Nice up kept mobile home park. It was very quiet when I visited, the yards were clean and the neighbors were friendly. I would recommend living here from what I have seen when I have visited.

It needs a few things, like fishing peers also a Donaldson filteration pond and or EcoLabs water needs improvement smells like rotten eggs keep cheep for quality assurance professional and wildlife protection critical habitat and also let people work there or make money to keep it cheep. Its not the springs, help people with lovely flowers and keep it safe. NEEDS trump water supply. Also a envionmentealist daycare run by free zoo programs for kids. It also needs to turn the small units into cat friendly animals housing so they can all live together through the animal crulty donators. They say the put the money where the owner moth is. Nicest trailer court in our area

We lived at BLE for 2 years and loved it! The neighbors we had were so good & its a quiet MHCP.We were able to build a garage, do all the landscaping we wanted and even got to have our own little fence and gardens!Julie and Charlie are fantastic managers and work really hard to get things done. They are hoping to improve the playground, its not THEIR fault, but a handful of ppl may not understand how management works and financing that is required to get things done, they are working on it, along with making sure it stays a good MHCP.As with ANY neighborhood, you do have a person or persons that can ruin it for others, but regardless of the stick in the mud, this is BY FAR the BEST MHCP to live in. We looked all the way from Farmington up to Forest lake and BLE cant be beat!If youre looking for awesome access, ammenities, affordable, clean, quiet, and the cheapest lot rent around, look no further than here.Thank you everyone at BLE, we will miss you!The Myers formerly of Apple Lane.

Playground is in horrible condition, ground bees everywhere and sand flees like crazy, sticks never picked up could probably use some sand definitely going to a different playground !
