VERY run down but the employees and regular visiting campers are super nice. Cant beat the price and there is usually availability. The local area outside of the campground is so great!

Clean, friendly, entertaining. I have a blast here every year! Big pool, little pool and hot tub!

My husband and I had a relaxing weekend. Had fun playing horseshoes with some of the seasonal campers. Friendly people. The site we were on was comfortable and level for our tent. We will be going back. Missed my friend Cathy. The only downfall was the camp store doesnt sell lighter fluid and wasnt opened too long on Sunday. Looking forward to going again.

I visited a friends camper very nice place and relaxing no drama peaceful to get away and clear your head and have a good time good food and friends everyone you meet is nice would love to go back!!!

It was excellent because of the amazing staff, activities and the pool was extremely clean.

The pools are nice and deep and the hot tub was vary relaxing

My husband and I are part of the Hemlock Hill Co-Operative so this is a somewhat biased review but.....Things turned around last year when the C-Op took over the camp grounds. Repairs have been made and more are in the works. This is a great place in the woods to camp with two swimming pools and a hot tub. There are activities at the pavilion every weekend as well and a playground. The camp store is open more than it used to be and the place is run by a top notch manager. There are permanent sites for sale right now if your interested. There are also seasonal sites as well as sites to rent by the week or weekend. There are also tent sites.There is also a very convenient dumping station that for a fee you can just come by and use even if your not camping there. People have commented that Hemlock Hill has the best sites in the area. Check out the website.

So this was our first time at hemlock we have been everywhere from Florida to Maine tent camping and honestly for the premium rates they charge per night and the size of the camp site we were given I wont be back, we were given site 3 and basically on top of the campers in site 4 and its wide open no trees in between sites no privacy very bad first experience ....

I went to Hemlock Hills last week to visit a friend and stayed overnight, I spent the next day at the pool and walking around the beautiful camp grounds, I am planning on going back in the next few days and I cant wait!!! My life is full of stress and I can honestly say that the moment I drove into the camp grounds my stress level went from a 10 to a 0! I also got to meet some of the nicest people that from the moment I met them made me feel like I had been a friend forever! I will recommend Hemlock Hills camp grounds as the place to go to de stress!

Nice wooded site, has water, electric, no sewer hookup, but dump at entrance. Clean restrooms nice pool, busy on weekends. Friendly staff!

Nice staff. Very cooperative helping us find a spot that we like. Downside, the roads are terrible especially if it rains. Not a resort be any means because its a little run down.

One of the friendliest campgrounds we have gone to so far, both staff and guests. the grounds themselves are clean, but roads and weekend sites could use some attention. overall very relaxing weekend, would definetley go back again.

Definitely not a resort....other camp grounds are more resort style.. the communication is definitely lacking... no signage to camp sites a very unusual layout at our site 5 and 5a tons of gravel in tent sites..

Is a nice place

This is far from a resort. This campground is in the middle of the woods and infested with mosquitoes. Mostly seasonal sites with only a few very non level transient sites. Our site had a sink hole on it and we had to park the camper sideways to get it to fit. Management didnt seem to care much. My advice would be to find another place to camp.

Run down! Looks like they dont care about what the place looks like. Way,way over priced. I should of gotten money back. They should almost pay people to stay and camp!!! WHAT A SHAME........
