Road needs to be fixed badly, and poor maintenance. The trailers are worn out and falling apart. The whole trailer park is infested in parvo because people let their cats run around to piss everywhere cuz my dog got parvo and almost died.

Alotta families and can be calm but also neglected. Some of the roads have pot holes, others have giant puddles. The residents often leave trash outside the dumpster. Theres also a lot of loose dogs

Its in a handy place & u can rent to own so ur not throwing your money away

Large, but quiet community. Good place to raise a family. Afforable. And you can own your own trailer as an option.
