Due to COVID, our original venue in Northwest Arkansas went out of business so we decided to have the wedding at our home. CAE was recommended to us by another vendor so we called Joe and team and let them know about our ideas to have a wedding around the pool, except we needed to be able to construct an aisle for the bride to walk over the width of the pool and provide an elevated stage for the bride and groom to get married on because of the lack of space.Joe and Team did a fabulous job building the staging, bridge and providing lighting for the event. His team was on time, professional and actually cared about what shape our property was in when they left. I cant say enough about how good they were and how happy my daughter was with the overall appearance of the wedding.Way to go CAE! We cant thank you enough!

Joe Snell and team did a fantastic job building a bridge across my pool...WHAT! Not only that, but the lighting was awesome as well. They were very professional. They came in and tore down the stage during my daughters wedding reception and we never heard or saw them. Joe is so easy to work with.

As a venue owner and wedding planner; 6 years of producing weddings together, and they knock it out of the park every time. They always provide the most amazing experience for my clients and their guests. I highly recommend them for any DJ, lighting, draping, or other event production needs!

CAE did an outstanding job with our daughters wedding. I know there are some great independent DJs out there. However, the peace of mind knowing CAE had back ups if something happened the day of was great reassurance that the day would go off without a hitch. Great job guys! It was a special day for sure!

Central Arkansas Entertainment did a wonderful job for my wedding. I would recommend them for anything entertainment. I had drape work, uplighting even had cold sparklers!! 5/5 Most Definitely.

Once I figured out I had the wrong email for the owner and was able to get in touch with him planning was a breeze. We had a dj/mc and a photo booth through CAE at our wedding. Currently still waiting to get my copy of the photo booth pictures, but it was definitely a lot of fun and added a little something extra to our reception, that was even more fun for our guests to enjoy during the typical reception waiting times. The mc we had was wonderful and did a great job. Only thing I struggled with was figuring out how the planning website worked but once I figured it out (technology is hard sometimes) it was really simple. I even left a comment on my online notes that was like “just don’t be annoying but also don’t be boring and get a feel for how the crowd is responding” and he did that. He even called me a few days before and told me he saw that comment and would try his best and to me it definitely seemed like he excelled at it. Now I’m just ready to see the pictures from the photo booth!

I supposedly won a DJ package at a bridal show from them. They never called me and after I tried to reach out through various methods numerous times, and they never contacted me. Very disappointing and dishonest!!

Won a package that got a free DJ, paid for an extra hour, DJ started before being asked and left 2 hours early and company refused to email me back until I called, emailed me to say I cannot get my money back even though I paid just to have an extra hour. Very displeased with the customer service and got a lot of complaints about the DJ’s choice of music. I hate to leave a bad review, but I am very unhappy.... just don’t want anyone else to have to go through this.

I’ve used Central Arkansas Entertainment for several events. Their customer service is amazing & dj/emcee Services are extraordinary. Joe eats, sleeps, and breathes production, and it shows Thru his work. I have used several of his services; draping, special lighting, disc jockey, suspended cake table, led dancefloor, chandeliers, custom letters, photo booth...you name it, this company has it! Quality service, innovative ideas & concepts, great team, definitely worth the price! Thanks Joe for always taking care of me!

CAE just did our music for the wedding and wedding reception on Oct. 20th at Goodwin Manor and it was awesome! We had a great time and the music was perfect! Dun Beeno was so much fun and made our reception even better!! He coordinated with the Maid of Honor (Brides sister) for her toast which was a rap! Thank you CAE for making our wedding an event to remember!

Very easy to work with, arrived on-time, listened to our vision for the sound/music of our day. Overall, a solid team and DJ that I would recommend without hesitation. Spent $730 for lapel and handheld microphones for the ceremony, sound equipment, and DJ/MC for the reception and ceremony.

We tried to contact central Arkansas entertainment since Sunday. When I finally got ahold of joe on Tuesday he stated he was sure they had a photo booth open for our date but would double check and call me back. We waited the rest of the day, plus all of Wednesday, and all of Thursday. My fiancé called Wednesday to inquire, no answer & no call back. Today (Thursday) I text him since that’s obviosuly the only way we will ever reach him, and he said there were no more photo booths available, sorry. What an inconsiderate statement, and what an insencere apology. True customer services is not done through a text message and true customer service means doing what you say you will do. If we would have gotten a call back the next day my fiancé and I could have moved on and not wasted our time. Also, if you can’t handle the calls and duties, hire help, it’s not nice to keep people waiting.

The lights were pretty and the DJ was on time. Unfortunately he did not show up with the set up we paid for. Then he offered us a refund lower than what we asked, and we still havent gotten it. Also we asked for coordination and communication which we didnt get. I could have paid a thousand dollars less for that quality.

Ive been following Mr. Joe for a while! Call him! Hell take care of you! And the party will be great!
