Catered a small gathering for the college football game at Midtown Billiards and had a great time! Looking forward to more local events and meeting more people.

If you like live jazz/blues/rock and a good midnight burger this is your place. It’s one of the few places that stays open until 5am. This place is always packed with a large variety of people so if you are like me you might meet a new friend or 2.

Good food, great bartender! Late night, I hate going to fast food and its hard to get a beer after 1:00 in the state of Arkansas. So... I decided to take a trip down to Midtown Billiards. I was debating on whether Id order anything to eat while I was there but then the same guy serving drinks, washes his hands (yes, I pay attention to detail) and starts grilling burgers! Then he seasoned them 2, maybe three times. Once you smell the seasoning, you have to order one, whether you want one or not lol. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my burger, it wasnt over-seasoned, the crispiness of the bacon was perfect, especially being crispy but not burnt. I hate that they dont serve fries there but the bag of chips is enough, I suppose lol. Midtown is officially on my list of best burgers in Little Rock, along with The Root (South Main St) and Pull Up At Big Daves (East Roosevelt Rd.)

I had an amazing time! Met some of the coolest people Ive ever had The pleasure of crossing paths with The Buh Jones Band was on point with every song and rocked the house, especially the hot bass playing co-front man, Danny Rains. At Midtown that night, everything and everyone there was top notch for the setting to be perfect as a grand finale to a night of entertainment in little rock!

Really small inside and only 2 really worn out pool tables, which was disappointing considering their name has the word billiards in it. There is writing and graffiti art on every wall and it looked like a grunge/punk rocker hole in the wall bar. The burger was awesome though I will give them that

The band Fan Star was amazing! Staff worked tirelessly all night to 5am! Awe food! Safety is vital & very inforced inside with staff, even had a volunteer (a regular/concerned gentleman help out tons of people! Rider was his name.

We went here for a crazy night on the town after wandering around the area. We played pool, drank cheap beer, ate a greasy burger and watched someone get arrested across the street in the store parking lot. All in all a wild night. Go here if you are looking for a dive bar with personality.

Its a very friendly place. My only complaint is its not wheelchair accessible, atleast the bathrooms are. The security does help me get in so really no complaint. But I do recommend the BURGERS and live bands on the weekend.

Dont get me wrong, I love this place. Good burger and youll meet some interesting people. However, this particular visit my burger was medium and I asked for well and the lady thats always working at night is rude af! Like she needs a new attitude. Fix those two and were good.

This dive bar is so much fun! It was terrible when it burned a year or so ago. So glad that they fixed it back up in all its divey glory. Just go and have fun. Zero expectations of coming out of there not smelling like smoke, but that is NOT THE POINT. Get drunk. Have a burger. Dont complain so much.

My favorite late-night venue of all time! Ive played there twice and Midtown Billiards has the best crowd for bands to play music to... whenever I get done playing, I get to eat THE best burger in central Arkansas. Cant recommend Midtown Billiards enough!

Burgers are the best

I have been a patron of this establishment for many many years always a good atmosphere great food and good times. Not to mention they have some of the best air conditioning in central Arkansas because my company installed it and I service it. Want to take your significant other out or just friends for a good time and play some pool look no further this is where you need to go.

The place is just amazing

A TRUE dive bar. Burgers arent bad and theyre a great late night meal after youve been out all night. This place is open later than most. Its a very popular after hours spot.

Its a super divey dive, and thats awesome. I had a burger, and it was surprisingly good.

Great dive. The community is wonderful, the bar tenders are usually pretty on point, the cook is amazing and so is the food. Jump right in and make yourself comfortable, dont disrespect anyone and enjoy playing pool, eating the gut bomb burgers, and having a great time with friends.

If you want to play pool, they have tables. Attentive staff, and sometimes live music. Open late and I always had a blast there.

Slowest service ever. You would literally sober up standing in line for another drink. Not to mention the cook was falling asleep by the grill.

Awesome place! Great burgers. I tried a Gut Bomb. It initially didnt sound good with the Spam - but the cheese cuts some of the salty taste, so it was really good.

Its a bar, what do you want? Go weekly for trivia, the food is great here and the bartenders are very capable. If youre smoke-averse, might want to skip it though. Not necessarily their fault, theyre a smoky bar and that is what it is.

Best late night burger in the galaxy. An absolutely amazing melting pot of the local late night crowd. Just watch your step not everyone is friendly and there has been trouble from people getting in the business of others. Rediculous cover charge. -1 star

I hated every second of it there. The bartender was so rude from as soon we walked in the door. Upset shaking her head cause we didn’t want to leave an open tab with our card cause we paid with card to get in. Then she gets rude with my friend not wanting to help her read the small menu on the wall. Plus it’s dark in there. Then I tell her that I want a turkey sandwich with everything on it. Then I tell her what my friend wants on her cheeseburger and she ask me what all do she want on there. I told her put it all on the side. Cause that’s how she wanted it. She gets upset and rolls her eyes. Talks over me and ask my friend “ What all do you like?” I’m like ma’am I just told you everything on the side. She get all hostile raising her voice at me, and I had words too. But, mainly she’s lazy and isn’t there to service us as guest there. You’ll lose a lot of customers like that. I’ll never come back there ever again.

Got charged $14 cover charge for 2 people to get in... stood with our group of 4 people at the bar for 15 minutes and the bar tender refused to even look at us, then had to wait another 10 min to get his attention to get our friends debit card back so we could leave. I would have understood if the place was crammed and tons of ppl there but there were about 6 people sitting at the bar besides us and theyd already been serviced. Sucks to suck because we were about to spend a lot of money at this place.

Most places in Little Rock have 2AM licences. Middletown is your best bet for after 2AM shenanigans. Their burgers are fantastic and just about the only good burgers available at that time of morning. They have pool, but its usually pretty crowded in there. Be first to the door if you want to play and watch out for bystanders.

I went here after everything downtown closed at 2. It was ridiculously loud and smoky. It had the highest cover Id paid all night and there was no space to move. It wasnt bad but they bank on the fact that theres only a handful of places open past 2 I probably wont go back but Im not mad at them for knowing how to make their money

Visited here during a night of bar hopping for a friends bachelor party and was utterly disappointed. First there was a $12 cover fee which is a bit high considering the place was dead on a Saturday night. To make matters worse they tried to take advantage of the fact we were already a few drinks in and not give us the correct change back.

Plenty of tables and novices are welcome! This place is great.

The burgers were why I visited this place and I was not disappointed. Not a very good beer selection and only a few pool tables. I didnt get a pool hall vibe inside, but I wasnt there to play pool anyways. My complaints are the wait for drinks and an individual who didnt understand the concept of personal space. Otherwise I had a good time.

Always enjoyed the environment and drinks. But, having to deal with being looked directly in the face, ignored and the unmelinated gentleman next to me receiving 2 rounds and not I, has a allowed me to see that 10 years of MEMBERSHIP and RENEWAL AFTER THIS FIRE MEANS NOTHING TO MANAGER NOLA AKA TOO MANY DRUGS AT ONCE.

After waiting an hour for food, only had a sliver of beef on half of my burger. My fiance went to tell the bartender (salty bearded guy) about it and he threatened to ban him from the establishment. When i went to state the case again i was asked if i had actually weighed the burger and it was a half pound of beef. Which it was not. No resolution was made besides grabbing my shoulders and shaking me. Did get a free beer so...

Cook didnt wash his hands, but the burgers are still quite delicious. Barkeep is cool as a cucumber.Hes cooking in the dark! How does he know if it is done?! Magic.
