owner and he basically tells us that they arent the problem its the shade manufacturer. They seem to forget that they are the front men, and despite who messed the order up, they are the responsible party. They basically werent willing to expedite the order or assist us in getting some sort of discount for the numerous errors and the extreme lag time. Most organizations I deal with ensure customers receive superior customer service and are satisfied. This company was more concerned about the fact they were out of money.

Ive never had a good experience at this store. Ive avoided it for years after a bad experience. But I decided to give it another chance tonight since its closer than the county line store. My wife and I finally left vs begging someone to help us with wallpaper. I wish it was different.
