Maybe this is more of a coach issue, but one son has not played any games yet due to weather and absent coach for two weekends. My other son and I are sitting here still waiting for someone to tell us where his game is supposed to be held and what time, as the schedule says TBA on the sheet. No answer from my email yet. We had pretty good experiences in years past, but this one has been awful, with chronic disorganization.

I have been trying to receive a credit of $50 for an unused uniform that I returned over a month ago. I left numerous messages for their Director, Michelle. She is always on a conference call when I call which sounds like an excuse to not talk to me for the due credit. I sent her emails with no response. Now I am calling their phone number and it seems to have been disconnected. This year was the first year that I have ever signed my daughter up to play for United and it didnt work out! I signed her up prior to the deadline and of course had to pay at time of registration. A month or so went by and I didnt hear anything from the coach regarding their schedule. I had to call another mom to find out if she heard anything and she informed me that they started practice two weeks prior. The coach knew that he had one extra uniform but never looked at his roster to give me a call with pertinent information about the team schedule. Very poorly managed and that is why we canceled and now I cannot get anyone to call me back for a uniform credit. This has been the worst service I have EVER received! I would not recommend this company at all! The only reason I gave one star is because I could not post a comment without one.

2018 year: first of all, we didnt know what team we were on until the week before games. The lady I spoke to said its a little over a week until the first game and seemed completely flabbergasted that I was upset we didnt have a practice schedule yet. Secondly, our coach was THE WORST EVER. I contacted her expecting to have specific times and places for when and where practice and games took place and it took a solid 2 weeks into the season before I got a straightforward answer. The coach was grossly unqualified and we have had more games now than weve had practices. This is week 6 and we have had 3 practices and 5 games. Thirdly, we showed up for 2 games (our team was all girls) playing all boys, even though we were told there would not be any teams that were of only one sex. Both the boy teams weve played so far have gotten up in the girls faces and screamed at them after they got goals. The last coach had the cahones to sit out 4/7 of his players for this behavior for a period. Fourthly, the schedule that was given out has that the first team listed on the excel sheet is the home team and is to wear the white jersey. Problem is, we have grey shirts and blue shirts. So every game we show up to, one team has to pick right then what shirts they are to wear. Fifthly, the fields didnt even have the same feild number for the first 2 weeks making it an insane time finding out which field to practice on and which one was having games on it. This has been a terrible experience that can be blamed significantly on the soccer united organization in little rock, and partially to poor training of coaches.

Updating my review because United stepped up and addressed all concerns. So did the coaches. They were all very kind. Thank you United! I would delete the bad review but can’t figure out how to, so this is my follow up!
