I love Adam & Eve. But this location has a very rude girl who really made this experience unpleasant. Today is November 20th.First I called to ask for availability, she was very rude and pushy. She had zero patience and treated me like I was a nuisance. Not much help.I arrived at the store, and the rudeness continued. (Assuming it was the same girl, a heavyset white girl.) First she didn’t even ask if I had an account. Then she seemed VERY upset that I wanted to use my rewards. (This was unsuccessful, by the way.) Zero help, again.Most of the lubricants here are the smallest size available, and they have very limited selection of Fleshlights.

The selection is nice, mostly lingerie but a good stock. The staff are fantastic, they can answer any question you have and even make recommendations. But the store is kind of gross. I saw several dead cockroaches on the shelves and a live one run behind a shelf. Im not sure Id want to put something inside myself or anyone else knowing a roach has crawled on it.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly, the ladies are always nice, and always ask if we need any help, even though they are busy, great selection, and we buy more toys here than anywhere, great experience and cant wait to go back, we will be back soon.

The store is organized and easy to find the products. They have a lot of selection. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go back and shop again.

Spent quite a lot of money at this store, as we normally do every time we go there. Due to unfortunate circumstances, they have lost our service. While they were nice in the store, plz know that if you call them they are rude and unprofessional! I will gladly pay the higher prices at Cupid’s from now on!

The lady at the counter (I think her name was Naomi) was grossly rude and condescending to me, making snide and rude comments about what I was buying. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so humiliated in my life, in front of other customers! It took every ounce of courage I had to step foot in that store and then to be treated like that? Why?

I love this store savannah and Naomi are the best workers they make me feel very comfortable they need a raise explained things I will I definitely come back soon .

I wouldnt even consider walking into this location again. Three employees behind a small counter silently staring at customers? Not a single greeting? At least say somethingif youre going to make eye contact. Why make people feel awkward and watched? They need training in customer service AND basic human etiquette. Save yourself the trouble and shop online.

Just wanted to say: the store hours for Thursday is wrong with google. They are open from 11am -10pm on Thursday’s.

Ive lived in California for the past 40+ years and expected more from Adam & Eve, but then remembered that this is Arkansas!

Rude and unprofessional employees. They do not publicly post store return policies anywhere. Do not accept returns of even unopened items. Do yourself a favor and go to Cupid’s or Seductions. If you must purchase from Adam and Eve, purchase online as they have a very customer friendly return policy with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and prices are certainly more competitive.

Great staff that are very knowledgeable and friendly. Have been with my wife several times and would recommend this store to everyone.
