Amazing! Ice Skating and Roller Skating under the same roof! Super clean! Very nice place to bring the family and friends. Birthday Party ready too! Concession stand is great. We got 3 pizzas and they were all excellent. We spent 6 hours here today with 11 people. Mask wasnt enforced either, which made it more comfortable. Two BIG thumbs up! Go check it out!

Absolutely wonderful time here. A little crowded, but still a ton of fun. One flat fee gets you rentals and access to ice skating, roller blading, and roller skating.

We love this place. My kids are thrilled to come there. They offer cheap snacks that is loved by school kids. The ice is great.

Its nice to have a skate and ice place nearby. They are friendly people and the prices are okay for open skate. But they are not very organized or very efficient. If they could update their webpage and scheduling and be better at communication Id give them a higher rating.

Great place to skate and good atmosphere. The reason for 3 stars is because of a few reasonsOne they do not offer military discount, not a big deal but it is $13 a person.Two they still charge 13 even when i brought both my own skates and ice skates.

Great place to go out with some friends and Rollerskate/Blade or Ice Skate and if you pay for the rental skates and admission, then you can switch between both rinks however often you want!

Great price but they need new ice skates and roller skates. They all have no padding left in them so you leave with blisters and hurt ankles.

The manager, host, and lady at concession stand all helped in making my sons 12th Birthday special. Great place for parties. Right now half off party packages through September... Kids are skating from 2-10. Cant beat that! Burn some of your kids energy and come check it out!

Brought my daughter and her friend to ice skate (For the first time) and was told because of Covid-19 I’d have to pay to stay and watch them skate.. we were the only paying customers in the building. Was not on Web site that I’d have to pay as much as a Skater. Young girl behind the cash register said she’d watch them.. they’d be safe.. pretty sure owner wouldn’t want that responsibility.

Usually a great place to skate, but with the current Covid-19 mask mandate in our state, its sad to see that theyre not enforcing it with employees or customers. We have been a couple of times since the mandate started and half of the staff wears masks, and nearly none of the guests do (and are closer than 12 ft to each other). Sent an email with this as a feedback concern to the company and never heard back. I hope they start enforcing the mandate for the safety of others.

The Bathrooms were clean, the skate floor was nice.. But NOT somewhere to host a party at the staff-host for the party I just attend was rude and I had to HELP the Mother of the bday girl clear the table of the plates so We could open presents!

Prefect price for ice skating and roller skating. Needs a little updating and needs a good cleaning to get the old building smell out of the place. I would definitely be back for ice skating.

This is two separates rinks. They have a skating rink and an ice rink. It was great family fun. The staff was helpful during the birthday party we attended.

Ive been here a couple of times. Its pretty neat it has the roller rink and the ice skate rink. Great for parties and gatherings. Parking is kind crazy and it usually has a line coming out the door. Its in a decent part of west little Rock. People love coming here.

Good times. Really enjoyed our visit and will return. I do wonder why, with the money they make why they have never redone the floor. ... but its fun.

The ice skating part was really nice. the skating part was less fun due to the crowd and uncomfortable shoes. the people skating were a bit disrespectful and would cut you off. much nicer while ice skating.

Came to a birthday party today. Not only did we have to remind them of the time of the party but had to remind them of everything that was supposed to be included in the price of the party. Didnt get pizza or decorations til halfway thru the party. Never even received the ice cream that was supposed to be included either. When complained the manager said they couldnt really do anything and asked if she had fun?? Like you mean the fun we had to remind you she needed to have??? Not impressed.

Nice rink. Has roller guard for begging skaters. Kinda wish they had taller ones for older people who never mastered the art of skating.

My friend skating with me was given a pair of skates with both tongues torn badly. It was her first time skating and didn’t realize just how badly they were broken. She fell once and severely hurt her ankle and was taken to the hospital. She should never have been given the skates in the first place. An employee had mentioned something about signing a waiver, but no waiver was ever given. Although ice skating involves risk and injuries do happen, this all could have been avoided if the Arkansas Skatium had kept their skates in good condition.

Cool classic skating complex. Roller skating on one side, with traditional or inline skates, and ice skating and refreshments on the other side! Daughter has been to several birthday parties here, and everybody always had a great time. They even have little training walkers for new skaters, which was really neat.

We did a birthday party here. They provide everything but the cake for a select number of children/skaters. You can skate on either side in the ice or roller rink. The kids had a blast, overall experience was good. The lady who does the parties was awesome. It was a little chaotic at closing time but overall we had a blast.

Great place to jb skate. Lots of experienced skaters skate here. Never have to worry about someone hitting you. Very safe place to freestyle. Very good DJ. The music is very good here. They have a very nice sound system

The people where very nice, I mostly Ice Skated bit when I went for a second time one of the professional Ice Skaters taught me how to Ice Stake better and too do a trick. If you need help, just ask they will help you. I will be going in the future!

We had a great time, I loved seeing the different age groups out last night even though it was a Saturday night it was still family friendly.

My boyfriend and I went for our 1 year anniversary. Well, its been over a decade since I skated. Tried both the ice and the roller but I was in way too much pain. We were only there for about 30 mins but was still able to get a full refund since we didnt really skate. Staff was very nice and understanding. The place was also really clean and if I could skate, Id go back here for sure! The prices are also extremely reasonable for both skate rinks and skate rentals. Definitely recommend!

We came in on Monday at 2.00pm no one was in the office and we called them three times they didn’t answer the third time we called and told them that we are here to skate and she directed us to her office and told us that they are closed they wasted our time for nothing wouldn’t recommend plus they said they were open so I really don’t understand why they were closed and the doors were open. Wouldn’t recommend!

We had a great afternoon here. While the building was older it was very clean and has plenty of space. The snack bar was really reasonable on traditional skating food-pizza, hot dogs, funnel cakes and cotton candy. Staff was very busy but friendly.

First Time coming here on a Saturday night and it was really fun. A lot of teens and mid 20s adults. The ice skating rink was my favorite and was not as crowded as the regular skating area.

I want to come here more often! This is the closest place to ice skate for me and great!

My daughter had a party. Worst customer service from hostess! However the young djs other skaters were fun. The kids were entertained. And the pizza was good. My suggestion just skating good...party no!

In town visiting my Airman with my family, some of us avid skaters and other new to skating, looking for a fun family experience. All was good with the exception of the staff who did little customer service at all. They spent most of their time on their phones and were annoyed when I asked for a skate aid for my seven year old. I paid four dollars for one hat was too short for her to use because they didn’t have any other larger ones. There were only about a Dozen people at the rink. We stayed for about an hour (roller skating only). Good experience except for the young staff that did very little at all.

Yes, the place is a little run down, and the roller rink has as many smells as the downtowns of many cities. That said, I want to congratulate the ice rink and ice skating education units, which are really special.

They need some fixing up (rough spots in floor, ceiling isnt holding up and when it was raining the roof was leaking, skate wheels need to be cleaned). I also question the decision to play I Got Five on It on family night. Nothing against the song, but a song about smoking up and drinking is an odd choice for a rink full of families and kids.

So today on this good Thursday( March 21) we held a Fundraiser for our 2020 class which would let the first 250 attend the skate rink. They did not allow but maybe 100-150 people to come in. When i tried to see what the problem was because my brother was still outside they owner and the racist police officer turned their backs to me. So i took off my skates and got ready to ask some questions and guess what the nurse from our school ( who is never there ) got loud with me. The point is dont go to them!!!!!!

Although my kids enjoyed skating. It was dirty, and over crowed. This was our first time going. We will definitely try again. But there needs to be better supervision. As well as cleanliness.

I grew up roller skating at a place like this in New Jersey. The Skatium, for all the fun my kids have, just feels dated and run-down. You have the feeling it could be so much more if a little time/effort/money was put into it. The skating rink floor needs a good sanding; some areas will give you a bumpy ride. Weve been here a few times for parties and open skating, and the kids always want to come back.

Its a great place to skate when theres barely anyone there, the rest of the time its just a ton of kids going the opposite way, and when its full theres barely any room to skate. Also, add some kind of security, someone went through my bag and stole $40, honestly Im disappointed.

I paid over $200 for a birthday party. Our table time was 1:30-2:15. We checked in upon arrival at about 1:10. By 1:45, we still were not greeted by our party host. I inquired at the counter and was told that they were working on it. They brought the pizza/drinks out at about 2:00. One of my guests ordered an additional pizza, which they did not charge him for.The party says it includes ice cream...there was no ice cream.To top it off, after we were finally served 30-45 minutes late, we were told that we had to hurry and finish because it was almost 2:15 and they needed our table for another party. All said and done, I paid over $200 for a 15 minute party.The party hostess who spent a whopping 5 minutes with us, gave me three free admission passes to try to compensate. I left them there (gave them to other kids), as we will NOT EVER go back there.I sent an e-mail to the management after the party on Saturday. Its now Tuesday afternoon, and they have not bothered to respond. I told them that I would give them an opportunity to respond before sharing my experience. The window of opportunity is now closed.

The ice skates hurt my feet sooo bad. But other than that it was fun. The music needs work too.

The place is ugly, dirty, bathrooms are very very dirty, the ceiling is awful and broken and lots of microfibers are flying around causing allergy. They were used to sell $90 membership on Arkansas Daily Deal and then tell you that their own membership is $180 but it covers more lessons . However it is a lie as there is no difference between the memberships and both 90 and 180 is the same. so be aware if you want to put your health at risk and go to this nasty dirty place do buy the membership from other websites and not directly through them.The managers are very rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. They come and call you too many times to come off the ice rink to check your membership and they do not let you enjoy skating. They pretend that you have not paid although they have charged you and they know it for sure. Ice skating/skating is a fun sport but this place and theses managers make it disgusting.

Wow, took kids here for the first time. This is something that you will enjoy, kids love it and gets them moving and off electronics. Best place ever!!
