Great place to work when we have it. We need help from the government to hold it together until business picks back up. The Motor Coach Industry is in danger of going under without help like the Airlines are getting. We fill in the gaps for moving our military personnel, rail routes not covered by rail, & help FEMA when hurricanes arrive. Whats going to happen without us.

My trip to San Antonio was fabulous! Cindy, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, out going personality, sweet and very involved with everyone! Our driver, Keith was the same and a wonderful driver. Love them both! I have definitely found my way to travel!

This place is a joke! Lets be real honest here, these buses have roaches and mice feces on them, drivers are rude when not tipped and most of these reviews are fake and coming from employees making it seem like its a great company to tour with when you have drivers who are caught driving under the influence, speeding around with children and families causing wrecks, and breaking down on the roads states away, with no back up plan, I wouldnt say its a great company to tour with

Ms. Tonya took our juniors and seniors to Washington DC for a week. We all love Ms. Tonya and will definitely ask for her on our next trip!!!!

The buses that they have are very comfortable. There are small t.v.s that are connected to each other. They are good for when you want to watch a movie on the road with a large group.

The tour bus we took to Destin Florida, this year in June was a awesome drive our tour driver was so nice and so professional. Our tour driver name is Delvante Robbins. While in Destin Florida, he took us where we wanted to go. He even took us to Paula Dean’s restaurant And not only did Delvante take our group places, he had patience with our group. The next time anyone want to go on a tour group get Delvante Robbins. He’s the best ever. Thanks Delvante you rock

This was my first trip to the Southwest Classic with Little Rock Tours. But I had gone to the Liberty Bowl with them in January, and it was very enjoyable for both trips. We traveled with a large group of 30 people from Hot Springs and it was so much fun. This is the only way to travel because you dont have to worry about anything. Cary took excellent care of everything! He gave us a variety of choices for our sightseeing and was always concerned with getting feedback. I was also very impressed with our bus driver because of the busy traffic and tight spots that he navigated. I plan to book other trips in the future!

We just returned from our second trip to the Southwest Classic with a group of about 30 people from Hot Springs. Took the same trip to the 2016 SW Classic in Dallas as the two one-star reviews below. We had a great time (6 adults) and yes, there was trouble with the bus but it was taken care of promptly. We enjoyed the hotel location because we were only 4 miles from the Ft Worth Stockyards which is a fun place to be on a Friday night. This was our 2nd trip with LR tours to the SW Classic. Thanks for a great weekend.

We enjoyed our visit in Fort Worth, all of the eating places and being able to wander around and look in the shops. Also enjoyed watching the longhorns walking down the street and then the gun fight later.Diane and I had a minor problem that Cary helped us with and it was greatly appreciated. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to our bus driver, I dont know how he put up with us, but he always had a smile on his face.Looking forward to next year!-Jon Howell

My first trip with Little Rock Tours was to the Razorback - Texas A&M game at The AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. I couldnt have been more pleased! Cary was always accomodating and our driver was conscientious. Everything was as promised and we couldnt have asked for more! Thanks for a FUN trip!!

I have taken three trips to ballgames in Texas. LR Tours is first class all the way. I was able to enjoy the trip and game without having to make any travel arrangements. LR TOURS does it all for you. Your only worry is to make sure to get on the bus! Very professional driver and staff. I cannot wait to see where the Hogs Bowl game is, but rest assured LR TOURS will get you there! I just want to thank Cary and Gina and the whole staff at LR TOURS for this great service!

This was the WORST ride ever! We had to turn around and get another bus because the first bus engine light kept coming on. The second bus, we got down the road and realized the air was not working properly but we went on . It was extremely HOT and I am very COLD natured so that should tell you how hot it was!!! My group and I went on a trip and the bus driver kept running off the side of the road onto the shoulder that makes that noise to let you know your off the road. He did it like 20 times! Then he took us back roads and the RAGGEDY BUS was shaking and rattling the whole time. On the way back the driver kept running off the road AGAIN and he told us he was tired!!!! WHAT???? I couldnt rest or sleep the whole trip for fear of an accident!!! my whole body was sore!!! I am ver disappointed in Little Rock Tours!!!

This was my first time with them.....they did not disappoint me at all....they went over and beyond to give us a great experience. Will use them again.

Awful. Just awful. First bus broke down after the first day out of town, so we had to get taxis to the hotel. Second bus we got for the ride back had broken seats, the bus was either ridiculously hot or cold, depending on the driver. The bathroom had no toiletries and no way of cleaning our hands. The drivers weren’t bad, but each driver exchange took an hour, minimum. Pretty poor experience.

Loved the recent trip to southwest classic with this company. Professional staff and most entertaining staff from the driver to tour guide. Will travel again with them soon.

Overall had a good experience on Southwest Classic Trip. A maintenance issue with bus caused some delays, but the itinerary was adjusted for the delay. Cindy maintained a pleasant attitude through all the delays. A good Hotel but in bad location. Overall I was very pleased with the trip. I look forward to riding with them again in the future.

This tour company by far has exceeded my expectations in all areas of my packaged vacation! I was blown away at the service. My husband and I took a tour to the last two Bowl games following the Razorbacks! The first trip was outstanding! We were taking to our hotel and upon arrival, the guide went in and right back out with a hand full of envelopes. Each envelope had names on of each guest. As fast as she left, she was back on the bus calling out our names. Exiting the bus with our room keys, the driver helps us with our bags and we are headed to our room!! Unbelievable! Before retiring to our rooms, our fabulous tour guides informs us that they will be shuttling us to Beall street to enjoy the festivities and if would like to partake in the celebration, the bus would be departing in 30-40 min. It was great! We went to our rooms and got ready for a night on the town!! When we got downtown, the driver said he would be returning to our hotel at said time, or we could stay longer and catch a taxi/uber. Talk about showing us a good time. Out of all my planned vacations, this was worth more than I could pay for!The next day, the bus departed in time for us all to tailgate with the crowds! We had our game tickets in hand and had a no stress, no worries, time of our lives! They totally take the headache out of your vacation and allow you to sit back and do nothing!! I have been on two tours now and have already planned for the third! There is no other way to travel!

We were given to ride on a bus with no WiFi, no 110 outlets, no DVD nothing worked on this bus. We are very disappointed in the services of the bus company. The only thing good was the driver Charley Guines. Never again.
