Awesome place for little ones and adults to burn some energy. The place is clean, not overcrowded and the helpers are pleasant. My daughter and her cousin love it when we get to bring them here... oh, dont forget to bring the socks when u come here, otherwise you will get charged for new ones e very time.

Celebrated my Sons bday here, it was an amazing time, the young lady that hosted our party was excellent I wish I had catched her name. Why only 3 stars? Because they did not charge me for the entire cost of the party, they forgot I guess, so I went back to them to see what happened and the 2 girls on the front desk were no help at all, looked at me like if I didnt something wrong and walked away, the manager walked by me 3 times while I was the only person on the line waiting to be seen for over 20 minutes until finally he asked if I needed help so I explained what happened and he then took my payment($288.00) I really wanted to rate them 2 stars because of the lack of customer service...I gave 3 stars because of the young lady that hosted our party, she was really on top of every detail.

This place is so good like I really think everyone should bring their kids or teenagers here. The workers make sure the kids won’t get hurt . The workers are also so nice there. This is a great place keep it up launch.

Reserved for our LO milestone bday on Jan 14 2020 for March 8. Received email on Feb 27 at 1130pm sorry we cannot host your event here is your deposit back. No explanation no offer to reschedule and despite request, no one called or emailed to provide any explanation. Had to scramble to find another location and located Urban Air which was much more professional and organized. Beware: even if you reserve months in advance, you may be left with nothing as we were, one week before the event.

I used to take my kids since the place was opened. It was a nice place to go. The trampolines and its layout are great, better than other places that we go too. But lately, the experience is not been so good. Customer service is poor. We celebrated our kids birthday party there. It was almost nobody helped us in anything. They said they were going to assemble the goody bags with the elements that we brought, well, never happened. They left everything in the table. So kids arrived and started playing with everything. We asked to bring some water and it took a long time to get the water. We came back after a few weeks, and customer services was even worst. I asked for 2 cokes at the cafeteria, after trying to talk with somebody, everybody was ignoring us, they said cafeteria was closed. We went for laser tags, already other guests were complaining about how little organized were the situation. Nobody showed the video about how to use the laser tag, nobody even asked to our tickets. My older kid complained that there were some kids playing in groups in a very rough way and nobody said anything. I dont thin we want to come back. It is a shame because the place is very nice. There are other similar places that we will explore instead to go back to this one.

Poorly kept and presented. The floors were sticky and dirty. People are walking on this in socks. Dumb issues like the concession stand doesnt sell water. You have to get it from the cash only vending machine, however they were able to place a water on the party table for each child. The party had a $50 option of private dodgeball. It didnt start nearly on time for the 15 minute time limit and wasnt close to private as the one worker let anyone participate who walked in during the 7 actual minutes they played. Just overall a poor experience. Never booking a party here again.

Two years ago, when the place first opened up, it was enjoyable. The trampolines are still fun, but the customer service is falling apart. On a recent Saturday, the snack bar was abandoned, the laser tag was manned by somebody with no experience, noone was monitoring the trampolines as the kids got out of hand, and all the video game card dispensers were broken. Declining experience.

My kids love trampoline parks so they enjoyed themselves. The place was over all clean but the staff was what disappointed me. They had no sense of urgency for customer service. This was my first time here and no on explained where I would leave my shoes or even where the locker was. I waited way too long in line for drinks. The young lady there was focused on the fact that they ran out of plates. There’s a pizza store next door and I seen 5 boxes being delivered there. I was confused when on the menu it says they sell pizza. Staff should really get things in order. They don’t sell water. I had to get it from the vending machine and the machines don’t take take so I needed exact change. I think the whole place frustrated me. Happy my kids enjoyed it.

Had a great time with this BOGO deal. Got to have 6 kids play for an hour for the price of 3. Black Friday was definitely awesome. And the best part, NO Crowds

Great place for young kids. Nothing extraordinary just alot of jumping and music and food. Great for parents just sit there and watch while there kids exhaust themselves and then see them fall asleep like a baby.

Had a great time i loved it. the staff were amazing. they turned of the lights and my white shirt glowed.

On 8/8/19 around 6pm I checked in with a helpful team member( Destiny )who not only helped us but showed us what true customer service values are and must be acknowledged for her great work. She accommodated and made my Sons Birthday wonderful. The facility was clean incl bathrooms and was a great experience for my first time at Launch. I am definitely returning. :)

I’m highly disappointed and annoyed with my experience here. My son’s birthday was packed a month and a half ago from this date. I saw the summer special and thought what a great deal. However, I can’t get over how unprepared this location was. No plastic covers for that tables in the party, no water bottles to give out to the jumpers- (but there were plenty of water bottles stuffed in those vending machines), no FREAKING PIZZA!!! Our pizza was brought over by our party host, Destiny. She brought over 3 out of 5 pies. Two seconds later, another worker came in my party room and took two of our pizza pies because the manager told her too. How unprofessional and rude is this. We were told our pizza will be ready at 7:45pm. There was no consideration at all once I spoke to the manager. The schedule was set for my party’s to get the pizza and they were stolen from the party room. I would give this place no stars at all. Destiny tried to make the situation better. There has to be consideration and the manager, Ashley is far from it.

The kids had fun bouncing around. We all had fun with laser tag. The staff was helpful and responsive, but I gave them 3 stars because the arcade games malfunctioned multiple times and we had to get assistance from staff, there were no paper towels in the bathroom and the place could have been cleaner.

I came to the establishment for my Sons BDAY. I arrived around 630 pm registered, and checked in at approximately 643. I came with my Son and some of my other Family members, 8 in total. At that time I wasnt informed that the place is closing at 8 because of short staff. I had to take my Son to the bathroom right away, and the Bathroom was disgusting. I also noticed that the snack bar wasnt open, I wanted to buy something for the kids and they said it was closed already. When I asked why, I was informed because they were closing at 8pm which I wasnt informed of when I checked in. Im very DISAPPOINTED in the service, and as a First time customer I would like to know how can I be reimbursed or compensated for my visit?

We celebrated my daughter 9th birthday at launch from booking my party with Moses the very end. Moses attended to my every needs. The staff was very organized nice friendly. The party host was amazing as well. Thank you launch for giving my daughter the best birthday;)

Convenient place located in Linden, NJ that is popular and busy.

If I could give this place negative stars I would and as a business professional very rarely do I like to express how I feel and tarnish someone’s reputation but not only will I never return I will also contact corporate.My daughters birthday party was absolutely the worst party she has ever had. The disorganization, the dodgeball was suppose to be private they had the kids sit there and then when it was omost time to move on after I complained several times they allowed the kids to through a ball or two.Not to mention no one in the snack bar. The pizza was burned. The kids were not given the popcorn as described in the package and overall the place was dirty.In the laser tag they allowed other people to join when I was assured it would only be her party.I will never ever return and discourage anyone I know to do so.They need better management.

Absolutely horrible I would give this place negative stars. I am going to be kind and say because of the rain they had a leak, but I’m sure that’s not the case. The entire food sitting area smelt like pee I did not even let my kids near it. There was no food. We were not told by staff when purchasing our passes that there were problems instead they took our money and let us walk into a disgusting clearly unsanitary pee drenched building. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!

First time Ive been here since they opened. Took my grand-kids here over the holiday weekend. They had a very good time. Lot of activities to do here and keep them smiling!!

Great place for family, kids, and people of all ages. Held my younger brothers birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Affordable, quality, and polite service all within a 10 minute drive. Definitely plan on returning here for future events.

First time coming..only issue I had were the bathrooms..they were disgusting..in the women bathroom only 1 stall was semi decent...the floors were sticky and paper was all over in each stall...we were there at 6:30pm last night..the mens bathroom was not clean as well. They need to be checked regular especially with the volume they get.

There are way better options in NJ. this place doesn’t offer a lot to do in comparison to the others. They are understaffed and the few areas they do have, they sometimes close off because of it.Below is a response to company’s reply:When I did ask to open another area, I was told there were too many people present and to give a little bit before it was opened. Not fun for kids when they want to switch from areas. Plus, I wanted to have a birthday party there. After being told there was nothing available, I called and asked about the combo’s with food. Website was confusing. Was told that food came with it. When we showed up with the kids, paying individually for the party the manager was surprised that I was told I couldn’t book a birthday party and said that the food didn’t come with the combo deal. Which is strange because when I called a few days before, I spoke to the person in charge of booking parties. I asked her to make sure she was accurate about the food because I’m bringing a lot of kids there. All we received was a sorry, that person isn’t here today and that information is not accurate. So, no I would not return.

I had never seen such a lack of respect with a client, as I booked a package for my sons 8th birthday party for Sunday and paid 50% and on Saturday I get a simple message saying it had been canceled !!something unbelievable even because I had already paid 50%, which in the message informed that they would proceed with the return!After several attempts at contact and leaving messages, no one has yet contacted me or proceeded with the return, this lack of professionalism leads me to warn other parents not to have parties there

Nice people but the staff are disorganized, you really need at least one adult manager there to make sure things are happening smoothly. Trying to order a simple icy drink was an ordeal, everyone is too busy to assist you.

The facility is very clean. The kids had a blast. The staff was very attentive for our birthday party. The ninja course was very challenging and fun. It’s an open bounce space so the party children are mixed with the general admission patrons. It wasn’t crowded so not a big deal but good to know ahead of time. The children could do the activities they liked best for as long as they like. We also played laser tag. The laser tag area was 1 level with plenty of partitions to hide behind. There were also bases to protect and attack so it was more than just shooting at your opponents. The pizza wasn’t that great but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The all you can eat popcorn was a big hit. Definitely worth a visit.

Truly a diamond in the rough. Never would I have expected to find so much fun from jumping on a trampoline. Instantly felt like a kid again. Slowly becoming one of my favorite places in the area. Between the friendly staff, speedy service, and genuinely fun environment, you just cant beat it. Ive been to other trampoline parks in the area before, but this Launch puts the other parks to shame. Kudos to the managers for having the patience to deal with obnoxious customers.

I recently celebrated my son’s birthday here on 10/6 and our experience was great!! Our hostess Erica was AWESOME!!! She was very attentive! She made the whole experience so much better!! The kids had an awesome time and so did the adults. I would definitely recommend this place! I only gave 4 stars because the food wasn’t that great. The pizza had salt on it and the chicken tenders were undercooked. Some of my guest including my daughter got stomach pains soon after eating. And our fries came out about a half hour after everyone ate.

Had a great time. The staff was amazing, friendly and professional. They facility was well mainted. The overall experience was great. Not only was experience great, it was an amazing time. The only thing i wish is that they had an adult night.

My children had an awesome time and I actually prefer launch trampoline Park over Sky Zone . 4 stars only because the staff members did not really pay attention to the children and they allow up to 5 children to jump in one square at the same time. It could be that Im used to the rules at sky zone they dont allow two people to jump in the Square at same time We definitely return and Im sure well have another great and awesome time.

I would recommend going to Launch Trampoline Park. Its fun and exciting. The staff is fun and you can tell they love the job. I through my daughter her 14th birthday party there and everyone had a blast.

I’m only giving 2 stars because my son & his guests really enjoyed themselves. I arrived early, prior to my staging time of 5:15. I stood around for what seemed like forever waiting for my party hostess (who was finishing up another party). No other staff member standing around at the front counter jumped in to help. Check in was completely chaotic. There was nothing separating party check in from general admission check in. My party wasn’t completely checked in until after 6. The initial jump time was to start at 5:45. Upon everyone being checked in the children were told to just go wherever. We hadn’t even been given a place to put the children’s coats/shoes. Having been to birthday parties at similar places I expected the party hostess to accompany the children from area to area. That wasn’t the case here. I was shown to my party to decorate. It was clean & the floor was mopped before I started decorating so that was appreciated. While the children were playing laser tag I was advised that there were no ice cream cakes in the building (I added one into my package) & was told that I “might want to run out to try & find one” by who I think may have been a manager. Very UNPROFESSIONAL as per my standards. The staff should have taken care of that since they were unprepared. The price of the cake & the chicken tenders platter I ordered was removed from my bill. The food was ice hold when it was time to eat and when it was time for cake there was only 1 pink candle in the whole facility. Nothing about this party was organized. Jade, our party hostess did run out & purchased candles personally. She also allowed the children to play extra time since the check in process was so long. I was actually warned that I would be disappointed but by that time I had already paid a $330 deposit. It’s safe to say I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for a birthday party to anyone but I’m sure I’ll be back because my son loves the laser tag. My party was very recent, 2/16/19 & now that I think about it......I was cheated out of my $50 discount for my party being over $500 & being booked before 1/31 (I think the promotion was for).2/25/19......It’s now 5 days since I posted my initial review. Launch is still a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I purposely did not reach out to the facility regarding a price adjustment for the promotion I took advantage of since I was told by the OWNER who responded to my post that a manager would be reaching out to me to follow up. NOTHING has happened so I’ll be reaching out to them because I have a feeling that if I don’t I won’t hear from them. I’ll also be changing my rating.

Employees were nice continuously keeping the place clean. Not crowded early in the afternoon on a Sunday. Wish it was a little bigger but the kids didn’t seem to mind. They loved when the lights went off and everything was glowing.

I recently had a party there for my son....the kids had an amazing time and the adults didnt have to watch them alone... the staff was everywhere...I was extremely pleased with the staffs attention to our needs because the place was packed....and the amount of help ...courtesy...they gave us was outstanding!!...we are all planning our next trip back..

I am a director for a Christian summer camp, I sent a group of about fifty 8-12 year old kids here for a trip about a week ago. The check in process was too lengthy, they would not let the kids whose waivers were cleared to go start jumping, they pretty much held up all 50 for 2-3 kids. While they had a nice time jumping, they were not treated nicely. The two young ladies handling our group were rude, had nasty attitudes and truly did not know how to treat kids. Making comments loudly to each other as they would look at their watches, being thankful that my group would be finally leaving in 8 mins. Then, playing music loudly and doing victory dances when my group was lined up to leave. The icing on the cake was when one of the girls puffed out her chest and made a confrontational gesture toward one of my 9-10 year old girls who turned and watched her dancing! Seriously?! I emailed the place that same weekend, didnt hear back so I called and spoke to an assistant manager who had the general manager call me back the next day. While I can appreciate that they offered a sincere apology and extended a discount should we decide to return, I do not think it is enough. I believe both these young ladies should not be working with children if they cannot treat them with kindness, and a discount should be offered on what I payed to have my group there. This will be our first and last experience at this place. My camp WILL NEVER go back there!

The kids had a blast and dont forget the work out as well from all the different activities. The place have a variety of things for individual of all ages to enjoy for example: jumping on the trampoline and completing obstacle activities. The private dodge ball and laser tag was the highlight of the party for the kids. The food was good and our host Monica was great. My son enjoyed his graduation party with his friends and thank you for accommodating us.

Not a fun time at all. Only 3 people working at the time I was there on a Monday. Person on the floor watching sapose to be watching kids was on his phone most of the time. It was my childs birthday and she had a nightmare of a time do to one other family Not going into details on why. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Staff is not friendly, and dont really do there jobs.

Do Not Come To this LAUNCH! Staff is useless and they don’t care about the customer. We booked a birthday party, the party room was ice cold so kids had to wear jackets, the tables were bear and tablecloths were not provided. Waste of money, Chuck E Cheese has better packages and actually provide a service for the money. This place needs to be revamped and better management and staff to actually provide customer service. Please think prior to spending your money here. I hope this helps.

I have been to Launch with my daughter maybe four or five times.My overall experience: sometimes the staff at the front where you check in act like they dont want to be bothered with the exception of one or two people. The staff in the amusement area are much better and attentive to the kids playing. Overall, I dont mind this place, my daughter loves it and always has a great time.

I came for my granddaughters birthday party. 1st they were not ready for us & pushed back our time. The place is very disorganized. While we waited, we ordered some food. The fries were under cooked so when you bit into them, it was raw on the inside My daughter in law had been told that the room would have plain white table clothes, they didnt. Wouldnt recommend having a party here.

Totally loved this place for my little one, the food is okay... and they might be a little under staffed when it comes to parties.. dont expect them to do all the running around for you.. you will have to work.. but other then that.. great place to jump and have fun with ur little ones.

Great environment, party host Jayda was great she was extremely helpful. The pizza was good, party room was spacious. Only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars... front desk associates were friendly while others you could definitely tell didn’t want to be there but hey I work in customer service too so I can understand, but it’s a job and you have to do what you have to do. Other than that the kids loved it and my daughters and family had a good time.

The check in always takes forever. Even though we were the only people there it took about 20 minutes to check in. (I did the waiver online before I got there). When we went in to jump and wanted to go to the different areas we Weren’t allowed because there wasn’t any staff to supervise that area. Very disappointed since we spent a lot of money in order to jump in every area. Also we purchased water bottles and put them next to our shoes and they were thrown out by the staff. I understood we couldn’t drink the water past the ramp but one of the employees actually kept yelling at my little brother even though he was walking away from the ramp to go drink his water. The only good thing out of that trip was the laser tag. They were actually on time to help us set up because my prior visit to play laser tag they didn’t even know we were there in the waiting room until I had to go ask if someone was going to take us in to play and even then it took them 10 minutes to get there to help us. I hope they can be more professional considering this is the closest area to go jump and play laser tag.

This place is a joke. i came here to try it out to see if this was a good fit for my sons party. staff was completely lost and didnt seem to know anything about questions i had about the party works and what was included with each package. the guy they had me talk to was so extremely rude and kept walking away as i was talking to him. we purchased a 2 hours package they had. the people on the trampoline where more into their phones then anything.. also the rude staff that where using bad language and banging on the walls. and the icying on the cake was..... waited on line to order food for 10 mins (no im not playing.) no one wanted to help me. meanwhile 3 staff members walked by while i was waiting at the corner. i finally said forget it and walked away. this place was dirty there was so much trash in the bathroom on the ground. I will not have my sons party here and i refuse to ever come back. the staff killed it for me. i will not recommend this place due to the rude and unprofessional staff

It was definitely busy, but I from Maryland and the facility was dirt and q mess. Luckily for me my child stayed in the dodge ball location and they liked that..I think the standard on cleanliness should be across the board regardless of what city you live in..smh

The outside looks more pleasing the the inside and the staff there is TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. They had one girl running the food section. She was taking the orders and making the food. There was a manager who was talking to another customer nasty. Yes the customer was in the wrong, however, there is a way to handle a situation. Each worker, gave attitude and clearly hated their job. The food court had someone’s left overs on the tables and floors. Many employees walked by it and never dared to clean it. Overall, if the place had different management, this place would be a hit.

Took the family here and they had fun. My only issue was I purchased a combo that included a hot dog and a drink for each of the four tickets. When I got there the young lady had instructed us to go to the Lazer tag area first because they would be closing down that area soon. That wasnt a problem. After that my kids wanted to get on the trampolines and my intentions was to let them play the video games and eat at the end being how you only have a certain amount of jump time allowed once you purchase the tickets. When our time was up we went to the food counter only to see no one there and everything cleaned and put away. In addition all the arcade was shut off. Mind you the facility was not closing for another 45min. When I spoke to the Mgr on duty about the issue and asked for a refund for the food portion, she had to call her Mgr and I instead was given an hand written note on the back of a business card stating 4free hotdogs and sodas expiring in 2weeks. Mind you this wouldnt have been an issue if young lady in the beginning told us to make sure we get our food because that area closes and hour before the facility closes. Being given an hand wrriten note on the back of bus card which expires soon was not the food my kids wanted. We ended up getting pizza next door. Not sure if Ill be returning here.

The kids had a ball BUT I paid for a personal chaperone and did not have one. The place was VERY unorganized. The party room was very small. They had no decor. This was just a place I was not use to for a party. Not worth the money for a party package but walk-ins are fine.

The place is clean and a real fun place for both kids and adults. They have different activities to offer which can be played along with trampoline. I really like the place and will be going back soon.

My daughter has been here before without and always told me Mommy take me! So I did the other day. All was good, purchased my tickets online which was easy signed my waiver for my daughter to jump but was told I had to get my 3 month a waiver to stay— really! Hahaha so I had to redo the whole waiver for my daughter and add my son so it took 15 minutes from her jump—bummer! Otherwise the place was nicely kept just a small investment.. there’s no changing tables... I was changing my son on a bench. And my son was not the only little one there! Food deals were good too! We will be returning but next time I know what to walk into.

Great place just the right size reasonable prices (i went on a Monday so i only paid $12 for my son with the summer savings). They have great rates per hour and Id definitely consider coming here again. Next time, Ill be jumping.

Its nice that they have the trampolines, laser tag and some arcade games all in one place. However, the staff needs more training. Our check in process was sooooo slow. Even when was our second visit, still they couldnt find our waivers. I had to sign the waiver all over again, slowing even more the process. Overall, the kids had fun, so thats all that matters.

I enjoyed watching my grandchildren and nieces having so much fun jumping and climbing. I almost started to join them. My back and hips said, dont do it, you think you ache now?

Staff is amazing! Went there 2 hours before closing time, it was about 920pn when ne and my son notice they were cleaning up, getting ready to close. We got the Epic package that included the laser tag. We forgot about it until they started to clean up. It was nobody there to play laser tag with. But instead of turning me and my son away. They actually let us play with 2 more ppl. My son had an awesome time. We will be back again !

The bathrooms were floaded,when ask for assistance,the answer felt like that morning the workers forgot to take some good breakfast. No sing of wanted to cooperate or work. Not going back any time soon or until I have better training or change the employees.

Great place to plan a birthday party for your kids or take them there just because. Facility is clean and safe and staff is helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

My son who is 3 almost 4 loves jumping here. He likes it so much we decided to celebrate his birthday here this year. On Mondays they have bogo. So your can buy a jump and get one free. They also have laser tag which I recommend trying. I liked it so much. The food wasnt the best but other than that my family and I go at least once a month.

The location is nice, almost new facility.Play areas are safe and clean. Only one person handling check in on Saturday night?, a rainy Saturday night? Not short staff, at least 4-5 other people just hanging around behind the counter, and 2 supervisors. staff in the play area need adult supervision, manger walking around reminding patrons where the the no shoe areas are while the staff is jumping on the trampolines with shoes on. Could have been amuch better experience if the staff was better trained and supervised. At this point I dont think I would come back any time soon, much less recommend the place

One of the most unprofessional places owned. Workers here don’t know how to calm theirselves, I felt as if they don’t know how to handle kids well. My two kids had fun but they won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Then I proceeded talking with one of the workers if my oldest daughter wanted to work here how is the experience, the young lady said that no one gets hours, the manager lets everyone leave earlier than their time shifted. The food is terrible and overpriced I ordered the chicken tender combo, and the chicken was no where near finished cooked and the fries were to soggy. I honestly do not recommend going here I went here for my kids they had s limited amount of fun, wasn’t much to do but I’m very certain this will be the last time ever here

The prices of the activities are fair. The food is mediocre at best & way over priced. The establishment itself is pretty decent. Looks well kept.

Went on a Friday night and it was awesome! Lights out music and the socks light up. My 2 sons had a blast. Fun fun fun

Service was commendable. The attention to the kids were outstanding. We tried all the different activities all were fun and exciting. Will definitely recommend and will be their again. Thanks for the adventure.

I was having a gathering for my sons birthday. We had an incident in the laser tag room that could have been avoided by the facility. There was a metal object on the wall at every kids Head level and one of the kids i was with hit his head on it. The metal object was so sharp that he had an open gash and needed to be taken to the ER and got 2 staples to close the wound. This is negligence on behalf of the facility. In a dark room every precaution should be taken to ensure the kids safety. on top of that they continued to let others children in to the laser tag room while we were waiting for the paramedics to arrive.

Its a great trampoline park

I highly recommend this place for a birthday party. We celebrated our 9-year-olds birthday here and purchased the basic summer birthday package. You receive a certain amount of wristbands (I cant remember the number we received), a party host, and an hour and 20 mins of jump time. Plus, you get a birthday gift for the birthday child (my son got a shirt and a free jump pass) and unlimited drinks and popcorn. The jump time was very reasonable, my kids (ages 2,3,6, and 9) enjoyed it. They made it very simple for other party guest to check-in, and the party host was constantly tending to us.
